The sweetest people I have ever met! Also to mention it’s not easy working retail but when I was there they went out of their way to assist in the customers needs. I have to say everyone who helped me today should get a raise. I wish it was easy done than said. I will always buy gas from this location whenever in MKE area and so should you!!!

Friendly staff with a manager (Shane) who cares for his customers. He runs a tight ship; his store is very clean and there’s minimal waiting in line. Nice friendly place to gas up in the neighborhood.

The employees that have worked there the longest are the rudest ones. Never say hi at counter, or engage in conversation what so ever. Good thing they are hiring new employees. If I didnt live across the street I would make sure to not go there. unfortunately, I do and am to lazy to walk to walgreens.Theyre lack of customer service skills and not even returning a hi at counter literally puts me in a bad mood.Besides that, no complaints.

Today I just needed to stop for air in the tires use tokens at the air pump gives you plenty of time to put air in your tires theres gas here and appears to be a quick convenience store coffee donuts candy bar and things for the vehicle so if youre in need of a quick fuel up for yourself coffee or soda hot dog brats tornados donuts fresh soup sandwiches they have it here definitely worth a stop conveniently located just a tiny bit north of downtown

Great for quick snacks while driving or out walking. Mgr. and employees are professional, helpful and friendly. Gas prices are reasonable. I was out walking my dog when I was being followed. I ducked in there. The employee Nick let me hang out a few minutes also checked outside cameras til the person moved on. Ive seen the mgr. Bill go above and beyond to help customers. Only thing I can suggest is to get more food/ meal items esp. for late night customers. Awesome store, just a bit high priced.Would like to see specials and deals.

Had a very racist encounter tonight. My partner tried to go in to buy cigarettes and the lady at the counter asked for his ID. He handed her his Puerto Rican ID and she said sorry we don’t accept foreign IDs. He told her that was discrimination and she just said it was company policy. He was upset and embarrassed so he stormed out to the car. I went back in for the cigarettes and asked her why they didn’t accept Puerto Rican IDs. She said they didn’t accept IDs from outside of the US per company policy. I gladly informed her of her ignorance. Maybe the training manager can make sure their employees have a basic understanding of United States geography so they don’t end up with a lawsuit.

Used to be well kept and had friendly employees. Now its just like every other gas station. I went to go buy a hot dog and grabbed the bun. When I went to check out...bun had mold on it. I was done. I told the staff and left without purchasing anything.

This place is cool, the staff are almost always nice and I generally stop after work for snacks and beverages. Mostly Im posting this review to let people know that the hours have changed, while it is still 24 hours, its only 24 hours for gas. I think store access closes at 11, maybe 12 on weekends. Just a heads up!

Convenient gas station on the Lower East Side where you can fill up before heading downtown. Its a little awkward to get in and out, but overall its has great location. I got locked out of my car here and the staff were very helpful in getting me a number for a locksmith. Relatively safe and a sufficient number of pumps.

Back when this place was a Shell gas station it was the greatest thing ever. They had hilarious signs out front, quirky employees, awesome music playing in the store, and 24 hour service. Jetz absolutely ruined this place. No more funny signs, no more interesting employees, AWFUL Jetz advertising music playing everytime you walk in, and the place closes at 11 PM!!! Useless.

Average priced gas, very small selection of convenience items and small amount of pumps. Only reason it gets an average score and not a bad one is the employees are awesome!

Every occasion I visited this location has been a pleasant one with the exception of the time a third shifter who refused to give me change for $1.00 a real as$#***.

This is my go-to place for gas and soda downtown, always friendly, and they carry 1-liter diet Dr Pepper, what more could I ask for?

Not a shell station anymore. Its now a Jetz. If youre a Shell person like me, dont bother coming to this location as its not a Shell anymore.
