I have been using Quicken since 1999 - my hard drive crashed and I could not even access my backup to retrieve my data files Quicken told me I needed to contact a professional PC support. Michael was able to do just that. He had to run a utility repair program but all my data was able to be obtained from Quickbooks backup. He put in a new hard drive. He also helped me obtain my EXCEL files which required logging into Microsoft but they were there. If I hard to recreate that would have taken hours. He was very responsive and has a good understanding of Quicken and Microsoft. Thank you PC Repair

Dropped my pc off on Saturday and they said they would call me Monday for an estimate. No call. Tuesday I try calling when they opened and could not get anyone to pick up and their mailbox is full. Finally got through to Michael who said that it would be done by Wednesday and that he would call me. Never called me Wednesday. Now I’m at the same spot today trying to get ahold of them so I can figure out when to pick it up. This is incredibly poor customer service. The worst thing is that he is so short to you while talking on the phone. Do not go here.

Very professional and down to earth. Prices were cost effective. Quality of worked performed exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend PC Repair and Networking over Geek Squad (They didnt even want to look at my device because I didnt purchase it from their location.) Googled these guys and the rest is history... And they have a very friendly dog that looks like the dogecoin lol

After trying to troubleshoot computer problems on our lap top on my own I came up short. It was already late in the afternoon on a Saturday and most computer repair places were about to close. Trying to get in touch with Geeksquad proved impossible and that was just trying to schedule something. Then I did some more research and found PC Repair and Networking LLC. I called and even though he was closing in just over an hour he told me to bring it in and he would take a look. He fully explained the repair needed and his recommendations. He worked after hours to make it happen. Then when I came to pick it up he gave my kiddos a small prize. I had an issue with my microphone not working on my laptop after some repairs done to the audio port jack. PC Repair took it in and fixed the issue with no charge!! The service was excellent, fast and efficient. It was also very professional. I highly recommend if you have any computer needs.

My Asus laptop stopped working a few years ago and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. It was a bad hard drive. Today, I am building my own gaming PC and they provided some pointers and even some electrical conductor paste for the CPU that I was missing. Highly recommend, local business, good people.

Had a very good experience with them. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable for a computer dummy like me. Advised me the computer Itook in that it was not cost effective to fix (mother board died) but fixedme up with a refurbished computer at a reasonable price. I dont think Iwill go anyplace else in the future for my computer needs. Strongly recommend them for anyone in need of help. Also had me up in runningin only 1 day!!!

Not even close to what I needed done on my PC.. I acknowledged the 50$ fee to diagnose/work on the pc but I requested a bios update and it wasnt done.. All he did was put my CPU and m.2 in the MOBO and call it a day.. Still having the issues I had when I came in with it.. If you have a gaming PC.. Id take it somewhere else..

I had a Ransom ware virus on my Dell laptop. Mike was able to help me out. It took two days and I am back online. Service was excellent, cost was worth it and time frame was exactly what they told me. Great staff and very pleased. Will recommend to my friends! Thank you!

I like the free diagnosis. They seem knowledgeable and honest. Havent picked my puter up yet so stay tuned. Ill let you know if it really really works. Oh, yeah, there a friendly dog or two on premise.

The people working there seemed friendly. They werent wearing masks though which I didnt like. They also couldnt seem to find a good price for my laptop repair. To replace the screen of my 2014 laptop, they were charging $350, so I bought a brand new laptop instead for just $50 more.

I would give negative stars if I could. PC repair took $105 when my mom dropped off her laptop for a cleaning and to update antivirus. They said this would take an hour. After having her computer for a few days, they said something was wrong and they needed more money. They were not able to describe the problem. I went into the store to get the computer and they were sitting around with 2 dogs in the office. They acted like they did not know who we were, then got our computer from a back room. They looked in their computer refusing to acknowledge we already paid them. They refused to refund the money after we explained to them I did not get what I paid for, the antivirus was not updated. We called the bank and sure enough the payment was pending to them. I had to pay $35 through my bank to cancel the pending payment.

They only accept cash. Also, the prices are outrageous

Michael went above and beyond to help me. I took my laptop in there with a problem with the fan. They will even rent you a laptop for $35 while theyre fixing your computer. Ive never heard of that before. But I wound up buying one of his laptops instead of fixing mine because this was a much better one in much faster and mine was quite old already and I trusted Michael completely. I really dont understand these bad reviews. I guess time will tell but as of right now I would definitely go back there and I would recommend recommend Michael to all my friends. He did a great job.

After waiting several months waiting for another PC repair guy to remove a virus from my PC that was under his warranty, I got fed up and took my PC to PC Repair. I received nothing but excellent service, and the man I worked with was patient and kind while teaching me. Prices are competitive and I plan on using them in the future for all of my PC repair needs.

I had a laptop with a wonky hard drive. I could get to my desktop but I couldnt open files or programs. I took it into Best Buys Geek Squad. They told me the hard drive was shot and the only thing that could be done to save my files was to purchase an external hard drive and have the Geek Squad transfer all my files to it. They also strongly recommended that I purchase an annual maintenance plan from them. I did buy the hard drive and had Geek Squad do the transfer at a cost of about $150. I passed on the $200 maintenance program.But my brother thought I should give the my laptop another try. So he took it to PC Repair and Networking. Am I glad he did! PC Repair put in a new SS HD, reloaded all my files - its good as new (probably better because it now has a new SSHD. I so wish I would have gone to them in the first place. Thanks, Mike and team! I was very disappointed with my experience with this store. There was no call when service was completed, they could not solve the problem, had no advice for further steps I could take, and broke pieces of my machine! Unreal.
