This place always looks like a bad garage sale with the messy interior. Go to the other store you will thank yourself.

Randy did a great job with a refirb desktop pc gave me nice bells and whistles with free generac microsoft office. Hooked up my windows media player to play cds and movies and recycled my old computer at no cost. Milwaukee PC needs an A with better business bureau and I will return again someday. Best Buy has no clue!!

So satisfiedI went in to get a battery replacement for an Acer laptop. They ordered the battery at no cost to me - when the battery was in they called me. brought the laptop in and all good. Super service! $80+ later its done and am a happy customer. The staff is courteous and so very smart on any level of computer. Again great job - Jason you dealed with me and its all good.

Just replaced my desktop PC with a newer faster model provided by Milwaukee PC. I took advantage of their service to move my data and set up the computer in my home. I was very satisfied with the service and the machine. It made the transition painless.

Awesome service, I was able to purchase a graphics card that was sold out everywhere else at a decent price.

I wont be doing business here again. The blatant price gouging on products is honestly sad and youd be better off going elsewhere. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

As someone who spends a ton of time on computers this is the shop i will always go to first in the future. Did a terrific job diagnosing and fixing my computer, and even lent me a loaner free of charge when asked. Terrific customer service

My laptop motherboard fried and I bought another laptop at a great price from the store and was the same model but better than my old one. It has 2 hard drives and the salesman said he could take my old hard drive and put It in my new laptop saving all of my memory. I got a great deal on my new laptop PLUS no charge for putting in my old hard drive. He also took something out of my broken laptop and increased my memory in the new one, at no charge. Exception service and went above and beyond what I expected! He made a very happy customer for sure and will always go there (like in the past) for any computer problems. 5 stars plus!

This is the only place I will buy a PC or have service done. The men who work here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I am a senior citizen and have little IT understanding, they are patient and take their time to explain anything I don’t understand.

- IT guy at work removed the pics from my MacBook and loaded them on discs.- When I tried to access pics my Mac couldn’t read them.- Spent a 1 1/2 hrs at Apple store trying to resolve issue. NOT... sigh.- IT guy at my daughter’s work couldn’t figure it out either and recommended Milwaukee PC5 minutes at Milwaukee PC and Jason figured it out!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This has been my go-to store for my computer for over 15 yearsWhen my Windows XP crashed things things were starting to fry out in my tower after 24 years, I had that tower built by Milwaukee PC, impressed and very happy with it 2 hard drives burned out in that time (thats unheard of for a computer)Time to purchase a new tower of course I knew where I was getting it built @ Milwaukee PCI just had major back surgery and I could barely walk they were gracious enough to walk my old tower into the building and break the bad news to me my old tower was goneSo for a second time I had them build me a tower, Im very happy very impressed it was done less than a weekI had major stomach surgery in the same year so in between the surgery I was picking up the new tower they were gracious enough to take it out to my van,I was having problems with the new DVD burner I gave them, I dropped off the unit they switched it out with a new one problem solved quickly.My friend told me to go to Milwaukee PC he felt that the better parts service and product then Best Buy he & I heard of all the horror stories from Best buy customers we knowBest decision I ever made was to come to Milwaukee PC easily over 15 years Ive been going to themThank you gentlemen for the amazing service Ive always worked with South 27th Street they never failed me.My apologies guys I know I was miserable when I came in there because of my two surgeries bless you both for being so patient with me especially when I ended up back in the hospital and couldnt come for a week or two to pick up my towerI highly recommend this store 10 star rating for me.

When my old laptop was beyond saving, Jason at Milwaukee PC had me up and running on a new Acer laptop within a couple hours. Was able to transfer programs and documents from my old unit too. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them!

I Originally brought my laptop to Brookfield Best Buy Geeksquad. That is were I purchased the laptop. They had it for almost 2 weeks before they called me and informed me the issue and it took another 2 weeks for them to fix it and me to get it back! I am a Photographer so it made me extremely behind getting my galleries out. 32 days after I got it fixed it had issues again. I brought it back and they refused to even look at it without my paying the initial fee! Apparently it was 2 days past any warranty date with them. Seeing as this laptop isnt even 2 years old and I spent a lot of money with them I was livid! I ended up bringing it to Milwaukee Pc-South where Jason told me since its the Friday before Labor Day he will get to it first thing Tuesday. I got a call on Wednesday with all the information needing to be done and he could have it fixed the following Tuesday. He called and updated me that Tuesday that their was another part needed and he will have it ready the next day. The next day he was true to his word and he called me it was done. He kept in contact with me and was extremely fast! The bill was less than I had to pay Geeksquad! I appreciate Jasons help and his quickness in getting this handled for me. I highly recommend Milwaukee Pc. Thank you Jason!

Ive gotten several computers from them in the past 10 years. I have no complaints. They were friendly, timely, and knew what they were talking about.

Laptop wouldnt charge, so I took it and the charger in and in no time, I was on my way with a replacement charger...no charge. Very friendly and very helpful.

Overall not a great experience. I went in to get my laptop fixed. They didnt have an appropriate charger for my laptop to use, and basically told me just to contact the manufacturer to fix it . You would think a pc store would at least have chargers for most laptops.

Prompt, professional, and fair response to a problem w/ selling me a faulty computer battery. Glad to see that their policy requiring return of failed product in its original packaging was not written in stone.

Horrible customer service and they did a very poor job replacing our laptop screen. We were sent home with a screen that has missing pixels.

Bought a laptop from here and the hard drive crashed 6 days after the 1 year warranty expired. Dont buy from this place.
