The owner is very helpful and honest! My power cord for my laptop stopped working, and he diagnosed the problem and found that the problem was with the connection between the AC power cord and the converter brick. Although he could have sold me a whole new adapter, by diagnosing the problem he determined that I just needed a new cord, which saved me a bunch of money. This is an honest business. Just call ahead before you go because its a one man shop and he has to run errands during the day.
I came in with a broken scanner that needed repair and left a week later with an almost new scanner (same manufacturer, same model number) that cost less than it would have to fix the broken one.A win-win.The second time I came in it was a small laptop that Id bought online and thought I might have been swindled on. What had appeared to me to be hopeless, at a minimum requiring a complete reinstall of the operating sysytem turned out to be a slightly screwed up video card and driver and an operating system that had never, ever been updated. Forty dollars was all he charged, and I was out of there as a very satisfied customer. Small discount for paying cash was another win-win.
Went there to get my pc fixed be Im a noob at building PCs forgot a cable like a goofball. But what I got was a friend. The guy who works there is pretty cool and what not.
