They told me they were holding my order until they could get some of my personal info and copies of ID then told me as soon as I sent my info that my order would be refunded anyway. I asked why they needed my personal info and they said for my protection when they told me that I started to feel like a scam was going on because my ID and info was safe until they had me send it for nothing knowing they would not ship me anything. I honestly think there is something wrong here and I checked ther Dunns and Bradstreet and the company has only 3 emplyees listed which would only make foul play easier with less people around watching when scams are taking place. When I reached out to them they lied and said they called me on the phone and couldnt reach me then later they lied and stated they emailed me which I also confirmed was a lie. They told me their POS flagged me for having a different shipping address than billing but i placed another order before we talked with the same address and it went through no problems but they say its their POS and they have no control but when I asked why they still needed my personal info when the purchase flagged and would not be sent and would automatically have to be refunded they could not answer why or who needed copies of Id and personal data. I hope this keeps other people from going through this and having there info at risk of fraud.

As a sneaker enthusiast, I always make it a priority to visit sneaker stores whenever Im out of state. On my recent visit to Milwaukee, I stumbled across this boutique and Im glad I did. The customer service is great and the assortment of apparel of footwear is far more than other stores in the area. This is definitely a shop to visit if youre looking for the latest sneakers and trying to stay up to date with todays style.

I think my jacket fake every jacket has an authentication card inside an it’s missing stuff I paid 730$ didn’t even get a receipt cuz the card reader was malfunctioning he punched my card info in they don’t do returns. Wow

Placed an order for the Adidas UB 1.0 core white and while placing it I didnt realize I entered in the wrong billing zip code. Shortly after, I received a call from one of the employees at Sneex and he had informed me that the billing zip code does not match. They easily could have just canceled my order but instead went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Will definitely order/recommend this boutique to everyone. Top notch service.

Shake and most importantly Sabrina, have extensive knowledge on the history and latest streetwear/luxury fashion trends.
