Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. You can tell they know what they are doing and it is a well run dealership. Communication was outstanding and they helped us through the long wait for our Tahoe to get to the dealership during this tough supply chain fiasco. I recommend them to all my friends and thank Dan Anderson for everything he did.
My experience was excellent! I had an oil change appointment scheduled for 11:40AM and dropped my truck off early (9:00AM). I received a text at 10:37AM saying my truck was ready for pickup... caught me by surprise that my truck was taken earlier than my appointment. I completely appreciate the fast service!
Another great experience working with Nick Harmon at Lake Auto Group/Lake Chevrolet. I got a detail on my car, and not only was it a reasonable price, but it looked great after! Their dealership never fails to be spotless, and comfy. They have the best waiting rooms I have experienced in the car dealer industry. Keep up the wonderful customer service Lake Chevy! :)
It was great all around, Craig was fantastic throughout and with multiple visits with multiple vehicles. He is fair and knowledgeable with all my inquiries and alternatives.
I worked with Willie and his son Brandon who were absolutely fantastic with me. We went over the details of a variety of vehicles and found what was the right fit for me. They made sure to take time to listen to what I want and help me find what was the right fit for me. Thanks guys!
Got me in right away. Friendly, honest, reasonable prices. Good work. Ran car through wash. Nice store. Nice people.
I am fortunate to get Craig Pozarski as a service advisor whenever I come to the shop. He is very easy to communicate with, and can answer most any question with his vast experience and knowledge. I always feel like I am in the hands of someone I can trust. The actual services performed by a technician is equally good. I enjoy having someone I can rely on with trust.
So I had bought a 2016 LTZ all black Silverado and I loved it! Unfortunately it had front end problems that I would constantly have to schedule service on it but nothing was getting solved. Finally, they found that the front end was modified before they sold it to me and they didn’t catch it. It was extremely bad. They did however offer me options to do what they could to remedy the situation. Fix it, which would take a month or two, and most likely still have problems. Or, they offered me a newer 2019 LTZ for the same payments and to start the warranty over. Basically my same loan starting over from day one with a different truck. Now this newer truck was not something I would have looked at twice if I were truck shopping. It wasn’t attractive at all! But they worked with me, a lot, and changed pretty much everything short of painting the whole truck. I have to say, as upset as i first was, they went above and beyond to fix the issue. I’ve never had much faith in big dealerships throughout my life, but they changed my thoughts on this. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them. And when you get there, ask for Josh!
So I did the back breaks myself and yeah not only was the left side completely frozen, the right side was as well. So I have been driving around all this time on the front brakes alone and if not for a sharp tire service person I may never have found it. Tell me again how you and your trained team of machnicks decided the brakes were fine? PS Ive only put 3000 miles on the van sense we bought it.Original reviewMy terminally ill brother and I bought a 2010 Town and Country from this dealership to transport him from home to the DR. for treatment. The van had a problem with spongy brakes when we first looked at it. The beaks worked but where sometimes I felt unsafe. I made the dealer check the breaks several times but they always came back that they couldnt find the problem, that they did this, and that, but came up with nothing and sent me on my way again and again. Angered I went to a Chrysler dealer and paid to have the breaks checked but they sent me back to Lake Chevrolet only to go threw the process once again. I gave up and just accepted this was what we had to live with. A few years later and after my brother passed I got new tires put on the van and the place I bought them at alerted me that one of my breaks isnt working????? So Yeah not one of the highly educated, qualified and certified mechanics couldnt do a spin test on each weal to make sure the breaks actually stopped the weal when the brakes were applied. I cant go to them now and to be honest I will never trust this dealer or others for that matter.
Ive been coming here for the past couple years for an oil change, there have been minor service issues here and there that werent huge deals but this past week I had an issue that really bugged me.I came in for an oil change I scheduled a week ahead of time, I know it usually takes about 30-45 minutes for an oil change, maybe an hour if its busy. When I came in it wasnt busy at all; I waited and an hour passed I was expecting the tech to come and get me but he didnt. About 10 minutes later I was still waiting and I happened to look out the window and my car was in the parking lot. I go to the service center to find the tech and hes not there. I wait for another 10 minutes and he never comes to his desk. I like talking to the tech after the appointment to see if theres any issues I need to look out for. However, since he wasnt available another tech had to check me out.I dont appreciate my time being wasted, Im pretty sure my car was done a lot sooner than when I saw it in the parking lot. If a tech goes on a break/lunch why cant he notify the next available tech to handle the bill of the customers who are waiting in the lobby.I usually get a customer service text after the appointment and I wanted to give my feedback through there. However, when I told Nick Harmon there was a minor issue he didnt ask me what happened. He apologized which I appreciated, but wouldnt you want to know what the issue was so it doesnt happen in the future?
My salesman Mike was awesome! Despite the car shortage, I was able to get the car I wanted. I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer and LOVE IT! Thank you all for making this such an easy and fast process! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
This is the fourth time our family has bought from Josh. He continues to serve us well hence our return. He communicates very promptly, answers all questions, and makes it a seamless transaction! Brandon is also phenomenal in closing the job quickly and efficiently! We greatly appreciate the time and attention! It’s what brings us back!
I got there early and they were able to take my car right away. Oil change, tire rotation and free car wash... easy peasy
Thank you to all the lake Chevrolet team, you guys are awesome! and I have to give a special thanks to Christopher Till my goodness you have the patience of a saint God bless you and thanks again.
I have worked with service manager John Webler for 6 or 7 years now. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and I like the way he explains what needs to be done. I trust him completely. I thought about going elsewhere once I purchased my car off lease, but Im so used to working with John that I didnt want to go anywhere else even if the cost is a little higher. I consider that higher cost as my paying for the quality and comfort that comes in knowing Im getting the best!
If I can give zero stars I would. I purchased my wifes car here and had to take it back last week because the alignment was so far off that it wore the tires so bad I had to purchase 4 new tires. But the kicker to the story is I was not given any paperwork from when they did the alignment and they refuse to give me a copy and to now being told by the GM of lake I am not allowed on the Chevy or Ford property and if I do show up the cops will be called. All I wanted is copies of the paperwork for the service they did last week. I know they didnt want to give me paperwork because they do not want me contacting GM but thats already been done.My son and I have purchased around 15 vehicles between both dealers over the years and this is how Im treated. I guess my business will be going else where for now on.
Courteous staff and knowledgeable. Kept to the date of when my vehicle would be ready. Car was fully cleaned inside and out. Paperwork was completed upon arrival; all I had to do was sign. Kept me posted daily of where my car was in the process of the repair.
I was very pleased with the customer service I received. Everything that they did to fix my truck was explained to me thoroughly and I appreciated that. They told me they would be done in 3 hours and the service was completed in 3 hours. I will definitely be back again..
The dealership is beautiful and clean… it’s immaculate! The employees are friendly and accommodating!Management cares about its employees and customers.Overall stellar experience.David Maneage is detailed and professional.Bob Howard will take the time to answer all your big and small questions!
Sold me a new used vehicle that immediately needed to have its timing set replaced (which they paid for), then when I took it in for its first oil change I was told that the entire exhaust system was rusted and the muffler was splitting in half and the back breaks needed to be replaced which cost me a $1,000 to repair in addition to the gigantic car payments I was already making. There is absolutely no way any of this could have happened on my watch, which means the car was not inspected and rushed onto the sale lot. This was all in less than year from purchase. Also when I took it in for the oil change I asked for a full inspection and it was not given one. I had mentioned that there was a knocking sound when I brake coming from the front. Now the front brakes are causing trouble and they wont even look at it. They were supposed to do so at the time of the other repairs and obviously did not do so. The whole point of purchasing this vehicle was to avoid having to constantly repair it (at least for 2-3 years) which is all that Ive been forced to do since pretty much day one. No one will even call me about the front breaks which they insisted at the time of purchase were completely replaced. I will not be calling them as they were supposed to call me. Very unsatisfied.
I purchased a used car from them and they said they would help me with the repairs and they have been giving the run around the car was driven a 150 and something miles before the check engine light came on. Dan McKnight is the manger over this department and i went to explain the situation and they told me a day prior they would help me but then spit in my face with the comments of thats what happens when purchase a used car these things happen. I would have purchased it privately if i knew i was going to get this kind of service. I spent over 8000 dollars with them and on this car to just be sitting at home not able to be driven because of repairs need that they said they would help my sales person was Orlando Cabrera and the manger over this department is Dan McKnight i purchased with the mileage at 102519 when the check engine came on it was at 102672 see below pictures
I came in for a warning light diagnosis. Steve, Service Technician, made sure I was welcomed, felt valued, and everything was explained. It wasn’t even my car. Plus, he found two safety recalls and had them done at the same time. I already talked to my brother about having the brakes done. Excellent customer service!
I am always very pleased with my experience in your service department. Everyone is very professional yet friendly. The premises are pristine from service to the collision center, very well-tended. Keep it up!
We just bought a used Yukon XL from this dealership 4 days ago. We drove it home from Milwaukee to St. Paul. Soon after we found out the sun roof was broken and its going ti cost us $1500 to repair. The weather strip is broken and is getting caught in the track, so its preventing the sun roof from opening. This was obviously not in working condition before we purchased it, its not a freak thing that happens driving down the highway. I contacted our salesman the very next morning to make him aware. We brought it to the closest dealership to us and found out what was wrong with it. We contacted our salesman, Chris, and basically was told too bad. If youre looking for an honest and reliable dealership, this one is not for you. We are 3 days in to owning our new vehicle and already have to drop more money in to it.
It was very smooth. From drop off to pick up, the communication was very good. I like the text messages giving status updates. The only improvement I would recommend is to inform the customer of the ability to pay online BEFORE letting them know the vehicle is ready. Its a small thing, but I could have saved my wife some stress using my credit card. Overall, solid performance.
This is the best place ever they help me out when nobody will the employees was friendly and willing to help and understanding and a big shout out too willy burazin this man is truly the best I recommend anybody to go see him hes helpful caring and understanding he deserves a raise he knows how to treat people and understanding I wish there was more people like him thank you willy burazin and everybody that hard too help me out you guy are truly the best 🤜🤛
I had multiple things that needed to be taken care of at Lake Chevy, two things in the service department and one thing in the collision center/body shop. I started in the service center to get my vehicles recalls handled but I also had a paint spot that needed to be touched up. It was inconvenient from a customer perspective to have to go back and forth between the two departments to coordinate schedules and services when in reality, those two departments should be communicating with one another to make the customer experience seamless. Just a little irritating when its the same company, in the same building and they seemed totally disconnected and unwilling to communicate with the other department to make my experience that much better.
Steve was kind enough to assist me after hours and made the process seamlessly easy. I thank him for turning a disaster into a great service experience.
Tony and Jovan were nothing but excellent in helping me get the car of my dreams! Both communicated great and made everything super easy
My experience at Lake Chevrolet was very warm. everyone is very nice.will tell my friend to go their.
The Equinox came out worse than it went in - had issues with truck running. Ended up being a timing belt issue - now I have a lower bearing rattle. Also the truck had no oil in it when I picked it up. I talked to Steve in service but all he gave me was excuses on how great his mechanic was and how he was present during the work being done. Really find that hard to believe. I used to buy all my cars from Lake Chev - had Willy as my salesperson - I honestly dont see me going back. Got NO resolution and absolutely no help just excuses. Ended costing me over 2,000 dollars and now the truck will need to be replaced.
Im a repeat customer, always fast, friendly service. Thanks to everyone at Lake Chevrolet.
Bought 2 cars here and also had some repair work done. Nice group of people to work with.
I was just very satisfied with the friendliness of Jovan Parks & Mike Fuller. Both were outstanding & helpful, willing to explain all the SUV features & how to use them. The dealership was very clean & staff was great. The manager Dave was eager to work with me to get me what I wanted at a price we can agree. The lady who went over the financials with me was complete & kind. I am very satisfied & glad to be part of the Chevy Family.
Craig did a great job of responding to my call. The car was towed to Lake Chev and the problem was corrected before closing of the day. All covered my warranty.Thank you
All around amazing service EVERY time I go!
Always fast and friendly service. Steve Thomas is the best service advisor. Won’t go anywhere but Lake.
I had my first service appointment since purchasing my car. Not only were they done in exactly 1hour, like they had estimated.. but they also gave me a car wash. There were no issues, I didnt have to wait in line and there were no delays. (I usually have all sorts of delays/ issues with other places) I really appreciate this dealership for many reasons!
Chad was my service representative. He called me told me what was wrong and they had it fixed by noon. Very happy.
My Subaru got pretty smashed up in December. I took it to Lake Chevrolet Collision Center and Carrie was so amazing to work with. She kept my mind at ease, communicated with me every step of the repair, and worked on getting me a car to get home for Christmas. Her and her team are so great!
Mike Slomski helped my son through a problem with his car. It is very rare to get actual customer service from a dealership and I cant thank him enough. They just gained a new loyal customer!
My experience with your Collision Service Center was excellent. I was very well pleased with the work done on the rear bumper of my vehicle. They made it look like new!
I was quoted $1300 to have a number of things done to my car. It seemed rather steep for what was wrong so I asked the service associate over the phone for a written copy or email of the issues so I could review with my wife. I was given the run around about how they couldnt do that for me and didnt know what I was asking. I was told I needed to come in ( in the middle of the workday) to review the list in person. Really? I just want to see in writing the issues before you make me spend over a grand. After 5 minutes of me trying to ask for a simple email of the issues, they finally said they would send one. I never received it even though they claimed to have my correct information (This was confirmed by the fact that I got texts and an email saying I could pay my diagnostic fee online). The whole interaction seemed really shady to me and I just paid for the diagnostic (which was still $120) and took my car elsewhere. I was quoted $400 less for the same work at a different shop. Imagine that! They would have had my business had they not made the entire process so difficult for a simple request. What a rip off. I will never take our two Chevys here again. I work in customer service and Lake Chevys is not up to par.
Service was GREAT, unfortunately same issued re-appeared same day, now will be taking in again for further diagnosis.
We have been going to Lake Chevrolet for many many years and every time we have gone in for a simple oil change or anything else that happens to our vehicles we always get treated with the best customer service.
My truck still has the same issue nothing was fixed but they claim it was all taken care of. My transmission still shifts hard and its getting worse.
Javon and the finance team were amazing. Javon made sure I had the confidence in getting my truck after having a bad experience at carmax and the finance team got me even lower rates than expected on my truck!! Great work and thanks again!
Always well taken care of and keeps us coming back!
Always happy with their service, response and attention to the customers!
Advisors need to be a little more friendly. Not as good as other dealers.
Don’t go here. They lie. Said they had the car. Drove an hour. Said they just sold the car When I got there. They had my number, they could have called me while I was in the way. Car was No where to be seen on there lot. Miguel was the sales person. Don’t trust them!
So I needed a oil change done on my car that I purchased atbyour dealetship. Left my job a hour earlyvso could be there on time for my appointment at 3pm and sat for almost a hour. I finally got some assistance after I went up and complained. Then it managed to get pulled into shop right after. It took me to go up and say something abd wasted a hour at my job and now have to make ip for leaving early. Why make a appointment when dont follow threw with tje time.
Phenomenal experience! I’d been dealing with a different Chevrolet dealership about a specific Blazer I wanted and was very displeased with the experience I was having. So Lake had the exact model, trim, color and package I was after and I could not be happier with my entire experience with them! Definitely my dealership from here on! Great job Lake for making buying a new car enjoyable!
Jim was great. He helped me get the truck of my dreams when truck with chips are very hard to find. Even picked me up from the airport.
Took the car in for an oil leak, told the advisor I had just had an oil change, so they drained the oil out of the car and charged me again for more oil, service tech took parts off the car that then broke so they had to be replaced, I get that. What I dont get is the fact that they were working with the timing, dont you check to make sure everything is firing correctly, evidently not because I had to come back 2 days later to have another part replaced. I got charged shop supplies and the advisor could not tell me what exactly the shop supplies were. Arent this incidental items included in the labor hourly rate? The mark up on the parts ranged from 50% to 176% on average was 83%! I would think if the mark up on parts is this high than the hourly labor rate should be less. Being charged this much, a warranty on workmanship should be included but of course that doesnt happen either. I feel I was overcharged for parts and labor. Maybe I would feel differently if everything was checked and completed properly the first time. The 2 instances may or may not be related as the advisor thinks they are not but of course I do not agree since the issues were so closely related. It shouldnt be this expensive to fix a domestic car!
I had oil change and tire rotation. Appointment scheduled - was timely and finished timely
You did fine, got the part in, and fixed the problem. My only problem was calling in and getting through to someone, I could not get through. So I just stopped in and worked it out. All fixed.
Glen L. always goes above and beyond to ensure the best service.
Anthony Hansen was a great salesman for the 1 appointment I had with him. Tony Kossow on the other hand, needs some work on customer service and active listening skills. This last phone call, I was spoken over in conversation and my needs ignored if it was not something he wanted to hear. I was pressured into financing for a 2021 Trailblazer with monthly payments that were incredibly too high for me to handle on my own and he showed no sympathy whatsoever. And when I tried to communicate this to him, he simply brought up multiple people waiting to pay cash for this car. Mind you, I was promised by Dan the sales manager that since I had first dibs and put down a $500 deposit, the car would be held until the end of the month so I could figure out my own financing. Tony did everything he could to go back on that promise. This last phone call with him was the last straw. Im receiving my refund allegedly. But I will not be returning to Lake Chevrolet if Tony Kossow is going to be handling my sale.
Dont know how Lake Chevrolet is but Lake Ford is Great to work with, All areas are Great to work with. Keep Up the Great Job!,
Good deals and great service.
Brandon Springer was an absolute breeze to work with. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience, and truck! With how the vehicle market is right now, lake chevy went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed. Thanks again Brandon!
Great service, sales, & body shop! Everyone here provides top notch customer service!
I Have always been treated very good
Matt Bucio was fantastic. He literally Is a savior. He was professional yet personable and he shows that he genuinely cares about his customers. What he has been doing for me since March has been so appreciated and I would love it if you would do something special for him. He definitely deserves. Jonathan in finance was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with as well. But Matt, I definitely will be coming back to him
Smooth experience and Glen is the best!! Thanks again
Scheduling the appointment was very easy. The service was done promptly. The customer waiting room is wonderful and any questions I would have are always answered by the very professional staff.
They brought the new Suburban to our home. Fast and easy deal. Happy that they financed me through GM.
They were efficient and swift as well as friendly.
My service issue was diagnosed and repaired quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained and handled professionally. Thank you.
Chad Sandman has excellent customer service! Very good example, very polite, professional, and has a good sense of humor.
Salesman was honest about not having what we needed in stocks & worked hard to try to locate a substitute. No dice, but he really tried so not his fault & no bs on his part at any point. Liked that a lot.
I love how friendly the service center is. They made sure I knew what maintenance services were recommended for my mileage and even made sure my black beauty was washed.
Recently bought a truck though Lake Chevrolet worked with Matt Bucio who has been absolutely fantastic to work with! I would Highly recommend Lake Chevrolet and absolutely recommend Matt to take care of you! 10/10 excellent experience!
I had brought my car into the dealership due to two specific issues: the check engine light on as well as several errors on my dash alerting me that my Stabilitrak needed to be serviced. As I was unfamiliar with both issues I had assumed the safest route would be to take it to the dealer; where I had originally bought the car from just in case it was an issue that only they could fix. I told them about the issues as well as letting them know I would like my windshield wipers replaced since one had snapped in half during the winter.During a phone call the next morning I was told of the issue with the check engine light which happened to be part of an O2 sensor that was also causing several other code errors to show up on their scanners (nothing about the stabilitrak was ever mentioned to me in this entire conversation) as well as informing me that my rear brake pads and rotors were in poor condition and needed to be replaced. As I was set to be traveling several hours away next month I figured it better to get all of these problems out of the way so I agreed. They said they would call me later that afternoon when it was finished so I could pick it up.I ended up having to call the service center myself to have them tell me my car was all done an hour and a half before they were set to close. I arrived, payed the $1,078 due naively assuming the problems had been fully resolved. I turned the car on and noticed my check engine light was still on so I informed Chad Sandman of the issue and he told me to bring the car back in. I sat in the waiting area with my cousin while we waited to see what was wrong. He came out somewhat somber looking and told us the light was on due to a sensor issue in the oil monitoring system that, somehow, they never managed to pick up on the initial service because he had said when they reset all the sensors the engine was still hot, had recently been running and showed everything was ok but because it had a chance to cool off it somehow tripped the sensor. While my memory of the specifics are somewhat hazy he told us that THIS NEW problem was something much more complex and that to fully resolve the issue I was looking at an additional $2,000-$3,000 in repairs. The other option would be to fix the one specific issue for around $1,300 or so but that would still leave the oil line and engine vulnerable to future damage and eventually cause it to possibly seize up and fail to start; could be two weeks from now, could be a year he had told us. I told him I only make $19,000 a year, am on an incredibly fixed budget and cannot afford to keep throwing money at this thing, especially coming as it is from a problem YOUR MECHANICS FAILED TO PICK UP ON RIGHT AT THE INITIAL POINT OF REPAIR. I understand people make mistakes but its almost basic common sense: you check and you DOUBLE check to make sure the problem is fully resolved so things like this dont happen! He said the only other option would be for me to have the car appraised as is and trade it in for something else.Honestly, this is absolutely ridiculous and I feel like you guys were only interested in squeezing as much money out of an already poor persons pocket as you possibly could. I vehemently refuse to ever do business with your service center again considering the incompetent mechanics you employ there, which makes me wonder about the IQ of the rest of your staff working there as well as recommend to others to never go there and take their vehicles to a trusted and reputable local mechanic, which is what I should have done in the first place.Shame on you all.
Matt and Jim always take care of us when we come in and make the buying process fast. They go above and beyond to accommodate and I know we are going to leave happy with our new car.
Technician was great as always. Very consistent and personable.
We recently bought a Trailblazer at Lake Chevrolet. Josh Burazin and Anthony Hansen were exceptionally helpful and answered any questions that we had. Josh also went over a lot of the features again and got our phones paired up to the vehicle before we left. David Maneage was excellent during the finance portion as well. John Webler took great care with the detailing and preparation of the vehicle. This is the second vehicle we purchased from Lake. All of our experiences with the service department have been worry free. Whether it was an oil change, new tire or anything else, we never had a doubt about the work done. They take the time to review what was completed.
Friendly, courteous service. I was welcomed and felt comfortable as soon as I arrived. Thankyou so much for the best car buying experience ever!
Great service!! Thanx Chad!!
I had a fantastic service experience at Lake Chevrolet. Just purchased a new 2021 Tahoe. I love it! Unfortunately, it had a safety recall with the airbags, so Steve in the service department took my Tahoe and loaned me a Silverado overnight. The part came in the next morning and Steve got me going again that day. Steve is very friendly and has great communication skills. Thank you Steve.I would give Lake Chevrolet service and Steve a 10 out of 10.
I dealt with Craig Pozarski - He was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. This is my third lease car from Lake (Braeger). Plus thru the years we have bought several cars from you. We have been dealing with Braeger since January of 1970. I am very pleased with every part of my experiences.
Salesmen need to know what warranty really is and not be different from the service department
Service representative overlooked my vehicle service plan and tried charging me for my oil change to start. When I inquired about it, then it was a oh, I see it now responce. Then I had a previous recall that was acting up again, even though it was corrected once by Lake Chevrolet. The determination for this was a part that wasnt covered under the recall. With this being said, they tried to charge me an additional roughly $410 to repair the issue stating its up to GM to ok the repair. I passed and will seek a second opinion through another reputable GM dealership. The check engine light for carbon build up on the throttle body was addressed for $173, not under warranty. Also tire rotation and bead seal leak on one rim was addressed. Oil Change as well. Almost 8 hours to complete, not satisfied.
Expected the best, got the best. As one should expect from a dealership vs regular mechanics.
Adam Elbiadi made looking for my Birthday present a great experience. He was kind, friendly, and honest every step of the way. He was well informed, very polite, and wanted to do everything he could to make sure I was pleased with my car. Told me about the best deals without any pressure, I would recommend him to anybody that is looking for a vehicle. Also the dealership in a whole is a wonderful place to shop.
Overall the service was great but the car. Wash sucks, my car is black they didn’t washed out all the soap or shampoo they used, and don’t dried out, so it looks worst then was before
I leased the 2019 Blazer last year from Lake Chevrolet.Although it is a really fantastic car I needed something a bit bigger so I went with the gorgeous 2020 Traverse.I just picked it up today....Josh made the entire transition completely smooth, he really knows his stuff. He is funny, knowledgeable and answered every question I had.Our finance person David Maneage was wonderful and very efficient !We met Willie, a total sweetheart.....I love this warm, personable dealership !!Thank you to all employees here ! 🇺🇲
Scott, David, and the team at Lake were great to work with. They made the process easy and we had a great feeling that we were making the right decision in purchasing a new car from them. Thank you.
I absolutely loved how easy it was to schedule my appointment. Once I arrived I was able to pull right in. They took my information, and advised me that it would take approximately 1 hour. I drove away 1 hr later with a clean Equinox.I would highly recommend Lake Chevrolet.Keep up the GREAT customer service.
Excellent experience from the moment I walked in. Very attentive to my needs and wants. Josh went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Even after the sale when I text him he replied within minutes to my questions.
Mike Fuller was very dedicated in helping me find what I wanted. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to seek Mike out for their next vehicle. The whole lease process went very smooth and quick. I really appreciate the work Mike and Brandon Grimes did to get me where I needed be financially.
I am very happy with the service and level of excellence. I highly recommend to go to them for any of your car needs.
Your dealership is always very nice and clean you have a friendly service department every time I get my truck or car service there they do an excellent job would highly recommend your service department
The service manager was very friendly and courteous. He gave me several options for the work that I required. Definitely will return when I need service again.
Always Shops for parts there reasonable price
Excellent job 👏 👍.
