If you’re in the market for a new phone, go see Thomas!! He was SO helpful, especially with deals available to us. My husband and I both walked out with new iPhones and couldn’t be happier. I did not go to this store but one of their employees, Davione filled in at the lake Geneva store. Very knowledgeable, stayed well after close to help me and someone else, even willingly helped a guy with a problem who walked in half hour after scheduled hours, thinking it was open because Davione was still helping me. He needs a raise.

Went last month to upgrade from iPhone 6S to the 12 mini and that part went fine. Took pretty long, but whatever. The problem is the salesman Thomas said there was a promotion where I could get a free Apple watch and all I would have to pay is the activation fee. Wasn’t planning on getting one, but since he assured me with the promotion it’d be completely free I said OK. Got home and looked more closely at the paperwork, and it looked like I had device payments for the watch. Huh. So I called the store and Thomas said that’s just how the promotion works, you’ll see payments but then there will also be credits which is how it comes out free. I said OK. Then I get my April bill and there is no credit equal to the cost of the Apple watch, it’s just a bill saying here’s your device payment due or you can pay it off (full price). So I get in touch with Verizon support (not through the store, the ones you chat with on the corporate website) and they do their best looking into it and eventually tell me there is no promotion like the one the salesman described, the only promotion is getting $100 off an Apple watch when you get a new phone. $100 discount is very different than a FREE watch, and I definitely did NOT misunderstand at the time. My husband was with me and he remembers it exactly the same way. So whatever. I like the watch, I can afford it. But I’m angry at the deceitful way it was sold to me. Either the salesman didn’t understand how the promotion works (fail), or he straight up lied to get a commission (bigger fail). Oh and on top of that I was told I’d receive an itemized receipt emailed to me because I also bought a screen protector, case, etc. Never got that receipt and had to once again had to contact Verizon support and have them send it to me. Overall a needlessly frustrating experience and waste of time. I won’t be going back. If you buy anything from them, read all the paperwork while still in the store and make sure the words coming out of the salesman’s mouth match what is in print.

I wish I got her last name but I went there yesterday because I needed a SIM card activated and this girl named Jane helped me out and got it activated I went there a week prior to pick up my new phone and she told me about the price match on iPhone cases. Best customer service

Davione Reco Luis And Thomas assisted myself and a friend/co worker in purchasing a new phone and understanding if we have the correct plans. Each person took time with us and educated myself and friend to the point I now feel I can teach other people... such a good team assisting. Some great items that the team applied to my accounts is simply wonderful. The team recognized what I needed a d reassuranced me that they are their to walk me thru the additions. Each member of the team was so honest that it made me feel very special and luck. All to often service is not met with the customers expeditions. These gentleman Davione especially really made things so perfect. Lastly, I will say I owned my own businesses for many years and still do...in this climate to have such great persons as well knowledgeable is a great thing. I have been and will be a customer forever. These gents should be commended!Ty,Phil

The best Verizon store hands down, Reco is the man, informative and very helpful. Everyone at this store has a great sense of humor and they’re all really welcoming and caring I’d give this group 10 stars if I could. I am loving the AirPod pro’s and the new 12 pro max, loved the AirPod pro’s so much I even went back to the store to get my girl a pair, I recommend them over anything.

Joe helped me get the new iphone and trade in my current iphone X and it didn’t hurt at all. he made me aware of the deals and promotions they had going on. he helped me understand my plan and how to pick which was best. Joe was FANTASTIC! I highly recommend this location.

I have been helped by Dwayne both times. He is helpful and when unsure of something refers to someone else. He took the time to help me set up phones, and move stuff around from number to number patiently. The manager I am not so fond of. First of all, I understand personal expression, but lose the nose ring at work. Also, he seems as though working with customers and providing them with answers is more than he wants to do. This is based off of my interaction today, and from about two months ago when I stopped in. I’m glad the people who work there are more personable.

Stoped in real fast to get a screen cover. Staff was very friendly and greeted us at the door. She pulled up our account very fast and when we could not remember the security code she sent a password to the phone. They took the old screen cover off and clean the phone screen really good prior to adding the new one. While they worked on the phone we were able to window shop new phones. Then was done in no time. The screen was crystal clear. They also helped us with direction to local spots as we are tourist.

Had a great experience at this store switching from Sprint to my fiances Verizon plan. The switch was very easy and they had a great deal going on android phones when we were there. The people were very friendly and excited to help us. I decided on a Google Pixel 2XL although I was nervous about leaving team iPhone, the employees reassured me that if I didnt like the phone that I had some options. I did not feel rushed to make any decisions and the cost breakdown of joining the plan was very transparent and easy to follow. I also purchased a case, screen cover (which the gentleman helping us even applied flawlessly for me!), and a USB to USBc cord for use with android auto.Fast forward 2 days and my android auto was not working as desired. It would keep connecting and disconnecting without reason. I went into the location to ask for any advice and luckily the same people who helped us the 48 hours prior were there and knew how important my android auto was to me. The internet suggested trying a shorter cord so they supplied me with a shorter cord to try and said if I had any issues to please come back and let them know.To make a long story short - this is by far the best experience I have had with any cell phone purchase. I would highly recommend this Verizon store.

I placed an order on the My Verizon app for a new phone to be picked up at this location. I placed it after the store had closed, so the pick-up date was set to the next morning. I got a message saying not to go to the store until I got an e-mail saying the device was ready, but I wasnt quite clear on the instructions, so I called the store the next morning.China answered my call, answered all of my questions and promised she would call back in about an hour to let me know when to pick it up. She followed up when promised and gave me a time.I got there a few minutes early, and she followed me in a minute after, I think cutting a break short, to take care of me.Ive always hated getting new phones because its typically a drawn out process, but I put 16 minutes on my parking meter -- expecting full well to have to find change and feed it -- only to drive off with 3 minutes left...I work in the Service Industry, so excellent customer service is always very much appreciated!
