Drove here to grab my new phone which I was porting number over after being there a while Seth the cashier told me I couldn’t take phone but number was port over that made no sense. I had to call AT&T back and have them set everything up where I had to drive to another store and get my phone. This was a ridiculous experience if he didn’t know what he was doing he should’ve ask for help.

Keep in mind I believe the in-store associates did everything they could and tried multiple solutions. I spent 4 hours in one of your stores (not counting wait time) trying to upgrade my phones and add a line of service. I ended up leaving without either. When finalizing my order and trying to validate my info, you seemed to have the wrong last four digits of my social. Attempting to correct this, your associate call customer service and was immediately informed that there was nothing he nor I could do to correct the problem. I then attempted to call customer service again on my own and was swiftly transferred to a closed office without a voice-mail (so hung up on). I am strongly considering taking my service elsewhere and am currently researching alternatives.

Best experience Ive had at a phone store. The staff is amazing. I didnt get the typical sales pitch Im used to getting at most retail stores and they didnt make me feel any pressured to buy a phone. In fact, after I mentioned needing a new phone they focused on checking my eligibility to get a free one. The person who took care of me clearly knew what they are doing, they got me in and out in under ~15 minutes. Bravo to everyone there, they all seemed great, and the place itself looks nice. This might be the only phone store I would actually recommend.

1. Needs MORE FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL staff2. Needs bigger selections of things. Walked in and the immediate display counts was basically empty.3. Their was (2) guys working, neither one greeted me when I walked in. One of the guys must of thought he was funny cause he kept trying to crack jokes. Me personally, if I want a comedy show Id go see one. If I have questions about service and possible purchasing an item, thats where the focus should be.4. When it was finally my turn,one of the gentlemen (not the wanna be comedian)came up to me. Did not introduce himself, but was pleasant. He answered all my questions and gave me tips on where to go and what to do.Im thinking about possible switching services. Can never get a straight answers about my bill, or how to lower my bill. Not only that, but there is always some new charges going up.Even though this location is in walking distance, I normally go to the store in Glendale or East North Ave. location. Never had a problem at either one those locations. This location 👎

Was at this location a couple of days ago, person working was unsure of what services he could sell me I even told him what I had seen online and asked if it was the same at the store level( he couldnt answer!!) He seemed to be having a bad day . it will be a very long time before I will even consider coming back to this location, I will look somewhere that can give me better service.

I would recommend this store over any store in the city of Milwaukee. They are fast and have the best prices than any other company. They got me in and out in 30 mins they give you great prices and would go through with everything to make sure you get the best services you need and want. Your time wouldn’t be wasted if you go to this store.

5 stars for the working manager only. AT&T otherwise has been incredibly frustrating.I broke my iPhone 7 and have been trying to upgrade to the 11. As there’s no physical stock at several of their locations, I’ve spent 4+ hrs over many days trying to order one. The system keeps messing up the orders and no one understands how to remedy it. Now I’m blocked for days from upgrading. It’s bizarre how difficult this process has been.

Extremely slow service, unhelpful staffs. I rarely leave reviews but the service at this store is ridiculous.I visited this store on a Saturday when there were two sales rep present. The sales reps were busy with their customers but there was no line in front of me. I waited 40 minutes, and a new sale rep walked back from lunch. This sale rep switched my plan back to prepaid plan (and with the help from other sale reps), however, he claimed that he could not cancel my apple watch line and directed me to call AT&T customer services to cancel this line. After I called the customer service, the operator told me that I need to go into an AT&T store and cancel the line there. See the frustration there? I wasted more than one hour to achieve nothing. This is ridiculous.

Customer service is great answered all my questions and even set up my phone and everything so I didn’t have too. They were able to move my old number from my old provider (horrible sprint). The store is clean. The only thing is that it seemed there phone stock is limited and had only two iPhone watches to choose from.

Contrary to all the previous reviews, I received excellent customer service at this location. Agents were genuine, friendly, attentive and knowledgable. Transaction went smoothly, I left with what I needed/wanted and nothing else. They werent too pushy with the up-sales and promotions.New management seems to have implemented vast improvements.Bonus: this location has a dedicated parking lot.

I resisted buying a smartphone (I had what a basically a flip phone) until this week, so I was clueless about setting it up. Ty was amazing - she set up my new phone, transferred all of my contacts and patiently answered my questions without making me feel stupid. Everyone at the store was very friendly and helpful. If youre going to use AT&T products, I highly recommend this store.

I had a great experience at this ATT customer service branch! I walked in with serious concerns about my bill and Clemente and his fellow employees went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He took the time to understand my situation, got me in touch with the right people, told me what to say and what not to say, and in the end his work completely changed my status/experience with ATT. Highly recommend!

I went to a different AT&T store expecting to upgrade my phone only to be turned away because the guy was clueless about the upgrade process.I then drove downtown to this location, and the rep here was extremely helpful, nice, and walked me through every step of the process and I walked out with my new phone in hand after earlier was told I couldnt upgrade for 3 months! These guys clearly know what they are doing over other close AT&T stores!Didnt get the name of the rep, but I saw business cards that said Skylar so if it was Skylar who helped me yesterday upgrade from my GS7 edge to a GS9+ kudos to you!!Only reason I am giving 4 and not 5 stars was because the wait was extremely long, about 40 minutes before I got helped. I did hear you tell someone else that only 2 employees currently work at the location so that seems like a management issue to hire on more guys.Thanks again!!

I almost always read reviews but never take the time to write one myself. I saw awful reviews for this store but decided to go because it was very close to me. After having a great experience with the staff, I made it a point get on here and speak up.The store was clean, I was helped promptly, and the staff wasnt too pushy with up-sells.

When I called the Ogden store at 1:41 pm on Oct 5, 2017 the salesman told me he had the LG Phoenix 3 Smartphone in stock. But when I arrived at the store at 7:30 pm on same day, it was not in stock. I explained what happened and asked the salesman to check again which he did. Then he told me to call ahead next time! This means he was not listening to me. After that I asked if another smartphone had a screen protector and he replied, No, but you dont really need it because if it gets scratched its only $100 and easy to replace. Then I was dismissed before I could ask about a stylus for graphic design. No apology, no attempt to sell me any alternative, no attempt to get back to me. I felt that he wanted to assist younger, or perhaps more affluent, customers instead because he seemed to have no problem listening and responding to them. So your experience at this store depends on who you are perceived to be, which probably explains all the conflicting reviews. Perhaps I should stay with Verizon.

Not smart people, seemed pissed... Switched from Verizon to AT&T, got my SIM card. but they didnt set up the network or anything so no internet or group messages just text and calling. they said it was working fine and there is nothing else they can do. I found out theres a bunch of setting that need to set up. I had to set up Mobile Networks Access Points manually, which would have been fine if they told me that thats what i needed to do. not oh it must be issues with your phone 1 out 5 stars, because they did get me calling and text, if there was an option for 0 stars i wouldnt select it.

This is hands down the worst customer service you could experience. They have absolutely no clue what they are doing in this store. They are rude, not willing to help and not friendly. Im an existing customer with AT&T and recently visited this store to buy a pre-paid connection for one of my friends who is new to the country. The sales person after taking all the information and spending around 10 mins with us, he then mentioned that they are out of SIM cards and will arrive later in the day. We wanted to know if we could come later in the day to purchase it as we needed a new connection that day .. we started checking when the SIM cards will be available to come back gain. The sales person was very rude to us and with a weird attitude said Just come tomorrowI know the next nearest store is 10 miles way but I still drove all the way and bought it from a different store. Please do not encourage rude salesmen.
