In an effort to not support the Amazon monopoly, i shopped around to try to find the stuff i needed and went specifically with Remy battery due to the fact that i could get my items within 5 days. I put in my order, and 2 days later got an email that pretty much all of my items were out of stock and would take 7-10 days others would take more than a few months. Just another instance of a business acting as a middle man selling things they dont have. Dont trust their ship dates. If you need stuff within a certain time frame good luck.

DONT BUY FROM THEM!They sent me batteries that died after 4 months. They said I have warranty and I need to ship back (at my cost of $140). I did that and they never issued refund. Tried to give stories.... then this guy that handled it (Andrew) disappeared.

This company has something that is missing these days, They have...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE....Our Fire Department here in Texas ordered some terminal ends and wire, Andrew was very helpful from start to finish, we had a small problem on our end and the company bent over backwards to help us out, our Fire Department, Wayland VFD greatly appreciates what they have done for us.

Great service! Had a strange issue of good voltage but no amperage, but they tested it right in front of me, explained the issue, and hooked me up with a new one. Been going here for years, and always had great service. Thanks for being there guys! Oh, and I read the previous reviews. Kinda laughed a bit about someone complaining that the place was dirty. Place isnt dirty at all, but its not a polished showroom. I suppose if white flooring and glossy displays are important, theres always Walmart! But, are you going to be fondly remembering those white floors, when youre standing in line at the Walmart return center holding the battery you had to remove yourself, waiting for the person to come over from the lawn furniture department whos checked three whole batteries in his life to check your battery? I mean, ideally, once you buy a battery, you shouldnt have to think about it, ever, for at least half a decade. But if there is a problem, dont you want friendly people ready to help you, that know their stuff, and honor their warranty without question? Remy is a SOLID business, with good batteries, and good people. Whether its your car, your boat, or (in this case for me, Grandmas powered wheelchair), is the battery really the place to skimp to save eight bucks?

Theres a lot of construction on 43rd street, so I definitely suggest Google mapping your route to avoid congestion or endangering yourself crossing traffic.I was referred to this company back in March due battery issues that I was having.After a quick check up and some battery cable tightening, the technician was honest with me and told me that although I was near the end of my battery life, It would still be good for summer before I would need a new battery. so I waited until the end of October.The technician could have lied to me just to make a quick sale but he didnt and I respect him and his company for that. Fortunately he was there when I returned to have my battery finally replaced.His service was professional, he was friendly and he was expedient.

I always find Remy an electrifying place to do business..you might say that I get quite a charge out of them. I want to keep this short so I wont list all of the positive reasons that I go there but I can tell you that there is only one negative and it is, that since they closed the Northside store, I have a longer travel time to get that electron pumping service that I have become accustomed to. They were very helpful, knew the difference between batteries. Didnt try and sell you just any type, you got exactly the type of battery you needed for your car or any other type of vehicle or a piece of equipment that you needed a battery for. And the price wasnt hard on your wallet. (1/21/2019) Came here to get a battery replaced on a different vehicle that I own, replaced it right away. Very happy with the service.

Ok so I needed a battery for my 17 year old daughters car I was told this is a good cheap place. I walked in and the place is very old and very messy. The man at the desk told us we had to go to the back so we walk to the back told the gentleman behind the counter what kind of car we have and he told us the battery was $130. Which is not cheap thats actually on the high end of all the batteries I was looking at. Ended up getting her a battery from Farm & Fleet$100.. and it was the top-of-the-line with 7 yr warranty not the entry model I would have got at Remy..

Milwaukee has a WINNER ... I have to admit. Incredible selection of batteries for just about everything.Even with out all the glitz and glitter of the alternate battery outlets in Milwaukee...This little dynamo shines brighter by far...They have their own brands that are cheaper, and referbisish ones too...The warranty and the servicing is local, and absolutely true...Every time that Ive been there, at either location, they are happy to please and go beyound what they need to...A great group, and a jewel for Milwaukee....if your having trouble, and you think is your battery...They can check it out quickly, and Ive never been charged for the inspection....To trust in todays world is dangerous...These people though, Ive come to more than trust, I RELY on...dont forget to thumbs up, if you like the review

Had issues with an agm battery after a year and they insisted it was not defective, thus offering no recourse even inside the warranty period. It went in as a core on a Johnson Controls lead acid that would have been cheaper to start with and has served me well since.
