HORRIBLE I HAVE A NISSAN I HAVE WAITED OVER A MONTH ALMOST TWO MONTHS FOR A PART ON BACK ORDER DUE THIS MY CAR IS COMPLETE OUT AND NOT DRIVABLE I TOOK MY CAR TO THE SHOP JULY 2 it’s not aug 9 and the part still hasn’t arrived Nissan offered me nothing no loner vehicle/no reimbursement/no rental cars they do t even care every time we call to see if the part is here they just make up some excuse about the ETA I will never buy another Nissan vehicle I contacted Nissan affairs and they’re SOOOO UNHELPFUL the man has yet to call me since July 27 I’m so over this whole experience I just want my vehicle to work and nobody feels responsible for this it’s like

Not a good experience. All Russ Darrows seem to not be honest car dealerships.We looked at specific car online that was listed a certain price. When we sat down to to negotiate a price the first proposal was not anywhere near the advertised price online. At least 3,000 to 4,000 over.When I called them out on this they tried to say that price online is only valid under certain circumstances. I explained the way their website posts things is very misleading, their website does not state any restrictions for the price.I explained no reputable car dealer would do this and they need to honor their online price. They were unwilling to do this. Stating this is what all car dealerships do (which is not true).Unfortunately this seems to be Russ Darrows tactic. I had also about year or two ago gone to Russ Darrow Nissan near Good Hope Rd, and again found myself not being given a fair price as they would not honor the online advertised price. It seems to be a way to trick people to coming in.The sad thing is some people are probably accepting this deception and buy a car anyway.

Had my alternator replaced (990-dollars) here March 11th and when I went to pick up the car it had not been washed. But thats not the worst of it. A window had clearly been left down on the front drivers side and there was easily a full cup of water in my Weathertech floor mats. Thankfully I have those mats or all that water would have been soaked into the carpets. I can only assume my leather seats on the drivers side were also soaked but they had dried by the time I picked up the car. Making this even worse is the fact that the window was UP when I picked up the car, indicating someone had to drive the car knowing full well there was water inside and didnt bother to dump it out or clean it up. But thats still not the worst of it. Arriving home I opened the hood and found that the plastic retainers holding the cowling around the radiator in place were simply put in place, but not secured...they were just stuck in the holes but not snapped into place. Also the plastic shield under the engine was not properly secured and was actually hanging down! I wrote a very calm letter to the dealer explaining the problems, including the fact that if a multi-point inspection was done, there was no paperwork to show what was found included in my invoice. I did not ask for anything, but said I simply wanted the shop manager to be aware of the problem. As of this date, April 22nd, I have not heard a word back. My note was sent through the contact us link on their Web site. I have learned an important lesson: do not ever have my car service by Russ Darrow again.

When searching for a Nissan Maxima on the web I came across a posting listed by this dealership. I first choose to purchase a car online using a feature on their website. When I didnt hear anything from them after a day, I decided to call and inquire about my online purchase. Over the phone I was told that nothing went thru but they would hold the car for me until it went thru, then I was told they couldnt hold a car not even with money down, then I was told they dont even sale cars online. Turns out that these people dont even carry the inventor they have listed online and that they cant even do online purchases or financing/ pre approval. They conned me into doing a credit app and trashed my credit by running it thru a bunch of shady financing companies. To the point of my social security number was flagged and put at Risk. I highly dont recommend and this is a place I would stay far away from, theyre nothing but unprofessional, pushy, arrogant, Liars.
