Alittle disappointed. I set an appointment for 2 weeks ago. Come in this morning. Wait all day to be told that the machine for alignments had broken. And I would have to wait to Thursday. Abit inconvenient since I work everyday of the week. But hopefully I can get what I need done by Thursday.

4/2016 took a 2500 Suburban in for an alignment They claimed that I needed a new upper A-arm, then wanted to charge 2.5x going price for part! He lowered the price once he knew that I know the real priceA couple weeks ago the front of the truck started making noise every time I would start and stop. Took apart the front end to find the upper a arm rubber completely deteriorated and dry rotted. It was obviously out of a junkyard!Do not trust these people!

A Simple oil change, but great service!

Integrity, honesty and kindness. This auto repair shop sets the standards. On a cold snowy day where every mechanic in the city was four days out before they could help our brake light went on and we could tell the brakes were failing. I called many repair shops and Eric at Burleigh Brake was able to find time to fix our brakes as we traveled through Milwaukee. He was upfront that it could take a while. He was quick to assess the problem with our brakes. Eric’s quote for the repair was fair. To my surprise in under three hours the vehicle was repaired. To my surprise the final repair bill was twenty dollars less than what was quoted. Eric and his team are professional, honest and friendly. If my kids were still in college and their car needed repair, this is the place I would want them to go. There is a gas station and subway restaurant next to the garage. I strongly recommend calling Eric.

I dont know whats going on over there lately, but Im not happy at all. My truck was towed over there because it wont start 4 days ago and it hasnt even been looked at, let alone fixed. No communication whatsoever, tried calling and no one answers. Now its going on the weekend and I dont have any answers or a car. I heard through the grapevine that they are having staffing problems. This shouldnt be my problem to worry about, and it shouldve been communicated to me so that I couldve picked another shop to go with. I tried to get a towing service to pick up my truck to take it to another shop, but apparently it was blocked in and the shop was closed! A sign was left on the door stating that no one would be in until Monday. Unreal.I have had work done in the past by BBT, but it looks like that wont be the case anymore. Trying to go local isnt great when you are taken advantage of.

The owner Eric is a very knowledgeable old school mechanic who does the job right double checks all his work I have nothing bad to say about the man or his business

You just cant have anyone work on Limousines, Badger State Limousine Service has all the confidence in Eric and Company and when we bring Eric a problem, we know he is going to figure it out. We are so grateful for finding these boys, and we highly recommend there abilities and skills to making things right, if they can fix Limousines, they can fix anything. I had them repair my brakes, and the emergency brake. I read good reviews about them. The brakes lasted less than one year, and less than 1000 miles before I was driving and lost the ability to stop properly. This was very dangerous. No thanks to this incompetent place, but, thankfully no one was hurt or killed. I went back because it was still in warranty. They charged me again to repair their shoddy work. Less than 500 miles later the brakes went out again, and the emergency brake that they repaired broke. Needless to say I will not being going back to these hacks that endangered peoples lives by their incompetent brake job. They also ripped me off. This place does get positive reviews on Angies List and elsewhere, but, most likely they are fake reviews.

Dropped my car off at their shop w brand new beautiful wheels. Next day there is a massive tool mark sent in the lip,of the wheel. Shop refused to do anything about were extremely dishonest. Approach with major caution their shop just cost me $700

In the past year Ive needed a bunch of minor fixes on my 09 chevy. (New tires,re wiring my headlights,brakes)These guys have been a huge help in anything my car has thrown at them and at a great rate.Fast friendly service at a fair price.

*********$$$$$$ DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! My friend took his car there for a major repair to fix over heating problem. A week later it started over heating again. When he called the shop the guy told him he not only would not have the car towed back to the shop, but that he didnt have time to even look at it for one week. This means that he doesnt guarantee his work and doesnt value the customer at all. Will be pursuing legal action.

Been coming here for years. These guys have always been straight with me, with fair pricing and have never given me reason to doubt their work.
