Good service kept the app at the reasonable time in and out for emissions no more that 5 minutes for emission test heavent had any of my vehicles serviced here bit will do keep up the good work

Bad experience. I walked in to sign up for the emission test at 12 noon. Its been an hour and there were no calls. They told me they called me twice but i didnt answer. Unfortunately, they called the wrong number. So they erased me on the list right away and put me again on a new list. Oh my God. I waited forever for my turn. 🥲

Come at 8:30am for emissions test and get it done at 9:40am. You just need to wait. staff is nice, but don’t pick the busy hours. Emission test from 9 am to 2 pm.

Not a place i would go back to ever 🤦 was told to park and wait for call for emissions but never got the call. Wasted hr watching people pull up and go in and out 🤦 i guess you have to be family or close friend idk but sure was unprofessional to have high ratings. Thanks to another shop 7 min away i was in and out no problems no wait 💯

I took my van in for emissions. Great fast customer service. You dont have to wait in a long line. All you have to do is go in give your vehicle information and phone number. Then patiently wait in your car until you receive a call that its your turn. I found this very convenient compared to other places where you have to wait in line for hours sometimes to get emissions service. I was out of there in about 20 minutes tops.

Just and accident/lawsuit waiting to happen. Really unprofessional business receptionist was very rude customers walking around in work areas(very unsafe) all the mechanics i saw did not look certified or have a ASE patch (most likely just some random guys that work on cars) these practices are not very professional and i would advise anyone reading this to go to your dealer or another place i will be reporting this to the bbb i hope they have good insurance

Just an awful experience from beginning to end. Went in at 830 in the morning for misfiring engine. There was one person ahead of me, but it still took until 330 to even get a diagnostic. The guy said it was the spark plugs even though Id said I just had them replaced. I decided to stick with them because I didnt want to move the car somewhere else on a misfiring engine even though I was getting a sketchy feeling. It was done the next day and they left the diagnostic charge in even though I had gotten work done there. The day after that, I start the car up and the engine misfired again, took it to the dealership and they knew what it was within an hour. I regret ignoring red flags with National Auto Tech. As a side note, although they are not doing emissions testing due to covid, absolutely none of the workers were wearing masks.

I first went to them for emissions testing and was impressed by how fast they were. So I went back for a transmission fluid change and they were fast and reasonable especially since I came in WITHOUT an appointment. Unfortunately I had issues with my bearings and they got my car repaired same day. I have the worst luck because I also became a victim of Milwaukees infamous potholes and they have been so reasonable to work with despite my insurance company being slow and difficult. I rarely give reviews on businesses but these guys earned it. you can tell the owner Wally loves his job he loves coming to work and actually helping people he has been extremely reasonable and patient with me over my current issue of getting my car repaired Im very confident that these guys are going to get it fixed and get it fixed very quickly I have never had an issue with these guys and Im very confident to recommend their services to other people because Wally seems to be very professional and focused on helping the community. I literally have nothing negative to say about him or his business. I have seen that people have complained about the diagnostic testing and I totally understand from a business standpoint why they do it. They dont charge unless you do the repair at their place I think this prevents people from trying to get a free diagnostic and get their friend who works on cars to do it.

This place came up on Google search for emissions testing, but they are on hiatus because of the virus. Receptionist was very nice though....

My car blew a fuse so it had no power and need to be towed one (1) singlar block to the shop. I was told the tow would be $50... (Okay even though it was only one block....) I was also told over the phone that if I had the work done in that shop I wouldnt need to pay the $80 diagnostic testing fee. Well... I sat from 1:45 pm till 4:49 pm for them to find out it was a blown fuse and because it was a small fix I was charged the diagnostic fee. On all I spent $200 for a blown fuse. I feel like I shouldnt matter how small a fix I shouldnt have had to pay for the diagnostic. They didnt honor their word and lost my respect. I feel like any honest shop would charge $50 at the very most for that issue not $200. I think they took advantage of me. One single blown fuse, one block of towing, I sat for hours... Bad business practice. Also I googled the cost of fuses $7 for the whole kit... I know the picture say mogule fuse they meant module fuse... Note it say repair on wiring harness... Black electrical tape! And one zip tie... Honestly to God!!!!!

They totally overcharged me for their services, I don’t know what I was thinking. To replace a crank shaft and the body throttle and a sensor connector I got charged 937 dollars with the taxes. I will never go back to this shop again.

For emission test, do not arrive (at least) less than 20 minutes before 630p when they stop doing them... because they wont do it.

They wanted to charge me 80 dollars to check the check engine light of my car.

Horrible experience. Misdiagnosed my vehicle, did the wrong work. Absolute rip-off! Stay away from them.
