Ive been a loyal consumer at this particular business for years now. This Good Hope service station really is one of the best. I come here periodically to have my car serviced for oil changes, engine light diagnostics, tires, etc and I must tell you they do quality work, the prices are reasonable, and they work diligently to get car back into your hands.

The quality work done on my Elantra to replace my broken window in a robbery attempt was extremely fast and very well done. I brought the car into the service area yesterday afternoon and I was notified at 9 am this morning that it was ready for pickup. Ordering. a window for a Hyundai car in this age of car thefts is is a challenge itself much less completing the repair in less than 24 hours is remarkable. This was a job very well done.

The guys at Good Hope Service are friendly, patient, and great teachers. They explain what’s going on with my car, ask thoughtful questions about issues I describe, and are always ready with a smile. I go out of my way to bring the car here - really out of the way, there are probably three dozen shops closer to my home because I’ve moved to the other side of town - but I can’t bring myself entertain the idea of looking for a new mechanic. Isn’t having someone who remembers me between visits and treats me fairly worth keeping? They always find room for me in their schedule, so I always make the time to get there for the work! Good Hope Service was excellent. I was able to schedule the service promptly. They gave me a very fair estimate, which I had researched what an average cost for this repair should be on the internet prior to scheduling. They were courteous and thorough in everything they did. I appreciated their assessment after they had fixed my brakes as they pointed out an item that they noticed but said it did not need fixing at this time. This was just a heads up. And they came in with the cost that was slightly below their estimate.

My Google account is pulling up under my daughters name but I’m Ms Kelly and I can guarantee you this is the ONLY repair shop I will take my car and recommend to anyone who’s looking for an honest reliable shop! I took my car there for a tuneup only because I’ve never had a tuneup and thought my car could use a little maintenance. After taking a look at my car I received a call from John who advised that I did not need a tuneup and my spark plugs looks fairly new. If this had been any other shop they would’ve charged me probably $200+, knowingly a tuneup was not necessary. They also fixed my horn and I only paid a whopping $38 and I was on my way. I really appreciate your honest work, trust there’s no other repair shop in the city of Milwaukee like Good Hope Service HANDS DOWN! Ladies don’t get taken for a ride with any other repair shop, you can trust these guys (smiley faces)!

Ive had my 2008 Ford Fusion serviced at this location several times now. They are very efficient, always had my car serviced quickly and have great communication with me about what needs to be done and the costs. I havent had any issues with the quality of their work and everyone who works there is very pleasant to deal with. I plan on using them in the future for my vehicles and would recommend them to others.

Came for an oil change. Always happy with my service here. They topped off my fluids and my tires as well. Its often really hard to find a good place to get your car worked on. I found this place by accident when it was the closest place to get my emissions checked. They all wear masks and keep distant.

Hit something sharp on the street and I knew that something bad was going to happen...tire pressure light came on to confirm. I just drove directly to the shop without an appointment. I was greeted with genuine “how can we help” attitudes, they had time to take my car in right away! Fixed me up with my spare tire which they did very quickly. Followed up the next day with putting the new tire on and I even got a discount because the tire had road hazard insurance on it! Great bunch of professionals that know what to do and how to do it!

Of late Ive had a couple of issues with my Avalon and received a few estimates. Since they were relatively minor I did not make it a priority. Good Hope Service was recommended by a friend, they are in the area, and some of the issues were getting a bit worse ... so I gave them a try. They were busy so an appointment was made. I dropped it off and within a couple of hours they called with their diagnosis and price. Less that 2 hours later I was picking up my car and it is running perfectly. Jon was fantastic, his employees extremely friendly and professional and the price was lower than most estimates I had received. I will DEFINITELY return to Good Hope Service!

They didn’t have my size tires and had to order them. They then gave me an end time for service by 6pm. The car was ready by 2:30 and I was able to make my nail appointment without inconveniencing anyone else.

The gentleman was extremely nice and helpful. I went for a oil change and I knew something was going on with my brake fluid as it was leaving but didn’t see a leak and my brake light was on so they found the problem without me asking and notified me of the needed repairs and estimated cost.

The young man that waiting on me was great, his customer service was excellent. I wish I had gotten his name so that I could give him the proper credit, all I know is he was a young man between 25-30 or so, and African American. I would recommend them to others for sure.

Derive was great 2nd time going to them they BBB are very efficient and always update you if theres any other changes very professional found my new mechanics.

I have done a lot of business here. I am not far savvy. On a few occasions they could have charged me whatever they wanted. Once they turned me away with no charge since it was a 15 second repair. On the most recent service the charge was $189. They could have charged up to $1000 since I have no clue. Honest mechanics, I take all my automotive concerns here. Thank you..
