Very poor service, they will continuously tell you that your vehicle is fixed. In fact they will rig it or use used parts so that it appears to be fixed. You’ll be right back within the week with the same problems if not more. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this shop unless you want to be out of thousands of dollars. Take your hard earned money to real professionals.

This is the worst place in the world I paid 6k for an engine that I never received paper work on and I’m not sure if it was really replaced guys walk around their shop as customers with guns hanging out, they were suppose to do some head gasket work but instead cut my muffler off cleaned it out so it will be less smoke and let me to continue to ride on I wouldn’t recommend this chop shop to a dog and now they relocated to east capital they take your money and they mess up your car and disguise it with humor and jokes but it’s all game please stay away from NASH auto

I went there this morning for the first time at 8am. They helped me with an issue with my air ride suspension. I actually did the work myself but missed replacing a fuse that was not listed on the wire diagrams. I took it there on a referral from a friend. They went above and beyond to find the issue, which they did so. They should have charged me more but they didn’t. I insisted to pay more and they refused. Awesome service. I will definitely refer others. Thanks Nash!

I had been quoted several outrageous prices to have a new exhaust system put onto my 03 volvo. Nash Auto not only did it for more than half the price of some of the surrounding competitors. They did it in a timely fashion. The car was serviced to completion in 4-5 hours once dropped off. I will use them for all my vehicle needs!

If I could give them -32 stars, I would. HIGHLY would not recommend. You take your car to them to fix it and it comes back in worse condition than before. Terrible. They’re always packed to capacity & give you the run around on when you can even get serviced.

I wouldn’t even let this place change my breaks. They take used parts from the junk yard to repair your car and charge you an arm and a leg to do it. Car comes back in worse condition than before. They rush every job they do. They don’t test drive it to make sure the repair is complete. Horrible company.

Total rip off poor customer service went to here to get my car fixed came up with another problem they broke and Damage fog light on my car and then when I asked him about it they didn’t know what happened do not recommend getting work done at this place.

My friend brought her truck here for transmission repair. They kept installing junkyard transmissions with the same problem. She brought it back repeatedly, and they treated her poorly when she asked them to fix it again. When they finally installed a transmission that worked (its still in there to this day), they installed it crooked, and left bolts loose, missing on it, as well as other bolts missing, such as on engine mounts. After a little while it began clicking. When she brought it in for the noise, they told her to give it some time, and that it would click in eventually, and that was normal for some transmissions. What was really happening was that since the transmission was installed crookedly, the flex plate (equivalent to flywheel in a manual trans) was flexing excessively, and was slowly cracking apart. Eventually, it completely cracked apart, with the center mounting section separating from the rest of the disc. This happened while she was on the freeway with her kids in the car. The vehicle lost power in traffic, and she had to coast her vehicle to the emergency lane in traffic, and then have it towed. She came to me after this happened because she didnt want to deal with this shop anymore. Last time she did, she got mad because they were giving her such a runaround, and they told her not to get hood on them. She got a new flex plate, and took it to another shop on Vliet, after I saw all the bolts missing, and the transmission being crooked, and told her not to go back to Nash. The mechanic at the shop on Vliet also found that the pilot bushing that the transmission shaft mates with was severely damaged. He installed the new flex plate and a new pilot bushing, as well as all of the correct transmission mounting bolts, and the transmission has been fine since.

Do not have your car repaired here. I took my truck here the day before Thanksgiving because my heat wasn’t working, it was blowing cold air, and it overheated and shut off on me, also check engine light was on. They charged me$525. TWO WEEKS LATER myy th truck started doing the same thing over again. Took it back they told me I needed a hose replaced and charged me an additional $180. Funny how they didn’t notice that two weeks ago when they diagnosed it. Told me it wasn’t related to the previous issue. Two weeks later my heat doesn’t work again and blowing cold air. I just so happened to get an oil change from another mechanic and he told me I needed a new water pump it was leaking. I asked two mechanics if a water pump can coincidentally go out in two weeks. They told me no it’s been like that for a while that’s why my heat isn’t working because all the antifreeze is comming out from the leaking water pump and that someone had been working on it and used some sealer to try to patch up the leak. I went back here and informed the guy at the front I just went to get an oil change and what they told me. He immediately got defensive and tried to say it wasn’t cracked two weeks ago. He was very rude and told me he didn’t want to fix my truck because I blamed him. Really didn’t care to fix the problem and brushed me off after I gave them $700 for nothing. I had to turn around and spend an additional $900 to replace my water pump when they could’ve told me that first and I wouldn’t have had to waste my time and money on the wrong thing. All they did was replace a hose and use some sealant to patch up my leak because they didn’t want to take out time and do a time consuming repair. But that’s what a good mechanic is for! Total rip off they will not fix your car properly if you have a repair that takes a lot of their time because they just wanna make money and get cars in and out. Nash needs to fire his young son up front he is very rude, unprofessional and hurting his business. He doesn’t have any customer service skills. Never again👎🏽

The guys did 2 hubbering assembly a in a hour and1/2 same day,gotter done fast,very friendly and honest I recomend if anybody needs mechanical work done to there car go to NASH Automotive 27th between Abbott and grange good job guys

I didnt not like them at all they held my car overnight after telling me the issue will be fixed same day, i call before closing time, they hang up in my face, they replaced things on my car that absolutely didnt need to be fixed, car wasnt on time at all, over priced for absolutely no reason, i didnt care for them ill never go here again

Very good shop. They save me over $1500 by custom building an exhaust front pipe with catalytic converters. If not for them, I would have had to spend $2500.00 replacing catalytic converters on my Chrysler Aspen. Thanks again guys.

It really save me lots of money in this shop. My corolla got engine light on and off with codes PO0011, PO0012 and PO0016 that they diagnosed in the first time service. After they worked on the car for about 40 minutes the codes was removed. I was so happy with that. But a few days later the the engine light came back on. I went to the shop again. They cleaned up the camshaft of the car which they thought the camshaft clogged. After that all codes removed the car worked well. Two weeks later the lighter came back on again. I was so frustrated that I went to another shop, a specialist in engine repair listed online. They did computer scan and found the same codes as Nash’s diagnosis. The conclusion was timing chain problem. They printed out the parts they planned to replace plus labor fee. It totally estimated over $1500. While I was thinking if I should repair it or not I called Nash’s. The boss of Nash’s said before the timing chain replacement they could do further check. A few days later my car got the third time service in Nash’s shop. About an hours the boss came to me and showed me a dirty tiny stuff he called oil filter. He also said he’s going to clean it up and put it back. Since the third time service it’s been for three months now that my car worked perfectly fine without the engine light on and codes. The Nash’s saves me a lot lot of money with three services. The most impressive thing to me is a words the boss said to me that to save money they rather clean the parts up instead replacing as long as the parts not broken. Also he said the original parts usually are better than new ones. They are so honest!

I got excellent and very impressed after-repair services in this new shop so that I thought I should let everyone share their nice and professional services. When having a first time service I felt that the diagnosis was quick, service was great and they were professional, trustworthy and fair-minded. By the after-repair services those feelings are further confirmed.

These guys are busy for a reason awesome price in Super Service and in and out as promised this is my go-to mechanical shop for automobile service nobody Milwaukee kids touch the pricing and reliability is awesome!!

We have three cars in our family. Whenever the cars have some problems we must go to Nash’s Auto which is our most trusted in this town in terms of car repair technology and service quality since we find them several years ago.Recently one of our car got a bad crash. We live in Glendale. We still decided to have the car be towed for fifteen miles to our most favorite Nash Auto. They started to work on the crashed car right after the car loaded down from towing truck. The boss gave us smart ideas to purchase some parts needed, also he found a most important parts for the car. The boss even almost kept the estimate price after they found further damage in the car. The car was finally fixed in the most quickest possible time, proving that we were well worth the trip of 15 miles to Nash’s Auto. The mechanics and staffs work so hard and efficiently and the shop is very clean and nice now. So that we will absolutely recommend to everyone without hesitation to repair the car in the Nash Auto.

I had taken my pick up in for minor work. They supposedly fixed it. Not only did I have new issues but I still had the same issue and he refused to give my money back or fix it the right way. The owner called and harrassed me on voice mail and refused to fix there issue. They are unprofessional I spent over a thousand for poor treatment. PLEASE STAY AWAY you will thank me later.

My experience was so awesome I cant wait to get my back brakes and rotors done the guys was so professional and called once my car was ready and didnt charge me 2,000 dollars that Andrew Chevy wanted just for a tune up water pump and oil leakage, well within my budget wit quality work..

Horrible Auto shop I will see y’all in court. I had them repair my transmission in March here it is almost August and my transmission is still failing after 5 new transmission (they say) and 8 times or more back and forth for leaks and more issues with my transmission. After so many time I asked for my money back which they refused of course. So they ask can they keep my truck for the 8th time I agreed but the owner promised if they could not fix it I will get my refund back of 2400. He lied screamed at me and hung up and said do what I have to do. So now I will be in court soon and I have videos and more on them just cause they want give me proof I left my truck for weeks or days smh. Now I’m with a bad transmission with three kids and a full time job that I might loose. PASS THEM UP.
