Had a fantastic experience with Caliber Collision. They replaced my windshield quickly and on time. Was a wonderful surprise to pick up my car all washed and cleaned (inside and out). Great service! Would definitely recommend.

This is an amazing body shop! The repairs were spot on and they did a full exterior detail of the truck before picking it up. Also I am in the customer service industry and Michael is definitely top notch. I would strongly recommend this place for repairs.

They dont even bother to contact you back. this terrible place was recommended to me by Jaguar to have some work done since apparently Jaguar does not have their own body shop. I called them and they told me to send an email with what I was looking for (pretty simple stuff that is easy to quote out) Sent the email and heard nothing back. Followed up with another email and still nothing after several weeks. This says a lot about a company. I have gone elsewhere.

My experience here was really terrible.(1) I called Abra to get a quote, which was smooth. When I asked to setup an appointment and order the parts, my emails and voicemails went unanswered for a week or so.(2) It took several weeks to get the parts in and be offered an option to then schedule an appointment. They wont schedule based on part lead times. However, things book out. So, this introduces a sizeable delay.(3) The day of my appointment, no one showed to unlock the shop in the morning. So 2 employees and me waited outside for someone to come in.(4) That afternoon they call me go tell me they didnt order all the parts. No work was done.(5) I cant schedule a new time because theyre ordering parts - see (2).(6) I bring my car in again and get a call that afternoon that they didnt staff anyone to do some of the work. They cant get anyone in and cant accommodate my travel schedule for the next week. I get my car back with it partially completed.(7) Partially completed means my accident avoidance and radar cruise need calibration. On my drive home, my car flashes Brake, threatening to slam on the brakes in heavy traffic for no reasonable reason. That scared me, and I disabled the system. The cruise is erratic and behaving poorly bit still feels safe.(8) I got stuck with a bill for insurance on my rental car. Abra agreed to pay it but have not done so yet.(9) Trying to resolve this issue and complete the work, I left an email and 4 voicemails with a manager at their call center. He has not called me back after 2 weeks.In the end, I spent $40 on rentals. I spent 5 hours driving to this crazy location because their 2 closer shops couldnt do the work. And I never got the job done. Now, it seems they cut ties.Ive seriously never had this bad of an experience with any company. They stressed me out like crazy.

I had my car repaired here after my car was broken into. My door, tinted window and dashboard was severely damaged. They did an amazing job fixing it and the customer service here was exceptional. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are also a car theft victim like I was.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Worst experience I could expect to encounter at a body shop. I had my vehicle repaired only to have it given back five days later with an issue (noise related) that was NOT preexisting prior to bringing it in for service. When I brought it back to address the issue immediately the blame was passed on something mechanical failing coincidentally by the cust service mgr in which I tried to explain it was definitely body related and due to the negligence of the technician. After enough back and forth on day two they even suggested taking it to a dealership THEY partner with for an evaluation only to be told by several technicians at the dealership it must be body related cause they cant find the cause and EVEN after the dealership couldnt back up the body shops claim of any mechanical issues they called me back only to try and point out more mechanical issues none of which were the cause of the issue! The issue finally was proven by day three to be negligence during the repair by the body shop and then taken care of only to then pick my vehicle up the following day with a huge dirt/grease stain on my ceiling in the cab of my vehicle! Why are you touching the ceiling in my vehicle to begin with if the damage was on the front end of my vehicle?!?! WORST BODY SHOP PERIOD

Horrible they made my car catch fire an made it total out. Can u believe they didnt give me a down payment on another vehicle. I wouldnt recommend anyone there!!
