I love this Walmart! Always stocked, and the employees actually work! There may be a slight line, but they move quickly! And I love the self check out lanes, especially the ones with the belts to them.

They are out of many items. The distilled waters price has gone up. The Great Value brand Almond Milk has gone up from a 1.94 to 2.26.Walmarts low prices?REALLY?

Walmart is a so so place. This location has a problem with their employees showing very little care about the tasks at hand or helping you find something. Product availability is so so. Never seems to have a restock. Just the same products barely lining the shelvesFloor layout is pretty normal for a Walmart. I happened by a weird trap door near the bike area in the back of the store, decided to take a jolly romp and go through the door. Pretty medieval feel. All items sold in this section of the store were potions and various witchcraft items. These shelves were ALSO poorly stocked as I couldnt find the hemlock potion I was looking for. Also found a dragon down there. Pretty chill guy, just chilling on his gold hoard. The dragon is really the only reason it gets a 3/5 stars

I am in town from Louisiana because of the hurricane (I have family in the area). I went to this Walmart to see about getting some basic supplies and shelf stable food that didnt need to be cooked to bring home with me. Water wasnt an issue there was plenty, there was some basic food only thing I really needed and couldnt find was battery operated / rechargeable fans. The only ones they had were in the as seen on TV area and very expensive. The couple of associates I interacted with on my couple of visits there were very pleasant and did their best to help find what I needed.

Great minus the fact that nothing was in stock...(meat department)

I love Walmart but this Walmart i go often which its in Millington, TN sometimes I wish they wouldnt leave things messy...but Walmart in Covington, TN, theyre way better than in Millington, TN

Well organized and great selection of most anything you need

Ordered an item through the app for pickup on Tuesday. Was told it was ready Wednesday, but the system was down. Went during my lunch break on Friday. I had someone come to my car once I called in, but didnt get any follow up until 40 minutes later to be told they cant find it so they are running to the section to grab it. 10 minutes later I get told they are all sold out. I sat in a hot parking lot for 50 minutes and watched multiple cars get their items before finally hearing it is not in stock. Wasted my entire lunch break. It was one item. Why does it take that long to figure that out?

Ive always loved this Walmart location. Everything is always stocked and the employees are super nice and helpful. I always have a pleasant shopping experience when I shop here.

Typical Walmart. Not enough cashiers and they do a wonderful job of closing more registers when they need more open. The employees that load carts for pickup always act like there are no other shoppers and make it difficult for in store shoppers to get their items. Always block aisles and wont move if you need something the cart is blocking. I dont shop this store often because I am usually pretty frustrated when I leave. Management appears to be pretty shabby.

Everything was fully stocked. Associates were very friendly and knowledgeable to where products were.

It is fairly good just the helpers slow about helping you at times. Not enough cashiers during rush hours, holidays and first of the Month

Neighborhood staple one stop dept store. This store was out of quite a bit of the items on my shopping list or had only the Great Value brand. This store didnt seem clean today. We pass through here roughly one to two times a year and it usually better stocked and cleaner. That being said, of course we will shop here again.

Good for groceries and household. Early morning shopping offers optimal experience.

Go in to pick up 4 individual gallons of Milos Tea. Not a single grocery cart, except for the handicap buggy!! Told one young lady when I first walked in about the problem and she started apologizing. Waited for one of the gentlemen who was stocking the shelves to return with some more tea....He did fine!! Then when I was checking my own stuff out I told another young woman about the lack of carts and she informed me that she wasnt the Manager. I told her that didnt matter, she could call the Manager and take care of the problem. She walked away. Then as I go to Exit the Wal-Mart store located in Millington, TN....I look over and someone had brought approximately 20 or 25 carts in after the fact. Then these same employees want $15/hr??? And they want you to check your own stuff out or have 3 - 4 different shoppers in 1 check out line, because theyre so Trifling Lazy or they have ZERO WORK ETHIC and THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT DOING A GOOD JOB!!! MANAGEMENT OR SHOULD I SAY THE LACK OF MANAGEMENT IS NEXT TO NONEXISTENT!!! YALL NEED TO GO TO HERNANDO, MISSISSIPPI AND LEARN HOW BUSINESS IS SUPPOSED TO GET DONE!!! THE KROGER AND WAL-MART ARE RUN VERY PROFESSIONALLY!!! IF MORE THAN 2 SHOPPERS ARE IN LINE, THEY OPEN ANOTHER REGISTER!!! MAYBE MANAGEMENT SHOULD GET OFF OF THEIR DUFFS AND DO THEIR JOB AND HELP CHECK FOLKS OUT AND FIRE THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO DON’T GIVE A FLIP!!! AND FORGET PAYING THEM $15/HR. THEY DEFINITELY DONT DESERVE THAT KIND OF PAY!!! QUITE REWARDING LAZINESS AND THE LACK OF WORK ETHIC!!!

The Walmart was pretty much average they had everything I needed right there but what always impresses me is the Walmart gas stations mostly ran by Murphy with an exceptional rewards program I was able to get $0.10 off a gallon with an already underpriced gas the least expensive in the area. I even am willing to go out of my way a little bit just to visit a Murphys gas station at most Walmart supercenters because of the savings I will save on gas with $0.10 off for being a member and already the cheapest gas I always feel like Im getting a good deal and any purchases I make there will only further add to my rewards. I recommend you try it out and see what Murphy can do for you.

I was just in this store and could not believe the way an employee was talking to an elderly woman. When I say elderly, I mean the shopping cart was supporting her as she walked. Very frail. The lady was confused about the self check out and messed up her transaction and Marketta (store employee) told her she needed to open up yo eyes and read the screen, among other things. Very rude and demeaning attitude. She should be fired on the spot. She is a liability to this store because this is the SECOND time Ive heard her being rude to older people and I just moved here less than two weeks ago. Someones son or daughter might just get upset if they hear about the way she talks to their parent. I also attempted to call a manager 3 times. No one answered the first time, then disconnected twice. Absolutely ridiculous to have someone like that working in customer service.

If they are going to make you bag your own groceries then can they provide more self checks with the conveyor belt! The few self check lines with conveyor belts are always closed or backed up a mile. If I am buying my weekly groceries and only have that one little area the size of 4 bags! By the time I leave there I want to smack someone! I am going to stick with Kroger!!

My husband and I were greeted at the door, upon entry. No mask is required. The store appears to be mapped out similar to the Walmart on Hwy 64 in Bartlett. There was no wait for self-checkout. I encountered four employees during our visit and all were pleasant and friendly.

Walmart, do better. I don’t understand how hard it is to keep bagel bites on the shelves. Clearly we have a problem and I need it taken care of ASAP. This is said with nothing but disrespect. Have a terrible day.

I liked Memphis Pizza Cafe before after visiting the other locations, but now I love it after I started visiting the Collierville location. The pizza is phenomenal and fresh and the service is awesome. I also highly recommend their salads.

My visit to Walmart are always fantastic and most convenient. It is truly my one stop shop.

No cashiers. 0. Had to self check, and balance everything on that little scale until you paid for it. They were stocking shelves, but lots of items were out or not put up yet. Wally world sucked.

Employees are nice, but only 2 registers were open. If they hadnt been so busy it wouldnt have been a problem. They need more cashiers. Self check out is terrible.

Do not use their pickup. I understand its a hard job. Ive used it several times at this location, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But when you make it all the way home with SEVERAL items missing and incorrect/wonky substitutions, AND bags of items that you werent in your order...youre done wasting your energy. I will go inside like a normal person from now on. Also...the website is never up to date. Things are always out of stock. This is not an efficient Walmart.

I shop just about all of the Walmarts this one is always clean and I find everything I need I also see things that I dont see at some of the other stores

It was very bad my purse was stolen with all my IDs in it. The store was great.

No nearly enough handicap parking spots and an equal deficiency of motorized carts. You would think that one of the largest Walmart stores, which is always busy, would have put a little more thought into that. And also prepared to accommodate their handicap patrons.And as the case with many other stores. They have a multitude of checkout lines of which, on more occasions than not, arent staffed.Seems to me that with the number of employees just walking around by checkout that perhaps one, two, or several of them could help check people out.And recently, the shelves have not exactly been well stocked. Some items have actually not been stocked at all!I could probably continue. However Ive probably wasted my time saying everything I have. Especially when you consider that in all likelyhood absolutely nothing will be done and things will remain as they are.

Wonderful place to get whatever you need.

Usually I have great experiences with the pickup orders. However this time many of my items that were labeled out of stock were not out of stock. I ran in to grab a different cooler than the one labeled out of stock, and found a big pile of the ones I wanted. I also was able to find the majority of the other items that were labeled out of stock the same morning I picked up my order.

Very friendly staff in the pharmacy area. It was easy to submit my prescriptions, even when travelling from Texas. I was able to transfer them from TN (where they were on hold) to TX via phone.

All that I can say is its walmart if you have ever been to one then you know what Im talking about and if you havent your a lucky person lol.

First time there I found great deals on womens underwear and office supplies! Lol.

I love the Walmart in Millington. They seem to have more of a variety. They are not cluttered. Well spaced out.

I realize they are suffering from being short staffed, but really you dont have to be so unkind to your customers, Im sure your job depends on us shopping there, so maybe do MORE training staff on their customer service skills,It really tees me off when no lanes are open, carts are lined up to check out and 4 to 5 employees onFloor just looking, step up and open lanes to get your customers in and out, be part of the solution not the problem.

For such a big wide place, the stock wasnt particularly abundant. Gaps on the shelf indicated a gap in Walmart distribution and its stores. But the place was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. If my experience was any example it would be best to check your local stores website before burning expensive gas for a product that may not be there.

I had a excellent experience with pharmacy staff when getting my covid vaccine as a walk in. Customer service was beyond excellent and I so appreciate them. Thank you and I will be back.

My boyfriend got a prepaid card from this Walmart and all he was supposed to do is activate it. They told me that they can change it over to a different card but it would cost $3.00 more to do that. There was never a pin number put onto the card yet it required one. I was there for 2 and a half hours and wouldnt call a manager like I asked. My boyfriend and I went back up there and Triston did try to help but didnt know anything about it. We tried to change it over to another card but Gloria kept putting $501.95 when the card only had $500 on it. Latasha the real manager that we had asked for over an hour after we got there was rude and the next thing we know the card that they gave my boyfriend did not have the same last 4 digits for when he got it on his phone. While we were there they used his phone and somehow deactivaded the card for 24 hours. This is ridiculous and wasted my whole day. I will not be going to the Walmart in Millington ever again because nobody there knows how to do anything there. The first time I went there I asked for a manager immediately and for the 2 and a half hours nobody called the manager even though I asked for one for the whole 2 and half hours that I was there.

All of the shelves are literally empty. There are no TVs, video games, cleaning supplies, items that should be out on display are even gone or obsolete! I found one skateboard. 😳😆

To any managers that actually read these:Why is it that any day, any time of day, that I come to this store and ask an employee for assistance Im bothering them??? I could understand if the people on the floor restocking getting asked multiple times a shift where something is. Thats not what Im referring to.When I have to ask the people behind the deli counter for lunch meat and immediately get an attitude because they have to do their job, this is so infuriating!When I ask someone in the skin and hair products section where I can find lotion and am asked do you drink it? and then she pointed in a random direction. She proceeded to ask me, what else you want? I left the store and found what I needed on amazon.If I could I would rate at zero stars. Im giving 1 star because the cashier I had today was pleasant and very polite.Even though I am asking for common decency in communication with employees, I guess thats alot to ask at this store.Please do better.

Went to get new tires and it took almost 4 hours. Sit there patiently for a while only to find out, the service workers did not know how to put air in tires. Also, services workers playing and having more of a good time than working. Several customers waiting but service was not being rendered!! Auto service center is ran poorly.

I try to shop here only when I have a different selection of items to buy because its convenient NO other reason

This is my go to Walmart. Lately they have had alot of bare spots on shelfs and alot of pallets on the floor.

Feeling like a movie star. Cameras everywhere even at self checkout. Lifes a gopro. Still, in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely safe and secure store.

Never keep their merchandise in stock, not even before covid! Their people dont want to help and most cant!

While its not difficult to shop this location, when they put in all the self service registers, it made things much more complicated. Having the cashiers, you had a more personalized experience. Now it feels mechanical and cold. Please, bring back the cashiers!!

While recently reorganized, this store is not well managed. Its overcrowded and difficult to navigate. The associates will help if asked but dont seem happy. The store seems disorganized. Hard to find what I need. I use another Walmart further from home, but worth the drive. Pharmacy not helpful.

Would be 5 stars but they left a little bit of covid-19 in the store. I was down for two weeks but would definitely shop there again.

Needed a 40pack of bottle water. Was in a riding cart and didnt have room for it. Asked for help from the cashier. She went to get a team leader and she said she couldnt assist me. Was very disappointed! Otherwise ok.
