I was really enjoying my 1st trip to the Millington location until I asked for items to be held for 30 minutes. She said that they normally dont hold items but she would hold them for me. I went next door and came back and noticed right away that some of my items had been put back. Asked about my items and she says, She was told to put them back! No Sale 4 U! Ill happily spend my money elsewhere. Customer Service Isnt What It Used 2 Be!

I enjoy the whole store and its clean

As any other I have visited this one has the smallest clearance but also it’s very neat like other and they have a well rounded service I don’t feel rushed at the register and I went back to back three days in a row just to make sure I was make this my main store with me being far from home and they have not made me feel like I don’t want to come back.

I love this store! I enjoy shopping the handbags and the lotions and makeup. The home decor is my favorite! So many unique pieces you dont find anywhere else. Prices are good too and if you are a Burkes member you get perks and discounts too!

Store was pretty bare but nice and clean. They only allow you to hold a maximum of 5 items for 5 days and I had a basket full. Ended up getting approved for a cc so I bought it all. They have good selection of toys for kids but lacking clothes wise. At least for my one year old granddaughter. Will return.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes. I received 1 pair of shoes and a shirt. I sent an email and never got a response.

There wasnt alot to chose from but everyone was friendly and the place was well organised and clean.

I usually dont make it to Burks, but when I do..its always a pleasure. The sales clerks are never invasive and always helpful. Their prices are more than reasonable..for quality merchandise. I walk away feeling that I got them for free honestly. So today, I spent over a hundred bucks as part of my Valentines preparation lol and had the size a 45 gallon bag worth of stuff. I got a sapphire dutch oven, a lavender fur dress, jeans, tops, blue cooling pillows, my Valentines gifts, room spray..and myself more shirts and pullovers.. Champion brand at that. I had my 9 Month Old with me so I couldnt keep all the items in the basket so the clerk came and took my things to the register and luckily the shopper before me left her a 20% off coupon for me ... Yes I was very happy...and bought all of the stuff lol.

I leave one star because the employees there are rude. I ask a lady several times if she could help find out how much a outfit cost because it had no tag. She looked and me each time and turned her head. It wasnt until i went to another employee and they ask her she helped. I will never shop there again. Rosss next door is way better cheaper name brand clothes and very friendly employees. 😠😘💯

Interesting and rapidly changing inventory of clothing for all ages. The bulk of the clothes are for women from size 1 to 4x; though there are clothes and shoes for men and children as well. Prices are generally reasonable, with special discount days depending on your age. Friendly staff. Nicely laid out store. Also sells other items as well...household items, gifts, pet odds-and-ends, some gourmet snacks, a few gadgets.

I went to Burkes yesterday. They are going out of business. So sad, as we always shop there. I do hope that they can reopen in the future. Having great discounts. They are practicing 6 feet rule.

The associate that helped us was very friendly. They had a great selection and reasonable prices.

Burkes Outlet has very reasonable prices for their clothing. I bought a pair of slacks and a top for under $50. You can go to other stores and find these same items for much higher prices (I know because I shopped another store before coming back to Burkes). If you havent shopped there, give them a look. They have a lot of other things besides clothing....shoes, household items, purses, snacks, etc.

I like the store but I didnt care for the customer service I received in this store location this past weekend. I felt like I was being judged and watched the whole time My family and I was in the store and the police was called while we were there( not really saying they was in there because of us but thats what it seemed like) and they left as soon as we left. I would give the store 5 stars they have great items and very neat and clean store. Im not sure if I will return to this store in this location again because I can spend my hard earned money somewhere else where I want feel judged or have someone sneaking and following my family around making sure that we are not in there stealing.

Nice clothing and variety store. Little bit of everything for the home. Small appliances, some food, pet food, lamps, shower curtains and what have you.

I love Burkes, its never crowded the employees are nice and the clothes are reasonably priced. They also have lots of other odds and ends in the back of the store..yard statues, candles, pots and pans etc..great store.

I have fell in love with this store...its so clean and not crammed too much...if a fire alarm i feel like i could exit..other stores block isles to get out with merchandise that is still there the next day. I sure they saw me every day for a week or two. Devin...i believe is his name (strokes suck) this guy runs a register and he should be in management. So kind goes above and beyond to help. And Burkes outlet is the BEST THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME SINCE I TURNED 50. I HAVE A 16 YEAR OLD. SHE LOVES IT TOO. I THINK I MIGHT ADD MORE MIRRORS Because I TRY ON AT HOME WITH THE SHOES I ALREADY HAVE. THE STORE MGR. HAS HELPED ME AS WELL. One of my favorite stores. Id compare it to a Ross or TJ Maxx. Falls in line with that type of store.

A nice cozy atmosphere, not too big and crowded, need a bit more merchandise. Some customers were complaining about an employee who did nothing wrong and it made an uncomfortable atmosphere for a while.
