They need more staff in the pharmacy that is able to actually fill prescription rather than just to hand out medicine in the store. Some people cant always go inside of the store and have to use the drive thru.
Had an appointment for PCR test. Once there, I was told no CVS in town does PCR testing. That was wrong since the CVS on Wayne does it. This place is kuku and its not the first time Ive had a bad experience. Save yourself the trouble and go to the other CVS on Wayne street.
New to the community and I am sick of coming to this location already. The pharmacy staff is nice and polite, but I can never leave with the medication I seek out in getting. This is very frustrating and an inconvenience to have to travel to another pharmacy to get my needs fulfilled. I doubt theyll ever shut this CVS down since it services so many in the community, but I do believe management needs to do some remediation to get it back on board.
I’ve been using this pharmacy for many years. The service has went way down. I called to get a prescription refilled they said it would be ready at lunch. Came to get it only to be told they was out of the medicine and had to send it to the other cvs pharmacy. Employees are not friendly, don’t greet you, and make you wait in line till they are told to wait on customers! Changing pharmacies!
Horrible service. My mother in Law just lost her husband a day prior and needed a photo for his funeral. When she asked about replacing a picture that came out wrong due to weird coloring, the woman didn’t say a word, took the photo of the husband, threw it in the trash and walked away. (Zero elaboration of this story btw) Not. A. Word. The other woman, snappy and was short. Horrible experience and made us all feel heavily discriminated against. Would not recommend until all those people were fired, left, or something similar.
We have been using CVS for over ten years due to my insurance requirement to use Caremark. We have always enjoyed excellent service until we recently relocated to Milledgeville. It does not matter if there are customers in the store or not, you will have to endure an extensive wait regardless. It just doesn’t make sense!!
My daughter dropped off a prescription at 2:15 was told to come back at 3:00 to pick up a Z PACK (nothing complicated). Went back at 4:15 - still not ready. Went back AGAIN at 6:30 - was told to wait in the parking lot. For a Z PACK! And when we called to figure out what the issue was the clerk hung up on me. Awful, terrible. Do not use them!
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a cvs. We dropped off a prescription at 2 and had to wait in line for twenty minutes. We were told our prescription would be ready for pick up at 3. We came back through the drive through at 4:15 and our prescriptions weren’t even in the system yet. When our order was finally ready at 5:30 we had to wait in the drive through for 30 minutes. They couldn’t figure out how to apply my insurance card. This whole situation was more than frustrating. I don’t know if they’re terribly understaffed or just idiots but I will not be coming here again.
Every single time I get my prescription filled at this pharmacy, they never have it ready on time. I’ll fill it through the app, which tells me that it will be ready at 9, so I show up around 9:15. I figure giving them extra time is fine because they may have some slight delays which is understandable. However, EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to get my prescription they tell me “I don’t have one ready could you come back in an hour?”. This has happened to me at least 6 times from this particular location. The worst is when I go back in to pick up my prescription and I see elderly people who are most likely in the same predicament I am, waiting for medication they desperately need. Please, if you have ANY other option, do not come to this CVS. I wish I could put 0 stars.
Apparently they let you make a 2:50pm appointment for a Covid test, drive all the way there and then tell you they don’t do them after 1pm. Ridiculous.
I went in to pick up my prescription and they told me 45 minutes. I waited 2 hours went back and one prescription wasn’t ready. Then they informed me that they didn’t have any of the other and they didn’t order any in so I could not receive it. They also said they wouldn’t transfer the prescription with out explanation. I take my meds daily so it greatly disrupt my life. When I asked what I should do they lady did not give any solutions did not consult with the doctor instead just passed over like it was not important to give people their medications. Incredibly frustrating. I would give less than one star if possible.
I showed up at 2:11PM to pick up a prescription. I was told it wasn’t ready and to come back in an hour. I came back an hour and a half later and was told it would only be a few more minutes. I’ve now been waiting here over an hour and my prescription STILL is not ready. When I returned, I was also the only person at the pharmacy. This is ridiculous and I will be switching pharmacies immediately.
Very helpful service. The staff is very friendly and their prices are great! I love how they take my colleges bobcat card as well, which basically acts like a debit card. They have really helped me out when I really needed it.
My review would be NO starts if that was an option! I am required to use CVS for my prescription plan, unfortunately. The last 3 prescriptions my doc has called in have not been filled on the first try. When I call to see if theyre ready Ive been told CVS didnt get anything from my doc. My docs office has had to personally call (instead of fax) to get them filled. When I asked, the clerk told me they dont have a fax machine we get it on the computer...WTH? I had one sent in on Friday. I called to confirm it was ready, was told they didnt have anything. My doc resent on Tuesday, I called and was told they didnt have anything for me. I explained the situation and the clerk checked again....WOW....my prescription was there! The doc sent it in at 9 AM, this was nearly 8 PM! Was told I would have to wait until the next day, they were about to close! Seriously thinking of moving my prescriptions to another CVS location!
Service is inadequate every time I’ve gone in it’s taken anywhere from 1-3 hours to get a prescription. Pharmacist have to ask questions to one another about how to do certain tasks. I’ve never been in the store without my prescription being incorrect or someone else’s in line. Walgreens down the street is much better and has great service.
Never answer the phone.
If I could give this pharmacy lower than one star, I definitely would. They act like theyve never worked there for more than a day in their lives. Almost all of the employees I have come into contact with are highly incompetent and unhelpful- sometimes to the point where it hinders me from getting my medicines when I need them. For what its worth, many of them are friendly, but friendliness doesnt get me my prescriptions.
Pharmacy: You either get the incredibly nice staff or you get the terribly rude pharmacy lady who you have to drill to get her to do her job.Trying to get my prescriptions should not be an ordeal, but this woman will not look up anything in their system for you without constant prodding.
People who were working in the pharmacy section On 11/30/18 did not have adequate knowledge. They didn’t know what they are doing. I am provider so I know how it works. I would never recommend any of my patients to go through what I went through waiting for half an hour repeating date of birth loudly in front of everyone 3 times. There was no privacy maintenance they were even calling out prescriptions loudly. Shameika the helper was standing away from the counter and asked me to repeat my date of birth twice loudly and still she didn’t know what she is doing. Finally someone else had to help. I spent 30minutes in the counter to pick one prescription when no one was there.
Horrible drive through pharmacy service by a lady today. Have previously had great service but today was awful. Rude and not willing to take my coupon because a car was behind me and she didnt want to re-calculte it and I would have to come in. I told her I had two children, one asleep, in the car and couldnt come in so she told me I could either pay or not get it but she wasnt giving me the coupon the doctor provided. Really crappy.
Getting muym better with their services
Consistently confusing sale offers, and employees who do not know how to deal with the public.
I stayed in the drive threw for. 40 mins.... The service here is terrible.
My go to drug store.
