Helped me pack and ship a surfboard across the country to MA. It arrived in one piece! They packed it with a minimum of 3 around the entire board and did what they could to manage the costs. Friendly and helpful, even when I called to follow up on tracking info.

Just had a very unpleasant experience at this location. Owner was rude and not helpful. Im trying to ship a package via a Corporate drop + ship program and the store owner could not figure out how to do it.... really? Isnt that your job? And PS they close at 5pm, not 6pm. Not very convenient if you work. 0 Stars from me. DO NOT bother with this location. Go to The Cove - they are fabulously helpful there.

It is not ok to close early. It does not matter if it is 5 minutes to the closing hour. I got here in time to do a simple drop. No assistance needed. Only to find it closed early. Never again will I use this location

I had big shipping job to send out some published books for my boss and I didnt have any boxes for them. I picked this location to do my shipping needs and they were great and very helpful! I would totally recommend them (family business)with a few staff. When a address was incorrect, they would contact me and let me know. Great customer service!!

The UPS store in my neighborhood (Tam Junction) as absolutely a 5 star office. I never write reviews but they are so friendly and efficient that I decided to write one. They feel like family. Highly recommended and satisfied with the service there.

The employees are always polite and extra mindful about lost items or notices about anything pertinent. Its always a pleasure to go there and pick up my mail, send packages, get copies and purchase interesting cards and the Live Scan service has no wait time and no appointment necessary.

There are very few things that work as well as the Mill Valley UPS Store. They provide a variety of cost effective services that are particularly useful for a small business. They are highly professional, reliable and a pleasure to do business with. I really appreciate the service they provide.

In the past, I have given this store an excellent review, but no more. I asked them to send the contents of my box to me in May but it was returned to the store and then the store lost it. I have tried to get them to do a trace and I have even had the company start an investigation all to no avail. Once the package was lost, the store stopped communicating with me unless I phoned but then they never followed up. I not only blame the store but also UPS corporate. Their customer service rep requested an investigation on my behalf but instead of corporate taking charge of it, put it in the hands of the store and told me I had to follow up with the same store that has been repeatedly non-responsive. Stupid process. It is now three weeks since the investigation request and no communication from either the store or corporate. Nonexistent service.

Great place to ship and receive packages. The staff is always courteous and efficient when I visit. Just ensure that your packages are ready to ship when you arrive as (with most shipping services) packaging supplies are not free.

Needed notary services. I made an appointment for the weekend and they forgot to schedule it on their end. The employees there made up some excuse about the person needing to be at a funeral. Sure, Ill give you the benefit of the doubt. They told me to come back anytime next week and someone would be there. I went back on a weekday and the notary person was not there. The same 2 people tells me that the notary person had a doctors appointment. Please dont share false information with a customer. Just tell the truth. Never going here again.

They charged me 3. 56 to have a papper printed because they went over to a computer used it for me then show me a sign after on the computer saying it will be 3.56 for a piece of paper printed is a rip off go to FedEx way better service

I have been to this UPS store a few times and each time there was a different person working, they both were extremely helpful, kind and considerate.

I just needed to seal a box. Every other store is free, no questions asked. Here they want $1 to put a piece of tape on a box. Ripoff. Go to store in Mill Valley down town. Much nicer store. Id give this zero stars but then I could not review it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service. After waiting 15 minutes in line (middle of the day, only one other customer there), a second employee finally rolled in from Starbucks next door and looked annoyed to be working. I had a simple international package - needed a 36x20x10 box and had the address ready to go, everything was already packed in bubble wrap. Employee said the shipment would cost over $1500 and would require three separate boxes... I later looked on USPS and its $133.25 to ship everything. Employee was incredibly rude and said they didnt have any other sized boxes, although I could see an entire room of boxes behind him.

Small place which gets busy easily, and doesnt carry as much supplies as other locations. But overall very nice!

This was supposed to be for the store on Flamingo Road -- but the E. Bithedale store is cool too -- but they dont have the print shop that Flamingo Road has.

I came at 6:20pm after leaving work as early as I could and the women wouldnt let me in or help me. She just said no and waved me off. The store hours read 6:30 and the sign still said open. Very disappointed in how I was treated and their inability to help me during business hours

This store is under new management. They have enacted new policies that nickle and dime their customers. I went in and needed a small piece of tape and the owner told me i needed to buy an entire roll of tape. Instead I needed to drive all the way home and tape the box to drive it back. If you have other options I suggest you go to a different location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
