They never pick up their phone. You will not get help. Do not use this pharmacy you will never get what you need. Would give zero stars if possible.

Always nice. I print lots of photos they are always so well taken care of. All the staff especially the manager give great customer service.

Their Pharmacy is the worst. This is the third time I am here for the same prescription. First time they were on a one hour lunch break at 4pm. Second time they said it would be filled in 45 mins (not mentioning at that time they were on their lunch break). Third time (4 hours later) it still wasn’t filled and I had to wait for half an hour. In the meanwhile the guy at the register made an inappropriate joke. Time to switch to a delivery service.

Unlike the one in the Bon Air Center, this CVS actually answers their phone. So there’s that.

I went to pick my order, I had received a confirmation email a day ahead that the product had arrived at the store and the tracking link showed it clearly as delivered at the store.The personnel and the manager at the store were extremely unhelpful, obviously they misplaced it and could not find it, however, they did not try to look for it much or offer a solution. They just let me stand there and wait until I came to the realization that they were not looking for it at all.The manager did not want to have anything to do with me, he did not give me any information, he did not provide any help or solution and just went off to do other stuff although the cashier asked him several times.I made an extra trip to the store in the late afternoon traffic just to be dismissed by extremely unhelpful personnel.I do NOT ever plan on going back there again.I reported their could not care less behavior.

Sadly, there is always a long, line. Often it takes 30 minutes to collect medication. Never enough staff. I feel sorry for the pharmacist and employees. They obviously aren’t supported by corporate, which could enable funds for adequate staffing.

Pharmacy was very helpful. Check out staff is cordial. I find the prices very high. Every time I check - prices are higher that other drug stores.

Came for pick-up photos, online status -ready afeer 2 pm, came at 7.30pm waiting for someone 20 min .. after that i was told order is not ready, asked me to get back in next day

DISCLAIMER: First ever review of ANY business. I really despise this place now so I need to warn others.This pharmacy is very unprofessional and loves to show it. I have gone in several times (8+) to fill prescriptions and they consistently say “you can pick up tomorrow”. The gentleman at the counter said the pharmacist was too busy to handle the refill today. What kind of business is based on “driving sales” but not having the man power to fill 60 tablets? Most times when I walk into this store...if you can even call it that...it looks like a tornado made its way by every isle and the inventory is half stocked. Doesn’t surprise me they have employees that look like they graduated from Devry University.Advise to Management: Maybe have customer service training seminars with your “team”. Additionally, having Now Hiring” signs claiming you are looking for employees willing to “drive sales” all over the store, is extremely tacky and off putting. What the heck are you driving sales on?To potential customers: Might as well drive 6 minutes down the road to Walgreens where you have positive attitude employees with smiles and willing to go out of their way to help you like a PHARMACY should.

The worst cvs Ive ever been to! Avoid it at all cost, I literally switched where my medications go bc this cvs and the pharmacists suck so bad its mindblowing. Service is slow, half the time Id get a text saying medications were ready, then Id go and they werent, so Id end up wasting half an hour there! And the store is sloppy, lots of overpriced items sprawled all over the place...🙄🙄🙄🙄

I wanted to verify if this store had a Dr. Scholls Kiosk, employee who answered the phone didnt know and asked me to call back in 30 minutes to speak with the manager?? Wouldnt you know if you had a giant kiosk in your store.... guess not
