Nice cosy Cafe tucked away in the Mill Creek shopping center. The drinks and food they sell are well worth it. The ambience of the place makes it a great place to relax or do some work.They currently are showing some limited fall specials for drinks on their menu. Definitely highly recommend you try it out.

Editing to say weve been back several times since our initial visit a couple weeks ago. Wonderful place for breakfast and drinks (their breakfast sandwiches are great!). This is our new go-to for a nice weekend brunch!Lovely cafe. Had açaí bowl and a specialty drink. Very delicious! We will be back!

Atmosphere is 11/10! Cant recommend enough just as a place to hang out. Chairs and furniture are really cozy, the entire layout is really homey.I ordered a honey lavender latte at the recommendation of the barista, Naylia (thank you again!!), and homemade tomato soup with a turkey pesto panini. Everything was DIVINE! The flavors blended very well, the sandwich with the soup combined with all the herbs was just an explosion of rich flavors, and the latte was out of this world. Very unique and wonderfully earthy taste. Cannot recommend this place enough. Worth the price!

Ive seen many businesses in this location come and go, but Im hopeful this one will be around for good. The service, coffee, freshly made pastries, and atmosphere are all excellent. The baristas are kind and skilled, the baker is very obviously talented, and the shop is warm and inviting with a relaxing, cozy, feel with indoor and outdoor seating that offers warm lighting. I am so glad to find a local coffee shop Im excited to visit and support. Dont bother going anywhere else, this is where you want to be!

This picture doesn’t capture the beauty and essence of this family-owned shop. I got to really feel the love and passion that the owners and workers have with what they bring to customers. Their pastries are made in house, as well as a vast variety of coffee drinks. I will be coming back to this gem of a shop. Highly recommend them.

Coffee was good, took machiato and it was properly prepared, good foam, nicely extracted.They offer wide selection (for coffee place) of food - pastries, sandwiches, some salads, acai bowls etc. Looks good, although didnt try myself. Nice choice of teas, black, green, herbal.And they offer beer, wine and even mimosas during happy hour.Basically, everything you could wish for in one place, friendly staff and chill vibes.

Great spot!I came here for a coffee and to hang out and get some music work done. I was not disappointed!Coffee: the coffee was great! I like to order a latte my first time anywhere to get a taste of the extraction. The milk was steamed well and the coffee was smooth with no bitterness at all. I look forward to coming back.

You can’t go wrong with Bequest! Their coffee is phenomenal and their baked goods are melt in your mouth deliciousness. They have a great patio if you want to go sit outside and relax. Everyone that works there is super friendly as well!

My partner and I have been coming here since they first opened. The owners and everyone who works there is so kind, friendly, and cares so much about their business and customers. From their coffee to their happy hour drinks, you cant find anywhere better in the Mill Creek area. They also have vegan and vegetarian options and are happy to help with any dietary restrictions if they can. Id recommend the flatbreads and delicious sandwiches! And theyre always coming out with new, innovative stuff! I cant wait to try whatever they come out with next.

Bequest coffee is great! Nash and I have been coming here since Covid started and he was 8 weeks old. Really warming and nice owners, pleasant atmosphere and nice high quality food and products. They imbue all their creations with a lot of passion and care that I appreciate from small businesses, and highly recommend you try them too. Or just come say hi to Nash.

Bequest in Mill Creek is a surprisingly wonderful secret hidden coffee cafe with the best freshly, baked goods I have had in a long time! I am a bakers daughter and their pastries are amazingly fluffy, never over or under baked. Blueberry cream cheese turnovers?! My new favorite ever!There are a lot more items I have not added on here you have to come in for yourself and see. Their menu is beyond wow! Their breakfast sandwich kills competition with great choices of meats and cheeses. Paninis are absolutely delicious and everything is always brand spanking new out of the oven or grill!Wine, beer, mimosas AND muddled wine! This is only the second place I have ever been to in all of Seattle that has muddled wine, if you have never tried it you must! It is like a velvety red, warm, Autumnish, relaxing old friend here to make you feel at ease. Yummeh!! They even have Cuban coffee.I cannot say enough about this place all I can say is you must come in and check it out yourself to experience a new and comfy place where the staff is super friendly and efficient! Come on over and see for yourself how a taste of heaven tastes like! They are located right across the street from Azuls in Mill Creek.

Coffee is great, but the menu is very confusing. The menu says the breakfast sandwich comes with 2 toppings and lists artichokes as an option, but if you choose artichokes they’ll charge you an extra dollar. No mention of this on the menu at all.

This is one of my favorite local coffee shops! I have been going here since they first opened. They are super friendly and their coffee and food is delicious! Their black berry turnover is my weakness and mostly everything is made in house. They also serve happy hour food and drinks! They are truly amazing and so welcoming.

First time here and definitely not gonna be my last.I ordered the homemade caramel latte and it was made to delicate perfection - smooth foamy milk with the right amount of light-sweet to the caramel and dollop of whipped cream. I was sad to see it go but man it was so smooth.They weren’t joking when they said the blueberry cream scone was their most popular; I ordered the last one and it was just so nice and flakey with a decent amount of blueberry and cream cheese that wasn’t overpowering. The flavours together weren’t too tart nor was the cheese on the strong side. It danced together well with the flakiness of the entire pastry, and for that, I’d gladly come back for.Veggie sandwich! It was a very simple yet appetising and refreshing sandwich. It definitely didn’t need any deli slice for the amount of veggies and sauce they balanced together. The crisp held nicely without soaking up too much sauce, so that was nice too.It’s refreshing to find a coffee shoppe that has a little of everything to offer - coffee, teas and even beer on tap!Service was definitely warm and welcoming to accommodate the chill atmosphere and decorum. Overall, I’d say I’m gonna be a new regular. :)

Still my favorite coffee shop in the mill creek town center. Lots of variety (even beer) and great interactions with staff. I always take my friends here and it’s a decent place to study.I usually get a coffee, but I just tried the chai and it was yummy!

Best coffee on this side hands down. i lived in mill creek only for a year, and this was a big part of my day. each day my baby and i would walk to the town center to get a coffee. great atmosphere, the kindest employees, tasty food and top notch coffee. i’ve now moved away to marysville and haven’t found a coffee place even half as good as this place. thank you guys for such a wonderful experience every time.

I was pretty surprised to see a new coffee shop so close to Spotted Cow, but this place is actually great. Their pastries are homemade and extremely good. Everything is made from scratch. Their coffee is also very good and they go out of their way to obtain high quality beans from local roasters. The decor resemples a wine bar, which I appreciate. The Spotted Cow is more Rustic and loud, but Bequest is better if you want to actually get work done or go on a date.

The service is very slow. We watched the cashier make a parfait for 10 minutes before they even spoke to the next customer. All of the pastries look appetizing but had no vegan options so we didnt grab anything to eat. The coffee was not terrible but neither me or my partner could finish them. We drink black coffee and the beans they use just arent great, but I dont think youd notice if you like flavors and such. Its a pretty standard coffee shop

We love Bequest. The staff is helpful and the pastries are fabulous (flakey and tender). I loved my hot chocolate. It was not all sugar as most places. My husbands Italian soda was great too.

My date and I went here for the first time today. I struggled finding a place that was close, open, and could give us a good space to enjoy our time. We were very pleased with Bequest! We got our coffee (I had the cinnamon pumpkin spice latte.. 10/10 recommend, and my date had the eggnog- also recommended!) and we sat outside. The seating was very accommodating and they had heaters set up to keep patrons warm. We loved the coffee so much we went back for seconds haha This time I had a homemade caramel latte type drink with chocolate whip.. It was so good! Crazy to think they have only been open since March! Oh my God, not to mention how absolutely sweet everyone was! Look forward to visiting again in the future!

This was an amazing coffee shop. They had a small selection of beautiful pastries. The sandwiches here can all be made with gluten free bread, which I was grateful for. I had the Medina, which was amazing and beautifully presented with side of chips. I also ordered a herbal tea over ice. The staff were so friendly,kind, and service was quick, about 5 minutes or less. Great place to meet a friend in a quieter atmosphere.

Visiting from out of State and found them based on a GF search. The location at the time had plenty of parking with a little bit of a line at the door but nothing terrible. Lots of regulars coming in and out which both my Daughters commented was a good sign. We ordered 1 Redmond and 2 Everett (1GF) Paninis and were on our way. The food was delicious, and the environment super friendly. Will likely come again before we leave.

I went in for the first time this Saturday. I just ordered to go but the place looked pretty cozy. Latte was tasty as well as their blackberry cream cheese pastry (I think thats what it was). I wasnt planning to buy pastry but the smile of the lady (I believe is an owner)(and she was wearing mask...) made me want to try it haha! It was very soft and tasty, glad I listened to her recommendation!I will come back again in the future, and hopefully get to sit and relax in the shop after the pandemic is over :)

First off, the customer service is outstanding from beginning to end. As soon as you walk in, youre greeted with a smiling face and a welcome.I purchased the small acai bowl for $10 (large available as well for a few dollars more) and was very satisfied. Honey, granola, vegan sorbet, fresh strawberries, and banana. Not only was the taste delicious, the presentation was great as well.Super comfortable atmosphere with ample seating (even an electric fireplace for chilly days).Many bakery options in addition to espresso/coffee. I will be back!!!

Just started going here recently and their coffee is incredible. Their pastries (their spinach puff is to die for) are amazing and the staff is very friendly. People wear masks, distance, and wait outside when they need to.Honestly. I’m particular about my coffee, but theirs is amazing.
