Today I met the most (read that ONLY) helpful person in my recent dealings with Verizon. I had added 2 phone upgrades to my Verizon service, neither phone worked properly, after repeated attempts to get help I went to GoWireless to buy another phone. Spencer wanted to try to fix the existing phone VIOLA he quickly recognized the symptoms, replaced the SIM card (which I had received at another Verizon location a few days before) and all was well. I had already made up my mind to move to another carrier, Spencer won me back to Verizon. Thank you GoWireless for having superb customer support personnel in your store.

It was time to replace my sons Samsung phone. Another Verizonwireless store sold it to us 2 years ago with the promises of great 5G coverage that was coming. Fast forward past the untruths we have heard for 2 years. Our regular location was closed Sunday, so we found The Mill Creek location on Google. We went in and Spencer was there working. He was such a blessing. Very pleasant to work with. Explained everything and all the features on the new phones. Didnt rush us out the door. When we left my son announced we will never visit another local VerizonWireless store. Spencer made his faith in Verizon come back. He was seriously considering moving over to another carrier. Nicholas Nguyen, Store Manager, went above and beyond to help setup our new personnel phone plan. The plan was complicated as I needed to move existing Verizon lines from a Corporate account and a T-Mobile phone line to a new personnel plan. In theory the new plan seemed simple but in reality, it took three hours to create this plan. Nick patiently walked me through each phone line plan, the pros & cons and how to get the most bang for our buck. Then he spent hours on the phone trying to move the corporate lines. He worked with five or six Verizon personnel until he found the right person that could move the corporate lines. He ensured each line was working before I left the store. Im impressed with the level of customer service!

Wonderful!!! Arrived late in tge day because husbands phone pretty much was 3/4 dead and an older phone! Within one hour we had a new phone for him fully charged and we were on our way!!! Dakota was wonderful, knowledgeable and very thorough! Wow, best experience EVER at a VERISON store!!! So hapoy our first choice store was appointment only and waited on the phone over 45 minutes...left for tge other store in Mill Credk. So happy!

I was having trouble with text messaging on my cell phone. I came in and they were short staffed and called somebody in. The guy came in through the door saying that he could help me immediately but I gave him an extra 5 minutes to get situated. I greatly appreciated him coming to the door like a tiger, but I think its better that he had some time to get settled first. After about 10 minutes we dont know exactly what he did but he fixed the problem that I was having and I couldnt be happier! 10 out of 10 would recommend coming to the store

Ive bought 2 different phones here and had a good experience both times.Recently my 4 month old android was having issues, I went to another store and they couldnt fix it and tried to sell me a new phone. He went above and beyond the required time to instruct me and let me know how to work some of the data transfer. I highly recommend visiting this store for any work required on a Verizon phone.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Verizon Wireless. I have always gone to the corporate stores for my business. Due to Covid19 many of the stores weren’t open. Mill Creek Go Wireless is close and was open.We stopped in to upgrade one of my lines. Spenser was helpful in showing models and options. We decided to upgrade with a Samsung S10 +. Spenser even told of us a promotion of $150 or $5.00 a month. I mentioned I’d pay off the phone right now. He laughed and said it has to be done over 24 term. He also mentioned it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the show up on the bill. Two months and nothing. I contacted Spenser and he remembered and was going to make it right. Almost three week went by and nothing. Phone back and spoke to a manager. He said he remembered the conversation and will have Spenser call back. Still no call back. Finally called back and he answered the call. He said he was with client and will call back. I asked when.Shortly he did in fact call back and saying the promotion was not valid. Saying it was only for customers who were upgrading from a 3G phone. Seriously who has a 3G phone in2020. He ado the promotion never existed and Verizon rep confirm.Huge failure on Spenser part. First saying he recalled and conversation and saying he will make things right. Today a saying it never happenedI will be following up with BBB Verizon Wireless as well as Go Wireless corporate office

I wanted a simple estimate for a new phone on a new plan because I am trying to start one for myself and was told to just stay on the joint plan I’m on because the credit line Verizon has is iffy for me to start my own plan. Dakota is the absolute best Verizon representative. When our phone ended up in a full cup of coffee (don’t ask!) we dreaded the trek to the cellphone store. But, Dakota treated us with respect and used his expertise in a way that made everything easy to understand. He took time to explain details to us, and he did so with kindness and a good sense of humor. He made purchasing a new phone (and, surprisingly, an Apple watch!) a breeze. Verizon has been a good fit for us for some time; now it feels like we have a friend to call on when we have questions. Don’t let this young man out of your sight, Verizon! Some other company would be fortunate to have him. Keep him!

This is our go to Verizon store.We have tried others in the area, and they have all been a significant let down in comparison to this Mill Creek location.Where other Verizon stores neaby have been ambivalent and mostly unhelpful, every time we come in here we always leave feeling more informed and happy with the outcome.Specifically, Spencer and Nick were an absolute delight to work with. This location seems to hire the most knowledge and friendliest employees.

I can’t say enough great things about the service we received from Dakota! My sister was needing some help setting up her new iphone. She is quite tech savvy, yet was having some complicated issues getting everything transferred to her new phone and coordinating with her iPad. Dakota was so friendly, great at problem solving, and kept trouble shooting till he had everything running smoothly and synched! We were so impressed with his people skills too! An irate customer came in during our visit, that was really upset about an issue not related to the store and Dakota, with his friendly calm demeanor and great tech skills, was able to quickly diffuse her anger, help her and help my sister, and we all left as happy satisfied customers! I came into their store looking to upgrade to a new cell phone, I read a lot of reviews on a few different phones but still had some questions. Kat was my sales associate her smiling face and knowledge of phones eased my stress of making a good choice for my needs. Not only did she help me get the phone that best fit me she also helped get my plan to cover all,my needs while saving me on cost. I not only walked out with anew phone but a tablet too ! Great package deal. I travel often between eastern and western Washington and the sales team at this location by far exceeds my customer sevice expectations. I recently purchased a glass screen protector here. I had asked if the adhesive was just on the sides and the guy helping me told me that it was a full screen adhesive. Turns out that it was in fact just edge adhesive. I dont know if he is just very uneducated or just wanted to get a sale. Chances are he just wanted a sale. How would one not know if it is full adhesive or not when your job is installing and selling them. Also when he had installed it the black bar on the screen protector was too low covering half of the notification bar. I would not recommend believing everything they tell you and take a few minutes to research for yourself.

After many frustrations with other Verizon Stores and Apple Stores he was able to fix all of the issues they caused while also teaching me a thing or two about my phone and plan. If I knew about this location prior to purchasing my phone I would of purchased it here. I will definitely be coming back here to see Tyler and recommend him to everyone I know.

Try to avoid this store at all cause. I recently purchased my phone from this location and the staff was utterly useless and extremely deceitful. I legitimately believe dealing with a zoo animal would have been a better experience. I would have had a more intelligent conversation talking to the wall than getting my questions answered by the staff at this store. Furthermore, it was super annoying of them trying to constantly upsell me on everything. If I wanted that experience I would have bought a new car.However, the reason I decided to write a review was because of an extremely poor customer service troubleshooting experience. Long story short, I had a problem with my phone as well as with the screen protector that this store sold me. I was under the understanding that these problems were fixable and would be covered under the warranty. When I called a staff member to get their help, the staff member informed me that there was nothing they could do about it. When I requested to speak to a manager, they put me on hold for a very long time as a tactic to get me to give up. After waiting an obnoxious amount of time someone finally picked up, but then proceeded to hang up on me! Totally rude and egregious. Thankfully, when I called the corporate customer assistance number, they were much more professional and helpful.If you are buying a new phone from this store location be aware they will probably not fully disclose the entire truth, whether that be about your contract, the product itself, etc. Maybe the reason for all that could be because they are just simply uneducated about their job. Regardless, I still encourage you to seek a different store in hopes that someone else may be better educated and honest.Save your valuable time, money and brain cells.*Side note: this was my experience. Im fully aware that this kind of experience probably happens at other phone retail stores, regardless of the company and location.*

I can not believe what they did to me!!!We went there to switch from t mobile to verizon, and they had enrolled us for an unknown insurance company without our permission. I just realized we have been charged $30 each month for some thing that we did not even know about it.Very very disappointed for taking advantage of our trust, although I will pursue this and wont let this happens to anyone else!!!

I purchased a new phone here and was told I could trade in my old phone the following week for credit toward my future bill. Came in the next week and they were completely confused by my request and said I could only receive store credit for my phone. I will never do business with this store again and I would caution everyone to avoid this phone retailer if at all possible.Update 11/13/2017: The store manager reached out to me to try and remedy the situation. I appreciated their attempt to make things right. Unfortunately, they can only help process the trade-in and it still involves me sending my old phone in. Im just going to take care the trade-in myself. Crossing my fingers that Verizon will come through.

Two weeks prior to coming in here I went to the one in Everett near the mall and had hands down the worst customer experience ever. They sent a verification code to someone else under my cell phone bill and they then spent 15 minutes in the break room and when they came out it had expired and it was apparently my fault and I wasnt eligible for a new phone for a full week.Now I went in here in Mill Creek just hoping to walk out the door with a new phone and nothing more. But Chris who helped me was hands down the best consultant I could have asked. He was very nice, very greedy and he got me into a new phone far superior than my old one and I was actually able to save myself some money in the long run.If you are in need of a new Verizon phone. PLEASE AVOID EVERETT MALL AND GO TO MILL CREEK. You wont regret it!

This Go Wireless store needs to improve in its customer service training and development for employees. Ive had multiple bad experiences and I am no longer going back. Recently, I went into the store with my husband and sister to pursue upgrading our phones. There was one employee working and he was already working with a customer. We were fine to wait. Thirty minutes later there were 3 other customers waiting behind us and the store was closing within 45 minutes. The employee didnt acknowledge any of us waiting customers and so we had no idea how long he would be with the current customer. Finally, my husband asked him if he could let us know the wait time because our 4 month old was getting fussy. A few minutes later he said he would be working 30 to 40 minutes more with the current customer and would be closing soon after that. It is really disappointing that it took prompting before he would tell us customers we were wasting our time by waiting - that he wouldnt be able to help us. As we were leaving, one of the customers behind us said he just needed his phone contacts synced and he would wait because it would only take a few minutes. The employee insisted that he wouldnt have time to help him and hed need to come back. Very disappointing customer service.

I was completely misled by a sales rep (Chris) at this location recently. I went in to buy a new phone. Was offered a tablet for free as a promo. Only it was far from free. Free turned into a $70 device fee, $40 activation fee, $10 line fee on and a 2 year contract! I will never shop at this retailer again and would recommend if youre offered something for free that you say NO!

The process started off smooth, then downhill from there. They upsold me on a over priced glass screen protector, but presented it as a protection plan, told me to give them all 10’s on a survey as a bribe and without my consent, put me on a $11 a month insurance plan I found out about later. Upon calling Verizon directly, they stated that this has been happening to a lot of gowireless customers. Seems illegal but indeed unethical. I’ll never do business with them again!

Today I spent over 90 minutes whilst a friend of mine tried to clarify a newly signed contract which included the upgrade of two phones and the addition of a Hum device. The costs involved had been poorly explained and when my friend, on advice of their own Customer Service Department, visited the store to clarify the situation and cancel the Hum device he was met with a stock answer of you signed the contract and you are outside the 14 day return period. As an independent observer I can only say that I witnessed a complete lack of understanding of the customers needs and a failure to satisfactorily resolve a situation which had been caused by the store and worsened by an inconsistent response by the Customer Service Department. My friend wishes to stay loyal to Verizon - a shame that this is not being reciprocated.

Very poor customer service. Deceitful scammers. I didnt want insurance and he snuck it in anyway. He Never followed their own checklist and never mentioned verizons $60 activation charge. Then the $13 insurance charge per phone was an unexpected surprise. They didnt explain trade in value for my 3 phones clearly and were not helpful with setting up the new phones. Never called my wife back with new cases that were supposed to come in and when she returned the one she got they charged 25% restocking. Verizon stores do not charge restocking on any accessories only phones. Thats a bad policy Go Wireless. They were rude with my wife about that. I have had the phones now 12 days and Bre in customer service told me to avoid the store because they were jerks and could only say sorry about your bad experience. Thats worthless. She said she would talk with cory. But The district manager, cory, does not respond at all. The asst. Manager at the store says he doesnt deal with customers!!!! I need legal help now to get these phones returned and my money back.

Please shop else where. Purchased phone with $199 deposit on November 10th. They failed their promise to contact me when the phone was available. When I contacted them two weeks later they said the phone had been in for over a week. I asked to terminate the purchase. Was advised that I had to do that in the store. When i went to the store I decided to take the phone. They could not sell me the phone. I said good cancel the phone and credit my account. I waited for what seemed to be an hour. I asked the clerk to do what was necessary and let me know when everything was settled. Many emails, phone calls broken promises and it is Dec 22. Decided to contact Verizon directly. They took information and promised to contact me the next day. They never contacted me. The acorn does not fall far from the tree. They still have my deposit and I dont have the phone. Wasted lots of time.

And not one person even acknowledged the other customers or I. 3 other people along with myself walked out, before anyone even gave us a greeting. Not to mention neither of them had any idea what they were talking about. I heard them both contradict each other several times. I usually by things online but I figured I was in the neighborhood and was getting a note 7 anyhow ... so I stopped by.Picked up my phone, the asian guy said I couldnt buy my phone outright to keep my existing plan. My bill said that I just refinanced another phone, recharged an upgrade fee and finance $5.00 again.The amount is not the issue its the principle and thank god I had a very competent verizon wireless customer service rep. to fix everything that he caused.Dont come to this place. Customer service is terrible, they dont have a good attitude and it shows in the store. Customers arent greeted or even acknowledged. The just stand in somewhat of a line and wait for someone to help them.The store is clean ... but the attitude is dirty.

Item was 24.99 tag wanted to purchase it was 34.99 and no tag for 34.99 around. Then was told all tags are wrong .. Hmm... advertising for one price selling for another of course no one will notice $10 or $8 difference right. Maybe well change my review after I talk to the manager when I will ever catch him
