Muhammad AliIs an excellent store manager. Had issues with my mom’s phone that I thought would take an hour to fix. But Muhammad had it fixed and up and running within10 minutes. So thankful for him and his knowledge

Pleasantly surprised that there’s an AT&T store 10 mins away from our house. We walked in not really knowing what we were doing. The sales associate was really helpful and knowledgeable. Set me up with a new iPhone. It was a very easy process.

Would give negative stars but don’t have the option.I went to the Mill Creek Town Center AT&T branch on the afternoon of Saturday, Oct 30th. The store was not busy. There were no other customers other than myself when I arrived. Two employees were talking among themselves and did not offer to assist for quite a long time. I didn’t even know they were employees as they didnt have any identifying attire or welcome.When I was being ‘helped’ both were rude and condescending, seemingly unfamiliar with the products and kept telling me it was all taken care of yet I kept having to return to the store because it did not work and they were unable to provide the appropriate service and features.These were 2 English as second language foreign people working in the store. The first one spent so much time literally scratching his hair, head and face while holding my phone. He also kept picking his nose below his mask and rubbing his mouth.After I asked him if he could wash his hands or use some purell he began to rub his eyes. I pointed to the lone bottle of purell to find it was an empty prop. He dug in a drawer and found an alcohol swab which he provided to me, but continued to contaminate my phone.After a long while he asked the other person for help. That person had just come out of the restroom. His hands were soaking wet, he picked up my phone, (water ? ) was dripping from his fingers onto my screen and beyond. He was maskless while talking to us and pushed buttons on my phone for about 20 min all the while both of them stuck their fingers into their ears, noses and scratched their bodies.They placed calls for help to customer service for information I had provided to them in writing when I first began interacting with them,Neither of your employees ever washed their hands or had any hand sanitizer. Neither showed regard for spreading their germs all over my phone and later another person with a dogs phone.After 2 hours I left once again to go home only to get an AT&T message saying they couldnt verify my ID so my service is going to go off, also the HBO that he told me was working does not work.I left there to scrub my phone and ID and hands with Lysol. Proceeded home feeling the need to scrub my phone and myself with a wire brush to clean up the funk and awful experience off of me.Your employees were ill equipped to provide services. These guys are very much in need of immediate training on pandemic infection control. The company needs to require and send them real bottles of purell along with the message to put it out accessible and not be afraid to use it. The company need to require and send them soap and paper towels to use in your bathrooms.Someone should let them know its not okay to pick their noses and clean out their ears while working with the public and to stop scratching like a pitcher at a baseball game.The lack of basic hygiene protocol I witnessed was absolutely disgusting. Im seriously considering contacting the Snohomish County health department as the lack of procedure or supplies is a public danger.

Mohammed Ali was wonderful and gracious and helped us get a good deal on phone upgrades and gave us good deals on accessories too. I will be coming back here for all my AT&T needs from here on out. He was wonderful to work with!!

I had an excellent experience at the Mill Creek AT&T store. I had to upgrade mine and a family’s member’s phone and Mohammed helped us out and made the whole process very easy and stress free. This has been my go to AT&T store ever since I met the manager (Mohammed). Overall the employees are kind people who I can always count on.

They did not put our trade in I phone for the $700 credit and trying to stick us with the bill. Down right thieves and of course the cameras only go back 21 days how convenient for them. Why would we keep the old phone when the upgrade option was available dose not even make sense do not recommend. Absolutely horrible people.

Mohammed Ali was great at solving our problem with the dropping of 3g. Our phones were only available for emergency calls, our phones have 4g and shouldnt have been turned off. Thank you Mohammed for fixing this problem.

Do not shop here. They have no idea what they are doing and their practices are dishonest. A few weeks ago we were in to transfer service from Verizon and upgrade 5 lines to the iphone13. Not only did they LIE about the trade in amounts, they also did not put them in correctly. We waited 3 weeks for our new phones to come in (after coming in to the store multiple times to see what was going on), we asked to cancel the order. They told us they couldn’t do that in store. So we called AT&T directly- and finally reached a pleasant competent person. They stated the store did it all wrong- our order wasn’t out in right and had not even been processed. We cancelled the order and they helped clean up the mess.This store is dishonest and incompetent. Do yourself a favor and go to the AT&T website or a different location.

Terrible experience. I went in to port one phone line as a new AT&T customer and feel like things kept getting more and more difficult. We were in the store twice to attempt to port ONE line. Total, we were there for 3 hours. When I checked my account later, it said I owe $590 for activation fees and lines. Stay away from this store. They have no clue what they are doing and I feel taken advantage of.

The store representative seemed to be irritated and annoyed that he had to help us. He did not explain anything, we had to ask questions, and he wasnt very enthusiastic about responding to them. We definitely felt unwelcome. I hope next time there will be another person to assist us.

We were never told what our costs were for the iPhones and for the new service. There was no paper. When I got home there was an email which appears to show that my wife and I were each charged for two lines. Why would two people need four lines? Now I will have to go back to store and hope the AT&T rep can actually explain the charges.The TV ads said Everyone gets the deal, but my wife didnt. Full price.

While the guy who helped us was super cool, we were misinformed on the amount our plan would cost. After spending hours on the phone with at&t customer support afterwards at home, I was told the guy in the store misinformed us on the cost of our new rate. Apparently, my husbands Boeing discount amount wasnt the same on the new plan as it was on our old plan. We wouldnt have upgraded to the top plan in that case. Just get all the details from AT&T corporate before upgrading anything in any of the stores as there seems to be a huge disconnect.

Visiting this AT&T store was a great experience. Ashna was welcoming, offered a greeting walking through the door, and got my new phone activated quickly. The other staff great too. Everyone at the store was friendly and helpful . Safety protocols were all in place. Highly recommend. Awesome store on 15111 Main St Suite A-104, Mill Creek, Washington.

The agent in store was unable to complete the account transfer for me. After he messed things up and my phone just became unable to connect to any cellular network, he blamed me for not having a working phone. And if thats not enough, he drove me out of the store before he can help me resolve the issue simply because the store was closing. I mean what kind of reason is that? He literally forced me to go home with a broken phone because he messed up and was too lazy to fix his own mistakes. Very disappointed!

So my wife and I went to the mill creek att today to get my wife a new phone and I had a question on changing our phone plans. Mohammed wanted to to separate me and wife. I told him i was with my wife. My wife wanted iPhone 11 pro, Mohammad told us we can get the phone for 20 buck a month great, let it. I felt very rushed in there. After I left I was looking at our att account and it was 10 buck more on month than what he told me. After this experience I will not be back to the store and never got my question even answered.

Poor customer service. Ordered an iPhone. They said it would arrive in 2 days and it’s been more than 2 weeks and I have to keep calling because they provide me with no updates. A good business would follow with email, text, or phone call but I receive no updates and I’m frustrated with the lack of communication. Will not go back here.

All the way through, we were met with immediate help, and Taki went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure our transition from Verizon to AT&T went well. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! The sales rep. Lied over the phone and made me drove in and tried to sell me something completely different! Stay away from this store. Not to mention that he didn’t even wear a mask!

I went in to get help with a line. I was greeted by a young guy in sweatpants with headphones on, no uniform. I asked for help, he immediately said $60 prior to my full explanation. I asked a follow up as he clearly hadn’t listened and then he began muttering half in English, half in what sounded like Arabic. I asked him to say it again, and he pointed down indicating he was on a FaceTime call on his personal phone. I continued through the process which he was struggling to understand and than he began speaking in Arabic again. At first I thought, perhaps he was FaceTiming with his boss or a coworker until he put his phone down and it was a friend who is laying down on the couch playing video games. I was in the store for 15 mins, the entire time he was FaceTiming while entering in all my info in the AT&T tablet to pull my account, etc. He then proceeded to quote me several prices without explanation and didn’t properly set up the account need. In the end I had to spend an hour on hold with the 800# and he didn’t charge me (which I think he should’ve as I was adding a line). He said his name was “Mohammad Ali.” He was apathetic, and was on a personal FaceTime call the entire consultation! After the waiting on hold and this terrible service, I cancelled my AT&T and went to a competitor to start new service. Fire this guy!

Went to this store to change my service to AT&T, only to find out the store was filthy. There were fingerprints on all the public devices, there was a table with AT&T merchandise all over it like someone touched all of it. there was only 1 person working and was having trouble programming a customers phone, and he didnt even know what the plans were or what they were called. Not sure what to think.
