You cant go wrong going there. They have different array of stuff to buy. If you are interested into something guess what they might all you need to complete your interest. One thing is my sister brought some jewelry and they broke. Thats all you need to look out for.

My son loves this store. The young lady that was working was so helpful! I left great feed back two months ago... After stopping in again and my experience with different staff Im disappointed... They were not welcoming...greeted others and asked if they needed help didnt pay me any mind and when I asked a question they made me feel as I was bothering them.

Hot topic is an amazing store. They have gothic clothes and band shirts and much much more. Body jewelry and merch from many places. They sell pop figures and the service is just incredible. The place is always playing really great music as well. 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Went to look for Harry Potter items for my niece. The manager Vee was awesome. She asked me what I was looking for and suggested items. While giving me personal attention, she never stopped engaging with other customers and providing them with a similar experience.While I know its early, Im convinced I will be giving my niece the best Christmas gift and that is with much thanks to Vee for being knowledgeable and taking the time to assist me. (I know nothing of Harry Potter so I truly needed a lot of help.)I will definitely be back for others this holiday season.

Been going to this location in the mall since I was 12. They have moved the location within the mall 3 times and I think their latest location is the worst one yet. Its too narrow and hard to see where everything is. They are well stocked as always and the staff is very sweet. Tried to get a job here many times, but they are picky (no hard feelings lol). In general, I wish Hot Topic as a brand would lower their prices or at least change how they do their Hot Cash/sales. Still love the store and still my favorite place to go in the mall.

I love the styles they stock here and they have tees for just about anything youre a fan of. Definitely my favourite place around here to buy cool clothes.

Love HotTopic. Been shopping there since high school, but clearly that was my emo phase. MyChemicalRomance just got back together so a lot of people are, going back to being emo. As for me, Ill let you know when I come out of it.

Hot topic isnt what it used to be but its still ok.

Im a highschool student going through an emo phase, ofc i get 80% of my clothes herein all seriousness though, i always have good experiences with the hot topic in this area. the staff is always really chill and patient, even when they have to put up with the number of times i forget my gift card info :)

I love coming to this store because I like there variety of tee shirts, they have great service just ask for their help and theyll help you out and I like the music they play inside of the store

A distinct lack of MLP. ...and what they did have was WAY up on a high shelf and nobody was even slightly interested in assisting me. I was hoping to at least snag a hoodie today. I guess sales arent something Hot Topic staff are interested in.

Had a package ship to the store 9/27/18 and cause I didnt pick it up within the 7 days. Someone aka staff STOLE my package and lied to cover it up. I call customer service and they tell me in the system that it marked PICKED UP vs Abandoned. The fact the manger tells me that I was never in the system but then tells the customer support agent that the package was sent back. And I never got my refund . Basically had to argue because someone stole my package. Ive been a royal customer and spend ALOT of money at hottopic. But now with documented PROOF that a staff member stole really hurts and lose all faith in the store. So I hope the store manger see this cause I will be speaking to someone higher up about this, being a thief is not acceptable.

Big assortment of t-shirts. But the store aisles are too tight and its bad enough to find sizes of things. Other than that I found it very cool, good music and good service too.
