I spoke with Keurline today about an order online and she went above and beyond to meet my needs. She took action, gave me all the information I needed and was super nice as well! She is definitely an asset to the Company and deserves a promotion and raise!

The manager is absolutely terrible. He slandered me for not being allowed to return a pair of shoes that i bought an hour previous because they didnt fit. Than i called the corporate office to find out he should have let me return them on the spot. Will never shop here again.
