She did not answer me just started with the next ...so I went outside and came back, I asked : do you have the time to finish answer me the questions I have.She said: If you are educated enough to talk to me I will talk to you.just like that....she was the one that should deliver customer care satisfaction...very rudeShe spoke portuguese only to me...

Dont go to the one in Milford, Ma...The service stinks. Uncorporative when it comes to problems with your phone... especially when it is brand new after 2 days it doesnt work properly. They tell you nothing they can do about. Very poor service..

Absolutely terrible, I walked into this store, did not receive any greeting, I just got a very unwelcoming what do you need, I told the woman i wanted to pay my bill but I wanted to change my plan first. The woman behind the counter said no you gotta call the company, looked away, and started another conversation behind the counter with another employee. Very rude, very unwelcoming, and very lazy! And I say that because after having this experience I drove down to curry audio in the kohls parking lot and they were more than happy to do exactly what I needed.

People in this store are nice and offer the best deals.

Hes a crook end of story. I drive 20 mins to woonsocket when i live 2 mins away from this location. Rip off ripp.off has been reported to metro many times but they dont care either.

Good prices and costumer services

Place is not easy to access, the lady barely speaks English and its one of those Metros that do not accept debit payments...apparently only certain Metros have the option to pay with a debit card.
