Rudest Pharmacist I’ve ever had to deal with. Will never return. Moving all my of family’s prescriptions else where, where they will be helpful and not speak to customers rude & with disrespect
Ill NEVER come here again!! Manager Marie is the rudest lady in the world. My scratch ticket got stuck in the machine so the kid at the counter called her up front. She then argued with him that she was too busy to be bothered. I went out back to the pharmacy after almost 20 mins to talk to her. She just ignored me so I went back to the machine and waited at least another 10 mins patiently all while my food next door was getting cold. I went back again and she pretty much told me to screw off. The last time I checked they make money on lottery and she treated me like a pos. I work in sales and always stop what Im doing to help customers within reason. Ive always spent good money with Rite Aid and have a rewards card. Time to cut that up!Ill take my business somewhere else.
I went in tonight to purchase a couple things and was immediately told I could not enter the store without a mask. Since I don’t have one I asked if they offered one for sale. I was told I could order one on the internet. Excellent. This is what we’ve come to?
The store personnel are friendly and the store is well stocked. My biggest complaint is about the pharmacy. Getting a prescription filled and correctly billed to insurance without delay or hassle seems like a 50/50 proposition at this pharmacy. It seems as though they dont know how to handle out-of-state insurers like Empire Blue Cross. Now that Ive switched jobs and have Anthem, things seem to go more smoothly. It sometimes takes longer than it seems it should to fill a prescription. If you need a schedule 2 drug, you have to drop off the paper prescription and either wait a while or come back. I understand that these drugs require a paper prescription, but it seems like you should be able to call in advance and let them know your coming so that it would be ready for you. Then all you need to do would be to present the paper prescription with ID and pay. But no. They wont even begin counting out the pills until you arrive. As if waiting around in the pharmacy is just what you want to be doing when youre sick or in pain!
Store used to be good Now rude, uninformative, LIES, AND WHEN U ASK FOR THE PROOF THEY CANNOT PROVIDE IT. THE OLDER BRUNETTE AS CASHIER OMG WHAT A JOKE SHE IS. APPRENTLY SHE MISSED THE BRAIN TRAIN (EXPLAINS WHY IS IS A CASHIER). BTW COUGH DROPS YOU WILL NEED ID FOR NO ID NO SERVICE I DO BUSINSS WITH CVS NOW
