I am very impressed with their in-house inventory I was there on off hours and it was still pretty busy but the staff had time to help me and was very careful to meet my needs. I could not be happier with my overall experience there and will certainly be back for any of my other lighting needs as they come up.

I had a really terrible experience here. I picked out a pendant light fixture and three mini pendents at Lightening Specialists and had them order it in for me, paying for it in full at the time of order. I really loved it and was excited to put it in my newly redone kitchen area. It was to arrive in 2 weeks. About 3 days before the 2-week time I called to asked if everything was in line for the delivery time and was assured it was. After 3 weeks it had not yet arrived. After a couple of phone calls over a couple of days I was told several different things and then finally that they had discovered then that the mini pendants were discontinued items. When I looked at my receipt which included a picture of my light fixtures I saw that on it that it said at the time we ordered they were discontinued. Apparently the sales person overlooked that piece if information. I was and am so disappointed and after well over 3 weeks I have to start over. The way the staff responded to their large mistake, ordering something listed as discontinued, left me really angry. There was no apology. None: What would you like to do? I thought of ordering a different item which she said would be rushed and would arrive in 7-8 days, which she actually agreed with me didnt really seem like a rush. I didnt feel I could chance another failed order and asked for my money to be recredited to my credit card. A second pretty big mistake is that the salesperson misspelled my name pretty grotesquely, getting just 5 of the 11 letters in my full name correctly. Its the lack of any apology that is the most hurtful. It just seemed condescending, like I didnt matter.

I went to at last a dozen and places physically and online looking for lighting and fans before finding This place. Happy day! They have an excellent variety of items to actually see, can get anything you want, and most importantly, they can help you figure out what would look best in your home! I loved working with Pam who was especially acquainted with the inventory and how to meet my requests! I give them my highest recommendation for service and selection. They have great stuff we picked out some lights and they said if we have any problems just bring them back. We went to pick up the bigger size and they told us there is a 40% restock fee. We like the lights and decided to use them but it wouldnt have been are first choice. Their customer service is lacking and the employees are not trained on their policies. We are building a house and we will not be using them.
