Came in the morning and Viviana greeted us as soon as we walked in and offer assistance. She has been able to answer all our questions and helped our service transition smoothly. I’m very happy with my new phone and service plan. I appreciated all her patients and work!

Until 2 weeks ago I was recommendeding thiscompany like I have done for no other, EVER!I will warn anyone who makes the mistake of calling their Customer Service for information on the plans & costs offered by T•Mobile.DO NOT DO THIS !! YOU WILL RECEIVE A BILL FOR PAYMENT OF YOUR ACCOUNT....In the last 5 days I have been left on hold for over an hour. And from then on they actually hang-up on me. Today I went to a T•MobileStore. And they (customer service)gave the same treatment to their own employee! Unbelievable....BEWARE !

I called into customer service to add a third line to my account, instead they disconnected my 1st line and I could not use my phone until I switched SIM cards. I decided to go to my local store and there is where I actually received HELP Austin listened to me, understood me and got my phone back on as well as my 3rd line on…Thank you for doing your job and providing great customer service this is my very 1st time leaving a review for anyone.

All the young folks who work at the T-Mobile store, and all the other ones I’ve been to, are excellent! I am 69 years old and “technologically challenged!!” Your staff people always solve my tech issues! Today it was Jesus. He did a great job of getting my new iPhone12 cell phone up and running!! He is definitely an asset to T-Mobile!!!!

Worst location, you will stand there forever without even anyone saying anything to you. Not even we will be right with you. Never have I experienced this at any location. 3 were helping people. The other person was just walking around like he owned the place didnt even ask me if I needed help. I LOVE TMOBILE, but will never come back to this location again. I didnt even get help, I will go to a location I know will does better. This location needs a real Customer service course.

Fernando was amazing and helped us with new screen protectors as well helping me with a new case because mine was cracked.

The employees need more training pairing watches to cells. First should access to the account an verify wich line belongs to that watch. They paired my sons watch to my whatchs line.

The customer service at this location was horrible I went in to replace my sim card on my new samsung galaxy tab s7 tablet cause Ive been having issues with the internet and the guy that helped me was a complete a-hole he was just rude I explained to him that i had talked with tech support and they wanted them to replace the sim card and if it still didnt work to have them call tech support while I was in the store and he wouldnt do it he just said there is no point in him calling cause he will just be a middle man I will not be returning to this location

Trevor was so helpful and a good conversation. He helped me get the amount I needed and didnt make me feel bad about needing the help. I would definitely come here again.

Fernando and Victoria were so helpful when I dropped by T-Mobile for a few questions on my account and a new phone. My wife usually handles our phone plan, but I had some questions on a used phone I bought. Fernando helped me to swap my SIM with the phone and confirmed everything was fine. He also talked me through extra steps Id need to back it all up on my new phone. Victoria was great at describing the additional options on the new iPhones. She also helped me understand the options with our phone plan, which, like I said, my wife usually covers for us. Overall, a really great experience with both Fernando and Victoria.

I always questioned this specific store, until I finally walked in there and met Jonathan, one of their guy workers. Jonathan really knew what he was doing. He was really outgoing and he knew what he was talking about, he covered every detail and aspect. He speaks Spanish too, so hes a complete employee. He really provided me the best service possible. I strongly recommend asking for him and working with him!

I am always impressed by this location and employees. The first time I went here, I signed up for an appointment and I walked in and they were expecting me, and helped so much.Yesterday my husband and I walked in and they all looked like they were waiting/expecting us. We were greeted by smiles and welcomes. They asked what I was looking for, what I didnt like about my old phone, questions and listening to help me find the right phone for me. They worked together and helped us. They really listened. Then they celebrated with us by being happy for us when I had chosen the phone for me. I felt valued. Listened to, and so much more. Going in-person to get the details on what you can do and how much it will cost is always my preferred way to handle my account and Im glad we did!I am probably going to butcher the spelling on his name, but Nahoul and Christian helped us out.We had an idea of what we wanted when we went in, these two kept us on track while still providing options. All of the prices were clear, no surprises; it was an excellent experience due to their honest customer service.If you have to handle anything for your account or simply want to see whats new in the T-Mobile world, this is the location i would send you to.

I only stayed with T-Mobile because we went to the a the store on 9th E and 5600 S and received stellar service! Please take a lesson from this store and learn how to treat your customers - they might return if you do!

Most recently I purchased the new REVVL T-Mobil phone. Trey and Chris are two of the nicest people Ive dealt with. They were knowledgeable and took care of my new phone quickly and with A+ customer service! Love dealing with this store!

I think its been about 10 years Ive been with T-Mobile. Ive gone through countless people and locations and one thing has remained constant. Consistent cheerful quality of service. It might be a good visit, or a service issue that brings you in, but no matter what, you will be taken care of. So many people have technical issues and expect these guys to be magical mindreaders who can fix anything with a smile, give them some credit. A little communication and an attitude check goes a long way when trying to solve a problem. Props to these guys for keeping cool heads under pressure. People are always watching, and these guys know how to do it. Keep it up crew.

Austin was awesome he went above and beyond to give great customer service. He was able to switch all my information from my android to my new iPhone which was my main concern.

Decent phone section, but poor service. The girl that helped us couldnt answer our questions when comparing phones. I had to look them up online while at the store. She also tried to ring up extra accessories I didnt need without telling me. When I asked if they could move my contact info to the new phone she said she couldnt because thats like, really hard to do.

The gentlemen at this location were SO helpful. The service was quick and courteous and they got everything that I needed taken care of.

I’ve had issues with T-Mobile stores in the past. I figured I’d give this one a chance since the others have fallen short and the reviews all seemed pretty positive. The girl, Erika, that assisted us was awful. She didn’t seem to know anything. Took her 15 minutes just to understand my bf needed a new screen protector (she assumed he wanted an upgrade ???) then when she tried to help us upgrade a different phone on the account she was extremely rude. Another store had apparently given us incorrect information and of course we were frustrated with the so called correct information she was giving us. Rather then try to be professional and smooth the issue over she just laughs. No “I’m sorry to hear that but let me explain...” it’s was constant laughing and basically saying “That’s the way it is”. Then she just literally dips to go to the bathroom. 🤨The other people in the store seemed competent but unfortunately they were busy so we couldn’t really ask to be helped by someone else. Because of her rudeness we decided against the upgrade and at this point has pretty much solidified my choice of canceling my account with T-Mobile. If you go to this location I highly suggest staying away from Erika and trying one of the other sales people.

Retail Associates are more concerned with computer screens, tablets, phones, gadgets, token #s etc. Vs. The actual experience or issue with the customer. Ignoring customers only creates complaints. I understand thess Associates are working aweful hours. Which IMHO is WHY Retail manager Fernando, please take action to help your team at store 185D. Thank you. Best place to go. Other stores are not as helpful or knowledgable on the services provided. Had screen protector issues and other stores wouldnt help. This store did without any issues. Thanks again guys.

Went in the jump 2 of our lines to new phones. Got hustled into changing my really nice plan to a different plan. Original quote: $461 today. But its gonna save me so much money! Oh, but theres this line charge. New total: $515. Oh, I did the math wrong. New total: $609. Oh, and since youre still going to be paying for one of the phones youre jumping (not how jump works), you actually wont start saving money till April of next year.I just wanted to come in and jump two phones to new phones. After an hour of price hustling, ended up walking out of the store and going to a different one where I was treated exponentially better.

Came in to switch my sim to a new card and Chris immediately greeted me and my mom with a big ol smiley smile and helped us out very quickly with no issue. Highly recommend, great service and fun people.
