Some of the employees have condescending attitudes, Im a good customer, Ive bought three phones from boost Mobile, and I have my plan with them, I deserve to be treated with respect.

He really hooked me up and took care of me. My old iPhone was destroyed! OJ I think? He got me a new 7, with more memory, he even hooked it up with a phone case and screen protector! Great customer service!

Incompetence is found here.1) Poor people couldnt figure out how to set up my wifes phone.2)Incorrectly installed screen protector, how hard could that be?3) Only one out of the two car chargers we bought here work.4)They dont do refunds by the way so they make you exchange for more of their crummy products. I just want my $ back!Doing business with these people=headache

I love this store! every time i go in and theirs the lady ( paige ) with the long black hair is just standing there ready to help me with whatever questions i have. She is super nice and is also open to my different and difficult questions! The store environment is amazing as well. Thanks for being such great people with a great phone service!

I switched to Boost at this store and got an iPhone 6s all setup for $50 less than a different boost on 8000 s state street was going to charge me. And I even got a case and screen protector! These guys are honest and take great care of their customers. I will definitely do business with them again.

If the lady is working that day, its never open on time, maybe a half hour to an hour late. She texts when she is setting up phones. I love the owner though.

3:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday come here to try and pay my bill and its closed no no on the door no nothing wont be back to this location for sure

This store is closed a lot during store hours just like customer service on the phone the customer service in here is horrible they dont believe in the word customer service Im done with Boost Im done giving them any of my money and will open an account with me and my kids with the competition all due to customer service if you cant treat your customers good and your stores are open for the customer to come in youre not worth $0.01 of my money

A mistake occurred, but the owner made it right for us. They did say they would wave some fees, but then would come back and say except for $10, but we can certainly live with that. We appreciate making it right for us.

Paige and Sarah at boost are the absolute best people to work with. They were able to help me through getting switched over and even though we had a few hiccups they knew what to do and they did it with excellent customer service.

Boost Mobile is the worst company I ever been with in my entire life. Bought $25 SD card and two months later it is defective tried to take it back to the boost store I bought it from manager on 4500 South State Street told me to go F myself thanks Irvin. Man told me he was going to kick me out of his store 3 hours later through customer service phone number still couldnt talk to anybody that understood cuz theyre not from America its been outsourced somewhere else they had the nerve to tell me to go back to the store Wow great customer service I strongly recommend anybody but boost mobile Thanks sincerely Tim Anderson

Website said they were open until 5pm. Was there at 2:45pm and it wasnt open. The sign on the door said the hours today ar noon to 5pm. Wont be using that store anymore.
