Even with everything available online, its still nice to go to a brick and mortar store and be able to browse. Thats what makes Barnes and Noble so good. Great selection of books and gift ideas and helpful employees.

The store was clean and quiet. The lady I asked for help was very kind and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The lady at the registers was so kind.

Its Barnes & Noble, you kind of know what to expect when you arrive at one of these stores. I do note that the place was clean and organized. Even the magazine rack had a real semblance of order. The staff are friendly enough. It was not crowded when I went on this occasion. I did find the things I was looking for. Not much else I can think to say

Took mom to find a planner. Was a pleasant experience, and didnt feel rushed or hurried by others. She found one that was what she wanted and felt pleased in the purchase. Nice time spent together in a calm atmosphere. Kudo!

Loved the Barnes and Noble in Sandy yesterday. Didnt think the one in Cottonwood Heights had a broader selection of things.

Havent been in a bookstore in awhile. It is nice and active however socially distanced. I came in to buy Utah Life magazine as the photograph on the front cover is by my dear friend Barbara Johnson.

I love getting a cold brew here with a shot of caramel... and the Sea Salt & Caramel cookies melt in the mouth!Also they have a great selection of inexpensive yet highly desirable books just as you enter the front doors.Additionally I appreciate the layout of the store have a nice white Isles so that I dont end up accidentally bumping into anything or other people.They have a wonderful selection of books on mindfulness, success, marketing, business, and management & leadership... you can tell what I like!And, I really enjoy the childrens section! I have bought a number of books there, both for gifts and for myself!

Nice place hands down; there was a real kickback relax feeling as I entered and exited.

I always enjoy a B&N trip. I had a few minutes to browse (and buy) before an appointment elsewhere. This locations entrance is a little weird because the crosswalk leads right to a parking stall.

As a woman in a wheelchair, I unfortunately had a bad experience in a chain I love so much. Firstly, when I entered the door was it barely wide enough to fit my average size chair, and then the front staff stared at me like I was an alien. Not a good feeling. Many of the displays were placed too close for me to get through. And the final unfortunate thing was that the women at the info desk treated me poorly when I just asked for a book category that she didn’t know where it would be. I was just out for a look around, and I was greeted with a very discouraging and ableist experience.

Finally! Been searching for this book for a couple years & out of the blue I stop into B&N without the intent on getting anything until I saw this. Had it once before someone made off with it. Thank you B&N, great price for a unique book thats hard to find.

We went in for some books wed seen online. HAD to have them, as were avid readers in this family. Friendly people, and a great selection made the outing a positive one for sure. And... this one still has a Starbucks inside. For me... thats a plus!!!

Many books, wide isles for as much of the store as could be managed. I may consume a ton of digital media but sometimes a good physical book is pleasant.

One of the best book stores I’ve been to many Utah books and manga books, they also have Spanish books and board games, educational books, cooking books, I also love the vibes of the Starbucks inside the store.

Helpful- great variety but expensive!

I went to pick up some last minute Xmas gifts. All in about a 5 foot radius I found 4 great gifts and only one of them was a book! Helpful and friendly people! Ill be back.

I wore my mask and toured the store. I decided to grab coffee and a brownie. I have done this many times before. Today I did it since my grandfather died last night. I just wanted some solace. I was yelled at for having my drink amongst the book selves. Yes. The employee did yell that I couldn’t drink or eat outside of the cafe. I have never seen or heard of this policy in the past 7 years. I guess it is because your mask has to come down to eat and drink. Seriously. What is wrong with your store?

Very over prices, you can fine pretty much everything cheaper at Walmart or Amazon. The staff is also very rude at this location

Its nice but their fantasy section is small and they didnt have a lot of the authors that I like.

One staff member in particular made my visit a 1 star. Asked for help on an item and he was more concerned about the display than giving 5 star service.

I picked up my order that I placed online, and the gal saw I wasnt exactly sure where to go and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Barnes and Noble is still a great company. The variety of books that they have is astounding, and their persistence is commendable. Every staff member is great. Especially that one boy Lucas. Every time I come in, Lucas is always willing to help me find the book I need. Other staffers have been prominent and incredibly helpful, including the managers. An incredible team, very thankful I live near this one.

Cool unusual toys, Little sought after Keychain type characters... Harry Potter wands....and Books!! Which smell very good... and the coffee shop, .dont cha knowe...

Best book store there is. The employees are great. Always so friendly and whiling to help. They have everything set up to where you can find things easily the aisle are spaced perfectly so you can browse around and not bump in to people. The kids section always helps with my daughter and makes shopping enjoyable.

Good ambience, Im not even sure if I know what that means but Im going to equate it to good vibes, as Barnes and Nobles passed the vibe check. But if you would like a book the eco friendlier option is always to check your library or second hand store.Though I recognize people like new things and for that I cant blame you.

Since the stores near me seem yo no longer carry the Osprey books series on military references, I see little value to go there anymore...

Best book store around. I was able to find what I wanted after not much time, I was actually worried they might not have it since it was a little obscure but they did! Along with that there were books that I bought on a whim cause I know they will make great Christmas gifts. They just have a really good selection of books and its relatively easy to find what you are looking you are looking for.

Standard B&N. Helpful rep at service desk that helped locate a book. One star eliminated because the register attendant said he was too busy to wrap a gift. You can wrap it yourself. So, Im fine to self wrap but its more about the missed expectation. The check out lines were not packed with customers. If they were, it would have made sense.

Sit back and let me tell you why Barnes & Noble is a paradise for us introverts and bookworms. When I came here last week, I had spent all day shopping at the nearby mall. I hate shopping. For hours I had tried on clothes and reluctantly accepted the help of overly friendly workers and I was BURNED OUT. On my way to another mall, I passed B&N and just had to stop. For the first time all day, no pop music blared and no smiling worker met me at the door to tell me about the sales. I was free to browse the vast expanse of bookshelves undisturbed.I was in considerably better spirits after just a few minutes of looking at a table of some of my favorite classics, like White Fang and Pride and Prejudice. I flipped through a couple of them to take in that lovely new book smell, then ventured to find The Hobbit. Once I did, I curled up in a chair and began to read, because no one can read the beginning pages of The Hobbit and still feel down.I picked out a lovely puzzle of a lighthouse surrounded by smooth water and a cloudy sunset and bought it on my way out. I had barely spent 25 minutes in the sanctuary known as Barnes and Noble, but I was refreshed and ready to tackle another shopping mall.So there you have it, friends. You can count on Barnes & Noble to be a calming oasis amidst the chaos of stores and restaurants. Its the perfect place for introverts and bookworms to relax and recharge.

They have a good variety of books and comic books. And the staff is amazing. Id recommend going there for a weekend visit if you cant decide on what to do. Its fun to browse the various books they have there.

The workers at this Barnes and Noble are unparalleled to any other establishment of the company’s I’ve ever visited. I’ve experienced the fantastic service of every one of its managers and the EXCEPTIONAL service of two staff members, Mia and Lucas. Every time I’ve needed a book location or a specific drink at the cafe, they have been nothing short of kind, generous and amazingly tuned into a productive and efficient work flow.

Story time for the youngsters was great. They also provided art projects for the kids afterward. Nice clean store, and very helpful staff.

I walked in to pick up a book for my daughter, upon asking the front for assistance, this old lady interrupted the man assisting me. She screamed at the other worker and I, telling me I HAVE to go to customer service, even though he was already searching up my book. I told her she was unprofessional, to then hear I dont have to listen to you! in return. This old cat lady walks around like she owns the place and I will not be returning to see her. Thanks Maggie!

Always love Barnes & Noble! I have a huge kids section which was delightful to my girls. I love the fact that they have a large open section with really comfortable chairs the one can sit and read or relax.

This Barnes and Noble is great! Parking is easy and they have a Starbucks on location. Theyre really great with special events and the store is always clean and tidy. An overall comfy feeling when youre in here. They used to have chairs to sit in and read but they got rid of those a while ago.

I go here all the time. Whatever we get from the cafè is always good. The magazine selection is great. Theres lots of entertaining stuff for my son to be entertained while we browse books. The only criticism I have is the selection of DC comics is not as good as other locations.
