Its a good store. Unfortunately they are closing this one down. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beware of the bargain shoppers looking for deals. They arent so nice and try to horde sections while they look through the stuff.
I want to thank the manager, Sam, for his help in getting me the correct Kitchen Aid mixer. My husband purchased one for me this past Christmas and it was too small and I was slow in getting it returned and he was so helpful in making sure I was happy with the purchase. Customer service is big on my list of reasons to shop at a store and this Midvale Utah location delivered. Thank you Sam for your help and the great customer service you have at your store.

I love purchasing at this store. They have great variety. I love their registry and how easy it is to purchase, have the gift delivered or wrap it at the store.Ive been a huge fan for many years due to the free wrapping paper and material.I also like the things that are sold and the variety. I also like the seen on tv products that are easy to find at the store and online.I enjoy the great customer service and kindness of employees as we are trying to find things at the store.

They have clearance going right now for store closing. So they saying no return after shopping but they didn’t say anything about changing stuff you want to change we buy stuff worth $400 and some of it was not what we want so I went there yesterday to change them and the employee was super rude with me just because I wanna do changeMy advice if you want buy something from them just make sure before you leave the store other Weiss you’ll stuck with your purchase

I came into the store this past Wednesday (9/27/17). I received excellent assistance from a store employee named Joanne. She spent a lot of time with me helping me find everything I needed, was very knowledgable, and didnt mind climbing up and down ladders to retrieve things. She was cheerful and very pleasant. In a day and age where good service is often hard to find, I was very impressed.
Closing, no help available to ask questions all up front like a gaggle of geese just honking their own horns. NOT checking customers out.
Bought a Turkey baster here. Great prices compared to other stores in the area. Easy parking and clean store.

Customer service is once again dead. Bought two remote controlled robots for grandsons birthdays. Waited nearly an hour in store for someone to pull them from stock. Ok. They made it right by applying a discount. Got them home and found one had been opened and was missing the USB cable. Took it back and was told they did not have another one in stock and it would have to be shipped to me. Unfortunately they said they couldnt apply the discount to on line orders so the new one cost me more money. Staff response was oh well. Do you still want to order it. Lets not even try to make it right? After two trips in to purchase and return a an item that had been previously opened and missing items it was not the right response.
I can always find what I want! And they will even take your expired coupons 😉
Honestly I dont even like bed, bath and beyond but I came to the one in Midvale and Sue, who checked me out, made it the most enjoyable experience. The employees here are just the best. They were so kind and helpful. I will only shop at this bed bath and beyond from now on.

I love this bed bath and beyond. It is never too crowded the stock is good and the staff are helpful and friendly. That being said sometimes it an be hard to find staff members.

Very UNSATISFIED with their service from the store on union park. Went with my mom to this store a couple of weeks ago and started picking everything we wanted. As we get to the cashier she gives us almost the double amount that we were expecting. We tell her the prices that were on signs for the itens and she says theres nothing she can do if i wanna take the itens or not, but i ask her how come you guys have one price and sell for another more expensive obviously! She asks me to show her the prices and where were the itens located at? I go with her and my Mom and she sees that i am right but she says that its not the stores fault since the costumers put the itens in wrong places. and i would totally understand except that there was way more than 1 item with the same price. she says that they will charge me for whatever it shows on the cashier and not on the signs. I ask to talk to the manager to try to understand and she says that would not help me because they would not change the price and all she can do is sell for the actual price even though i am right and she knows. I insist in seeing the manager she says it might take long and still not gonna help. At the end I leave the store without anything because i could tell she was annoyed and not being very helpful, idk probably does not understand that the costumer is always right SPECIALLY when theres prove of it and she sees with her own eyes. We left the store and bought products anyways, and i could have just taken for the price she told me but i decided not to because of her attitude, which is sad because i loved that store but this bad experience throw me off!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store.

This location re confirms why I stopped shopping at this chain, and has ensured that I will never shop at this change again.The store was disorganized to the point where it was almost impossible to find what I needed, there was no staff in sight and when I finally found some staff all of before staff was sitting at 1 table in the backed talking to each other.Then when I asked if they had the item in question, they all got realy confused about its location. One said i think i know where it is, and proceeded to lead me to the worst and least functional version of the item they had (the only version the story carrys) he said we could look up options online tr o see if they had better, but at that point why go to a store?!Also I feel the need to mention all the employees had a sullen attitude...Thank God for amazon, they casually have what they say they will, thats why places like this are going put of business. You cant offer bad service, bad selection, and bad orginization and hope to survive. Good riddance to bad companies

I dont usually take the time to write reviews, but in this case I felt it is important to do so in order to warn others. This afternoon I went to the Bed Bath and Beyond in American Fork, UT. I found a set of curtains I liked, but they didnt have the right size.While in the store, I went to the Bed Bath and Beyond app and saw they had a set of the curtains available in the Midvale store. So I purchased the curtains on the app using the buy online pickup in store option. I then drove 30 minutes to get the curtains in Midvale.I didnt realize that I was supposed to wait up to 2 hours for the pickup confirmation email to arrive. That was my bad. Its the first time I did a buy online pickup in store. (NOTE: When I arrived home, approximately an hour and half from the time I purchased the curtains online, the pickup confirmation was waiting in my inbox).When I arrived at the Midvale store I proceeded to the customer service desk where the buy online pickup in store sign was. As luck would have it, my iPhone died right as I arrived at the register. It was in that moment I met Teri at the customer service desk.I explained I was there to pick up an order I placed online. She asked my name and then went to find the order. When she got back she told me it wasnt ready. She then proceeded to lecture me for 10 minutes about I needed to wait 1-3 business days for pickup orders to be ready (not true per the order summary I received from the company - max wait of 2 hours). Apparently the employee that picks the orders left at 3:30 pm and wasnt there to help me.I then decided to just walk over to the curtains to see if the items were there since obviously I wasnt getting any help from Teri. Low and behold...the items were right there. I grabbed them and walked back to the register.Unfortunately, I got Teri again as the person at the cash register. She said, Well, Im glad we were able to work things out. (Interesting as she, nor anyone else at the store, helped me at all). When she rung up my order, I told her I was a Beyond+ member and wanted to apply my 20% discount. I explained that my phone was dead so I couldnt pull up the coupon on my phone but that I was willing to provide any other info she needed.Teri told me there was nothing she could do, and that if I didnt have my phone no discount would be applied. I asked for a manager who within 5 minutes went online, found my account, and printed a coupon to apply the discount. Begrudgingly, Teri scanned the coupon and I paid for the item.As she handed me a receipt, I asked if she could please bag the two items. She said, Im not going to do that for you. I looked at her, stunned, and said, Please. Complaining under her breath about how hard it is to bag items (really?!) she bagged my items and I left the store.All I have to say is that customer service truly is dead at the Bed Bath and Beyond store in Midvale. I hope that either (1) Teri gets some serious training about customer service and an attitude adjustment or that (2) she is asked to seek employment elsewhere. Customers should not be treated the way I was today.
