Came here for my scheduled appointment just to be turned away. Terrible service. Update: I was given a reasonable discount and the service was good for a day late. So time wasted was made up.

Had a great visit.. had gone to three other Firestones and the service was horrible.. want to say that the Allison took very good care of us and her customer service was beyond. Also want to know that while we were waiting for our car another gentleman came in with a tire and a spare and just wanted to tire replace and it was done immediately. I tried to get this done at the Lansing location and it took forever had to leave have to say by far best Firestone

Brought a car up there to be looked at for a leak. Was told it needed a new rack n pinion that the seals were leaking they gave me a price 1,800$ to fix I said go ahead and fix it he called back 4 hours later to say the technicians could not change it because he did not have the right tools so I picked it brought it to another place only to find out the power steering hose fitting came loose. 20$ repair long storie short be careful. They almost cost me 1800$.

When in for a set of tires to be installed and an oil change. Met Steve showed me the tires that were going to be installed and was able to have additional time to do the oil change. Very accommodating.

Went there last night for a new tire. I just brought the old broken one with me and they put a new one on the rim. Super nice people, very attentive, laid back and gave quick service. Ill be going back this weekend based on the great quote they gave me to get 3 more tires.Update: I did end up going back to get the additional tires and they had good prices on oil changes as well so I had them do that. I will be going back for an alignment and to get a quote on new breaks as well. Their prices are fair (I used to work in auto and am not someone who can get taken for a ride...excuse my terrible pun) and the staff offer services theyd recommend that your vehicle may need but they arent pushy or salesy. They just show you whats up and let you make a decision and level with you on how long you can get by with whatever you have going on, which is awesome. Times are tough. Definitely will be back and they deserve your business at this location.

I took my car there for an oil change a few weeks ago. I liked their service quite a bit and was impressed. I was happy they offered to apply a coupon! This made me a repeat customer (more businesses should do this, rather than scare customers away). So, when it was time for the big repair, I called Jeffery! Once again, he did NOT upsell, try to tell me I had one hundred things wrong, and just got to the point. He even offered to apply a bit of a discount via a coupon because I was getting so much done. Knows his stuff!they worked with us on my daughter picking up the Ford and me paying remotely. The associate over the phone (a very nice female--I forgot her name) was so patient with me even though every CC I had was declined (I live in South Bend, and a fraud alert goes on if a big charge seems out of pattern). I was so embarrassed! She reassured me that I was fine, and finally, Discover went through, remotely.I have a new place when Im out there to go to! Thank you Jeffery, and the office!

Went to get lug nuts loosened because they were too tight for me to break loose with my lug nut wrench I had new tires put on when I went to put brake pads on a couldnt undo the lug nuts so I went up there so they could do break them loose

I made an appointment only for alignment and tire balance,they forgot and I wait 35 min. And I didnt even stay longer!!!!!!!!

Gone there with a few different cars over the years. No hard sell, no games. I like this place. They do fast work. Reasonable prices right in line with everybody else. And theyre not always trying to upsell you on something. Convenient hrs. OPEN ON SUNDAY.

Manger Steve is a liar and will tell you that u need a tire do to bad wear but make sure u check it cause I did and my tire still had 80 % life inside and out plz make sure that guy don’t get u !!

Had a full set of tires put on my vehicle. The tire manager Jeff was a good guy. A bit too much up selling and “problem finding” but I suppose that’s how people make money.Tires were put on day of in the time frame given. Thanks for a relatively painless Saturday afternoon Firestone.

Not a pleasant experience. Received a call stating my tire was under warranty & just needed a quick patch job. Within minutes of the first call, I received a second call stating that even though the tire was well within the limits of its warranty it would not be repaired because of a safety issue Instead I was offered the solution of just buying a new tire. Tires that werent even in stock & they didnt know for sure when they would be. Extremely disappointed that the warranty meant nothing to them, walked away feeling that they were trying to make a sale & even that they couldnt do right. One less customer.

They always try to sell you stuff when you just need a oil change. Telling me about a missing oil gasket.... Jokes on them they were the last people that changed it....

Had a brake job done there. Was never right. Brought it back. They said it was good. 5000 miles later, had to redo the same brakes. They always squeaked, Waste of my time and money.

My wife and I moved to Midlothian a little over a year ago and own a 2004 Subaru and a 1998 Honda Sienna van. We have had our Subaru serviced here twice, both for major repairs and our van once for some simple maintenance.We feel that the service is excellent and the work is of good, professional quality. The guys we met there are always genuinely friendly and seem to be family men. They are honest in what needs to be done and how much it will cost. It seems to be around 10% more than other mechanics will charge, though we prefer to take our car here since it is so close to our house and for the quality customer service.To address another reviewer, this place does get busy and it would not be recommended to sit and wait for the repairs to be done. Have someone go with you and drop your car off and they will call you when the work is done. I hope this review helps. We would recommend Firestone to others based on our experiences.

Mechanics explained clearly what they were fixing. Warranty on tires explained in detail. Decent pricing. They were not pushy about upselling. They were polite and considerate of my budget. Work done in a timely manner.

As an older female, you dont always know who to trust but I trust the Firestone name. I met Julius this morning who verified that my tires were ok but only needed more air in one of them. One of the best car service places Ive been to. The people there are great. They are nice, professional, honest and they work hard for the customer.

I believe that this store has been here for about 40 years. So employees have come and gone but the good products, service and automotive knowledge have always been here. Which is most likely the reason they are still here and I keep coming back.

I went to this Firestone asking for a hub bearing replacement. They said there wasnt anything wrong w/ hub bearing, but needed to replace a tire.THEN, 3 hours later, they tell me, Wait a minute! We found a problem with the hub bearing you asked about!!They shouldve found it in the first place!!! I wanted a hub bearing, not being sold a tire on the side. I couldnt afford to get hub bearing replacement after I bought their tire!

Had a tire blowout and had to have the car towed to the Midlothian store. Did not think they would be able to fit me in on a Saturday afternoon, but they did. And I now have four new tires and an alignment and I am on the road again!

I had a recent unfortunate experience where Id had a bulb replaced and the result was the bulb intermittently cutting off. Though the work is supposed to be warrantied, without even looking at my vehicle, I was told the issue was electrical and nothing to do with a faulty bulb. I took my vehicle to another service center where the bulb was replaced and the issue was resolved. This experience will have me taking my business elsewhere moving forward which is unfortunate because prior to this I found this to be a good service center.

I had the worst experience on 2/24/18. I felt as though they really couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. Mechanics tested my car and came back and said everything was fine. When I insisted that everything wasn’t fine (do to an ongoing blinking battery light) he retested and said it’s the battery. After asking a million questions and getting unclear answers I bought a new battery. Hopefully, that was the issue and I won’t have any more car trouble.

Been having issues with multiple firestones. but once i got here and spoke with Jeff any issue i had was instantly taken care of. Ill becoming here from now on.

WOW FACTOR!!!I walked in to the Firestone in Midlothian, IL and was completely blown away!!!A friend owns the establishment right next door selling juices, smoothies with a spa salon on the back : Juiced by Shic.I went there to pick up some goods and in desperate need of new tires I decided to go next door and see if I would be able to get serviced.The dealerships and local tire shops either had no time or limited stock.Jeff Battung got me in, gave me a heck of a deal on tires and service, and on top of that fit in an oil change.I was one happy lady!!!JOB WELL DONE JEFF & CREW!

Got here at10:45am and am still here waiting at 3:39pm on 4 tires that I was told would take an hour or two... they lack any sense of urgency and ZERO customer service. And if youre a woman? Dont even bother to stop here... the added all sorts of crap I dont even need. Said I need rotors... not knowing I got rotors 6mos ago!!!! Deplorable service... if I could rate zero I would have chosen that!!!! Five hours plus and these you-whos are still puttsing around...

Horrible customer service guys at front desk are not accommodating you will wait for 30mins why him and his buddy who just finished his oil change talk about car unrelated things I will never go back ....O that happened twice by different guys

Worst Firestone ever!! They used to do good quality work but it seems they have continued to get worse over the past year. They worked on my parents vehicle and didnt replace any panels they removed. The driver side door panelling is hanging off now and it has an issue with the radio staying on that they never had. Nobody seems to know what was done or shouldve been done to the vehicle. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. If you must go to firestone go to the matteson location!!

We needed emergency service, they were the closest station. Closed before posted hours, with no indication of why. We made it to the parking lot and then broke down. Had to get towed from this garage to a different one! Embarrassing show, Firestone.

Passenger rear side was leaking gas at a few drips per 10 seconds, brought it in to Firestone but was told they wont bring it into the shop (understandable). However, they refused to come outside to the parking lot to look at it. No explanation why, just said they wouldnt do it AND they didnt offer another location that could assist. Couldnt even offer advice as to what the problem might be, despite my readiness to pay for such a drastic problem.

Stopped on the way home from work on a Saturday to have a slow leak looked at. All the bays were empty & was told it would be at least 2 hours. I left, went to Discount Tire in Oak Lawn and decided to replace all 4 tires. You snooze, you lose.

Had upper and lower ball joints installed on my Blazer. Turns out they left several pins out, left my ABS lines dangling, didnt grease them properly either. They basically didnt complete the job.
