I called to order a glass top for my new desk. They gave me a price which was very reasonable so I ordered. They called me the next morning to say it was ready and would I be home for them to deliver it. The gentleman came in to deliver, cleaned up the glass and noticed a scratch. He said that is not acceptable, I will cut you a new one. He was back in less than an hour with the new glass. Top rate customer service.

The front door on my office was broken a couple of days ago. So, I started calling to have it fixed. I called every glass co in Google, but no one was available to fix it, other than Midland glass, and another Co. The older gentleman that runs the other Co was EXTREMELY rude, so I really didnt want to give that guy my money. Luckily though, Midland glass showed up to do an estimate at the same time that the rude guy was here. That sent the rude older gentleman over the edge, and I had to ask him to leave.Midland glass sent two guys to fix it within an hour. The got started, and had it done in under an hour. While installing it though, the new glass cracked. So,they took it out, and put another piece in. The next morning, when I got to my office, there was a crack in the glass on the bottom right corner. I called Midland glass again to let them know, and they sent the two guys back out immediately to replace the glass AGAIN. It wasnt their fault. They did nothing wrong. Things like that happen sometimes. Luckily, I had chosen a company that stands behind their work, and not the angry, rude guy.The guys that came to do it were very professional, and friendly. Overall, I give Midland glass a 10 out of 10. Id recommend them to anyone needing glass replaced!Thanks Midland glass, for fixing my door glass, and for saving me from that rude old man!
