We had midwest glass complete the glass on our custom shower in our newly remodeled master bath. When the contractor came to look at the job they did, he observed that the gap between the shower door and the glass shower wall was too big and was leaking water through the gap when the shower was on. There was also a 3 inch scratch on one of the main glass pieces, and the silicon on one of the main shower walls did not hold and the wall was loose. We called 5 times and were directed to Dan, but he never returned our voicemails. We were given Dans email and he never responded after 3 emails. After dealing with no response and no help for SIX MONTHS, a representative finally showed up to look at the shoddy work. Dan shared that they would split the cost of the scratch with us 50/50 because it was no longer under warranty because it took so long for us to contact them. In reality, we tried 8 different times to make contact, and Dan did not return our calls or emails. They also stated the gap in the door was normal and they would not fix it, although our contractor who builds showers for a living thought differently.IF YOU WANT SHODDY WORKMANSHIP, ZERO FOLLOW UP OR RESPONSE, AND NO HELP MAKING SURE A JOB IS COMPLETED PROPERLY, USE THESE GUYS. IF YOU DONT DESIRE FRUSTRATION, HEADACHES, AND WASTED MONEY, I WOULD RECOMMEND STEERING CLEAR. We are having to pay for their terrible customer service.
