The absolute worst place to repair your appliances. Warranty work is not a priority to these people. They had my washing machine for 7 months and still didnt fix it. It still has the same problems. After calling the repair guy twice, I never got a phone call back. We r going to have to buy another machine. They dented and scratched my 1 year old washing machine. Whirlpool isnt much help either. I would use anyone but them

The worst customer service in Midland/Odessa. I’ve been waiting 6 weeks on a repair and when I called they told me it was my fault because I haven’t called them enough. Then the man that answered the phone told me that they will never fix my fridge and wanted to fight me because I asked what was taking so long when he told me it only takes 6-10 days for parts, well it’s been many weeks. Avoid them at all costs!!!!
