The super soil is amazing and clean. The plants loved it and grew huge... and my pockets loved it with the great price per cubic yard. Pics are about 1.5 months apart

I ordered 3 cubic yards of garden soil. When it arrived it had a bit of black compost on the top so I thought that was what I had, nice rich garden soil...but, when I went to fill my raised bed it was clay with small stones and chunks of cement... this leads me to believe it was actually fill dirt. I dont think they were being dishonest, it was most likely a mix up, but when I called and left a message about it I received no response. Im going to have to amend the soil at great expense now because I had no time to wait due to needing to get things in the ground. I am very disappointed.

Buyer beware! Purchased 7 yards of mulch, received only 4. I have mulched my home many times in the past and it takes 5 yards to do the job, so I know what I need. I added a flower bed that would have needed 1 1/2 additional yards, hence I ordered 7. The amount they gave me did 1/2 the job. Told the truck driver the load was very light, called the office told the guy on the phone the same thing. No refund or offer to make good on the mulch. Like I said, I know how much it takes to mulch my house. Will never use this company again. Also I own my own landscape company, this was a test run to possibly use Best Materials in the future. Moving forward I will keep using the supplier I have used in the past.

Horrible service. Couldn’t find anyone to help me for almost 20 minutes. After finally being helped I was told that they couldn’t even deliver my product! After leaving I went to Mr. Mulch who was able to take my order immediately and had it loaded and shipped within the hour. Best lost my business.

We designed and built our patio and also designed and built a fireplace, all from stone purchased from Best Materials. I have also purchased driveway stone and mulch there. I have to agree with another customer who said that the staff at Best Materials are very helpful with the design and material selection for your job. For future projects, I will continue to purchase my stone products from Myles at Best Materials.

I ordered composite soil but they delivered super top soil and didnt meet the composition of 70-30 ratio. This is not suitable for vegetables bed.
