My husband and I own a landscaping company ans everytime we call and see if materials are available we are told they are and when we get there, nothing is there. We are given attitude by Ashley and Trina who both have no clue what customer service is. Trina seems to act like she is the owner and shes not. Shes disrespectful and completely out of line. Clearly they need to clean the middletown store out as far as staff goes and bring back the old staff like Marsha and Kerry because they were great. We used to spend so much money there and now we would rather pay extra money somewhere else then go there. Do not spend your money here!

What a great bunch of folks. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. When the driver showed up with the material we ordered he looked at the project and actually suggested bringing it back and hauling down a more appropriate material. It would have been much easier if he had just dumped his load and left. Small things like that show an organizations values and culture, both of which are obviously strong at J&J Materials.

I used the truck scale at J&J to weigh my camper. They were super helpful and accommodating. Quick and easy.

They have everything we need

So this was an interesting experience for me and I will tell you why. I wear my mask and try to follow the rules half of the people that work there dont follow the rules they are tring to enforce only one nice lady had here mask on it was black mask and she was a shorter woman nice lady. The other lady not so nice.very defenseive and seemed to not like the other lady . Very confusing as a customer . I would go back but dont would know what to expect

Ordered a mailbox post and a mailbox and 4 weeks later we are still waiting. We call a consistently get a runaround!
