Mostly great. A few things dont last long after buying but you can tell that through common sense. Store is always clean and organized. Plenty of coupons online and in their flyer you can grab on your way in. Love it!

Most every tool is in stock all the time from their Inventory.The Quality is Very Good Especially for the price as Compared to the Truck Guys. Ive Overstressed Many of the hand Tools over the last 25 yrs. ( Sockets, Wrenches, and Ratchets) and they are Still going Strong. Including their little 900 watt Generator that I bought over 8 yrs. ago that Ive Run for over 200 hrs. Now. Cant Beat it Especially for around $100.00.

What is not to like about harbor freight? Lifetime guarantee tools that work well, and all kinds of other cool stuff.... I wish they had one in Newburgh though.

I lover this place. Its great for cheap tools that are still pretty decent overall. Not everyone needs pro level tools. I was a mechanic and always bought the best. Now that I just tinker, tool boxes at 20% of the price are fine.

I think the insider club is misleading and discriminatory. You walk in see a price that appears to be a sale. Get to the counter to check out and are charged a higher price. The checkout person informs you that the lower price is an. “ insider club “ price. So take it or leave it. Poor business. Charge everyone the same price. If you have a sale. End of story

Customer service is a joke, these guys no nothing about the merchandise that they sell.

Website says they open at 8am yet I got there at 830 and they are closed. I call the store and the manager gave me a attitude and said they open at 9.

Got an email on 5/19 that my jack stands had a recall because they can fail(kind of important) so went to my local Harbor Freight and of course they don’t have them in stock. Went 2 times a week since 5/19 and they still have none in stock. They state the truck when it comes only brings a handful and if your not checking everyday your not gonna get one. I asked about a refund but they will not refund you only give you store credit. I paid cash and just want to purchase a set elsewhere but they will not refund you. Today I bought a set elsewhere but find it ridiculous they will not refund me my money. I know there cheap jack stands but atleast give the customer an option.

One of the better harbor freight stores in the hudson valley. Always well staffed with friendly, helpful people. Always well stocked with everything ( no latex gloves, understandable in these times ). Great deal on disposable masks!. Always a good time to look toich and buy things. Store is very vlean and felt safe to shop in the store around other people. Solid 5/5. Would recommend to others

This spot has EVERYTHING you could want for a handy man and/or professional contractor. Gotta watch some things as theyre cheaply made but it beats paying almost double for the same tool somewhere else. First time Ive been there and I will be going back and referring this place to my friends.

Careful, if you use a coupon. Can only be use on the lowest priced item when buying mutiple items.so if you had a 20%coupon and bought a 140 dollar item and a couple of $5 items,only 20%off on one $5 dollar item.wanted to return them all and buy just the $140 item and they said there was a restocking fee.Gimmick all over them.

I was not happy. Customer service at the checkout line was rude. I am sorry these people have a bad day..but by the time I finally checked out...my day was ruined by her rudeness.

You get what you pay for and sometimes you get nothing. I bought a slide hammer set and when i went to use it, it broke on the first slide. I went back the same day and exchanged it but the one on the shelf was already broke. We took the last one off the shelf and it also was broke. The male manager with glasses would not give a refund or store credit. He only offered to replace it when the new one comes it.

Very pleased with service and products

I purchased 4 wheels for my garden cart. I had them around for a month. when I was going to install one of them, it was out of air. Filling it revealed it was sold to me with a hole & needed to be exchanged. Without a receipt they would not exchange a brand new unused item with a Harbor Freight bar code. Bad customer service for only a $4.95 item. Bad attitude creates bad attitudes. Ive spent hundreds there over the years, just a small insult like this erodes loyal customers. Disappointment.

I love this place. You can get good quality tools for an amazing price. You have to sign up for the emails and you will get great 20 percent off coupons all the time. Every time I go in there I use a coupon and get a free gift. I have quite a few tape measures and screw driver sets all free. For the average home owner who dosent need a commercial grade tool this place is great. Some of the stuff is even commercial grade. My tools from there all are still working and you cant beat the price.

If youre not familiar with Harbor Freight Tools. Its worth a visit so its a variety of tools and machinery. The prices are cheap but sometimes so of their items that they sell. So do your research watch the reviews even on Harbor Freights own website its pretty straightforward. But if you need a tool for a one-time use or only a couple of times and dont want to spend a lot of money this is the place you want to visit

Great service and great prices on every day things. I have been shopping here for a while and some of the items are not meant for more than one use. However i have had great success with several of their products and the discounts are awesome. They offer products that are re built or are in no way in comparison to their counter parts. However it gives people a chance to try something new at a modest price. Everytime i buy something here they are always helpful and are great with support and returns.

Stay away from their power tools! Unless you are just a regular homeowner who would be using them once a month or so. Their hand tools are actually pretty decent & at good prices. I just wish they stepped up their game with warranties and produced things they took pride in making and selling. Their power tools are pretty much disposable. But at least they dont cost too much. Do not expect high quality. Expect to save money.

Always find the tool or socket that I need to fix my car & usually cheaper than at Autozone.
