Its been 8 months, and they still havent given me a single update about parts I asked them to order.bive called three times, they told me they had some and were waiting on the rest. Its not an old piece of equipment. Parts are available. Ive called Stihl corporate and theyve told me the parts are out there.Absolutely ridiculous.

Great place - great service - nice folk. Bought a rider mower from Bulk years back and have been getting service from them since then to include a Toro snow blower. Given the quality - my neighbor starting using Bulk.Keep up the good work!
