AJAMSONIC made something best for the Ketron Audya keyboard. Perfect

(Translated in English)Ajam IGNORED my phone calls after I PAID him in FULL and WIRED the money to him. He took advantage of me because I am an ELDERLY senior who does not speak English that well. He instructed me to WIRE him the money. He also doesn’t take credit card payments which is really really STRANGE. I had someone help me contact him after I kept waiting and waiting for his package.No email, no confirmation, no receipt, no description of the items ordered.We asked for a REFUND, but instead he shipped the package the day after we spoke to him. He PRETENDED that he sent the package a long time ago, but when we checked the tracking number, he shipped it that day.Then he texted us and I quote, “Looks like it is our turn to file a complaint. Package was received from KETRON AMERICA last week by Mr. Tim, states USPS but no confirmation from Mr. Tim despite us requesting twice now via email..Is it therefore right we refer to you both as scammers and file a complaint as you did?”We just wanted a REFUND and you shipped us the package instead, so that you could KEEP the MONEY.Is that how you should treat a CONSUMER who’s money you TOOK? That is UNACCEPTABLE behavior! Sounds like a THREATENING text message. Is he even allowed to have BBB on his website when he is not BBB accredited?Please be AWARE of SCAM companies like this who take ADVANTAGE and IGNORE elderly people or people who do not speak English that well. They think they can get away with this because usually these people will let it go and let them take their money because they don’t know how complain or write a review. This is very sad and needs to STOP.

Great after sale service. AJ really holds your hand and walks you through your instruments (even those they dont sell - which is hard to find these days). You barely get such help from Yamaha, Roland or Korg, especially today that everything is going digital. Great products from AJAMSONIC KETRON! Here in the USA/CANADA, if you are looking for ARRANGER KEYBOARD Support, reach out to these guys! They know their stuff and in the USA, this is rare!

Wanted to share my indirect experience:My dad lives overseas, and had issues with his SD7 and after failing to get any help over on the EU side - he pinged AJAM(sonic) and in less then 2 days - response came and actually resolved his issue (if I remember correctly it had something to do with some Beta FW being installed on his SD7).After that my dad has not looked at EU sites again! Thats all I have to say! Absolutely brilliant and totally devoted to the community and the products they represent! A++ crew. Thank you.

He is very nice person and you feel that you can trust him but I bought a brand new ketrkn sd90, I got this item(see picturs). and then he told me its brand new after I said that its looks used and also I had another shipping label on the box, meaning it sent to someone else before me. I asked for a return he said I have to pay 20% fee for returns thats mean alot of money because I payed few thousands.. so I opened a case on PayPal. and then got my refund. before i payed it started excellent, after I payed I started to get delays etc.. but again he is very profasional in ketron and very nice guy, but I cant trust him unfortunately. and it was very hard to put this review, but I think that its important that other people not gonna feel like I felt..

I have the Audya4 expander, the sound, the instruments are just not exceeding.You have a lot of possibilities to adapt to his styles, especially in the audio area there is not that it is overdepping.You can create for every style for the drums Wave files with Intros Main Fill and Endings, its fantastic.I can only recommend.

Received my SD90 after speaking with AJ in October 2020 in the mist of Covid. After playing my BK7m for many years with either my diatonic, midi or v accordion, I must say the sounds are so realistic! I am still in learning mode because there is so much that can be done with the SD90. The layering of instruments as well as using live instruments such as the live guitar is just fantastic. You must have one. Oh, if one of the guys doesn’t show for your next gig, just fill in for him or her. Thanks AJ!

Update: I just received the new AjamSonic Sound & Style Package. I especially like the new AJ RDX piano and AJ strings & AJ Symphony. There are some new Country styles and over 70 Song Registrations which are nicely programmed.I purchased a Ketron SD40 and several AjamSonic Gold style packages. I am delighted with the service. When I had questions after the purchase, they were prompt with the answers. The AjamSonic sounds and styles are great! I also really appreciate the online workshops. I learn something every time.

Hello.I use the KETRON SD90 expander that I pilot with a BOHM brand double keyboard from the 2000s to give it a little boost.I have just discovered AJAMSONUC thanks to the Synth Zone forum which allows us and helps us to better use our instruments.The quality of styles and sounds produced by AJAMSONIC is surprising.I recommend this company and invite anyone to go and visit their website to find out who they are and what they do.Musically.

I know Ajamsonic as an excellent provider of highly professional sound extensions for Ketron musical instruments. As the owner of an Audya keyboard, I used the Ajamsonic styles and sounds that appealed to me. I hope that the extensions for my current Ketron SD90 are just as interesting and musical. I wanted to update the status.Ajam never paid a Penny to me yet this 2021 Feburary.Big scam artists.I cant believe you do business like that.Pay me money.ScammersThese people are scammers.AJ is a scammer he took my keyboard sold it and never paid me.I have contacted him several times for over a year and 3 months and still didnt get my money.I will recommend not dealing with them under any circumstances.Please Aj if you see my messages or missed calls or whats app messages remember that I have been more than patient.I will make sure everyone knows what kind of a person you are .

My Ketron got severly damaged and I did not know what to do. I called and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. It was fixed the same day that I brought it in and is as good as new! Highly recommend!

I have a Ketron SD40, but unfortunately I dont know any other musician who has this equipment. Possibly I am the only one. Quality above other competing brands, but not widespread in Brazil.

In the German-speaking region there is unfortunately little information about Ketron keyboards and expanders. With a look across the pond you land at Ajamsonic and find many helpful and informative videos.Big thanks to the makers behind Ajamsonic for the many educational videos.
