They got stars because of the nice employees they HAD!! They would have gotten more if they didnt close down their store and without permission sold all of my stuff off to another pawn shop without informing or asking me. Dirtbags

Great deals on a wide range of items and also offer collateral loans if youre in a tough spot. Ive even sold some items I had laying around for cash. Friendly people and the manager has an excellent slick back.

Tried to tell me the diamonds on my ring were fake after I went to five different Jewelers and they all told me they were real. They also gave me $30 for a $250 Coach bag. I would be careful going there they try to rip you off and give you the lowest price possible. I would not recommend this pawn store for anyone

I received my wifes wedding ring from this owner. Great and smooth transaction and a classy business. Hard to find with Jewelers, but I was very satisfied and recommend to all!

I went and I pawned my computer there and when I went to go pick it up they deleted everything off of it but thats not the very least of it I went and picked it up three months before the date that they were going to take it and hold it in order to sell it. So now my computer is locked under the name pawn and I dont know how to get in and they dont answer their phone at all. They are scam artists. They give you the least amount of money for any object out there. I sold a really nice Pandora bracelet without a lot of charms and they tried giving me $15 for it. Scumbags.

Fort knox pawn shop knows about whats valuable about anything if value that they come across but quick to offer the lowest price paid in all of orage county... The heavy set guy there thinks he knows everything and is rude and cheap skates... Worst place to go!!!--

Ill-knowledged crooks. Brought a $200 tool set (offered 5 bucks) and a few other things that absolutely held value but only because they didnt immediately sell on ebay they claim theres nothing they can do with the items. Not everybody shops on ebay. And i had to explain to the employee what some of the stuff was, and why its a valuable addition to the store. But because it doesnt sell on ebay she wanted nothing to do with it.Remedial at best.

I went there with an item that was new and it was valuable and they tried to scam me out of it honestly I wouldnt recommend any one to go there when I asked the guy to see what price he looked up he wouldnt let me see it people of the great Hudson valley I advise you not to go there my buddy also pawned somethings for great value he needed the money for a family emergency they pretty much scammed him he even sent his gf in there a while later and they had the price marked up For what the item originally sold for I would never go back there your better off using Craigs list and if in emergency go to another place these people are crooks

I went to this pawn shop on RT. 211 & I heard them saying they could sell my item for $600 yet they offered me $175. Of course I said no. Place was dirty & had lots of junk in there. Hard pass on this one.

Sold some gold and an xbox one my son no longer uses and they gave me a fair price for each item. Definitely recommend this shop and will be back!
