Last I checked to put an order for a cake they need 24 hours for a basic sheet cake and 48 hours for 2 tier cakes. It’s Friday 10:27am I’m trying to put a simple order in for a half sheet cake for my babies 3rd birthday she asked when would I need it, I told her I WOULDN’T need it until tomorrow meaning Saturday at 2-3pm maybe later. She states we aren’t taking any orders for the weekend! So first why not start off with that and secondly that’s not Kroger’s protocol so who made that decision??

This review is for the worse deli in The Kroger franchise! My husband went in twice today and both times they were rude and told lies. The first time he went to deli nobody was back there finally someone came and the mask were not on their face properly the customer in front him ask politely if they could fix their mad the correct way and the reply was that they don’t really have to wear mask at that point he walked away from because they were going back and forth the second time hr went in later on in the day went and ask for some roast beef shaved the answer was we don’t do that here when in fact clearly the sign that was in front if him said shaved turkey here…. SMH. I know for a fact that Kruger required mask and shaved the meat!! This needs to be addressed the dept is awful

Very organized store, clean with scooter carts available for those that have difficulty walking. Meat & produce are fresh. Clerks are friendly & helpful locating various items.

Its a very nicely laid out store, the food court if thats what you would call it is always set up very nicely and it looks that all the workers care alot about what they door. The workers are very very helpful. The sushi is always nicely prepared and presented. Produce is nicely presented and beautiful. Stocking is great but I will say nobody beats meijers stocking. My one major gripe is that lines for self checkout should never extend as far as they do and neither should the regular checkout lanes. They need more open at all times but even during busy times your lucky to find 4 lanes open. Be better in that area.

Decent location, staff is generally friendly. Moldy produce and some expired products out so double check before you buy. There is a Starbucks inside, so that’s convenient, although they don’t take online orders. They’re not doing a great job of mask enforcement of customers, a good deal of people and workers without face covering. The selection is very good, they keep most products I use in stock.

There grocery pick-up is horrible and the manager of it yes so rude and disrespectful! You have to watch everything because they’ll charge you for the larger amount that you had ordered and give you the smaller size.

HOW HARD IS IT TO KEEP JASMINE RICE STOCKED?? The minute jasmine rice 2 packs?? Apparently its rocket science because they were out last week and AGAIN last night when I went in just for JASMINE RICE!!!! If your in charge of ordering rice at this Kroger, DO BETTER!!! 👎👎

Would avoid this Kroger at all cost. Is absolutely absurd that they dont allow you to pay with apple pay, or use a debit card as credit. Hours of operation are a horrible downgrade, I went shopping supposedly at last minute, try to pay with my phone or a debit card and I could not, ask Chase(Night employee) to allow me get my other card in the car and he refused by saying he could hold it until tomorrow and to come back tomorrow. I left a family member inside and gave the card at the door and Chase came to us screaming that he told me I had to come back tomorrow when I had a family member inside, and I already wasted time looking for products and scanning them (myself), costumer service is obviously pathetic. The new setup makes no sense and is extremely unfair for us who like organic food only, I hate walking all the isles when all my products could be conveniently in one place as it used to be. Harina Pan is not located even where the hispanics products are. Everyone is clueless, unhelpful and rude (almost unwilling to help). Also machines are always dirty it feels disgusting to touch them as well as the whole facility, so antigenic. Suggestion to management: Bring back 24/7 since it was the ONLY thing that made me want to go to your store compared to better ones with the same hours of operation, and hire more people, we spend a lot of money here, you can afford providing good costumer service.Recommendation to clients: Just go to Whole Foods, Fresh Market, or Dorothy lane market, prices are the same, costumer service is a million years better, products are better, and most importantly is that is clean and if anything even Meijer is better than this store.

They have incompetent people working in the pharmacy. I went to pick my prescription up and they were all just standing in a circle talking about starwars when there was a line of people to be helped. Needed some information about my medication once I got home and they had me on hold for 20 minutes. Brenda on the phone was rude and pushy once my phone call did get answered. Not to mention the drive up window hasnt been operating for a week now.

The store air units are always running it makes it very loud and is annoying while I am trying to shop. The isles are so spread out nothing is really in any kind of order. Staff aren’t very helpful either. Store is mostly clean

Best place to buy all your groceries

Prices seem to be all over the place. They are mostly stocked but always out of something it seems like. If you go later in the day, they are really crowded. My biggest pet peeve is the day I had a migraine, it was the first time I have used their app and had my groceries delivered. I searched hamburger and and it gave me two options that was not hamburger. Also I ordered hotdog buns and it ordered actual hotdogs. The hotdogs was substituted and i received a text. I replied thats not what i ordered. I was told they would refund my money. Well i got nothing and i was still charged. I will not use their app ever again.

This is the best Kroger Ive been to. I love the layout, especially since the recent remodel. They always have fresh produce and a great selection of groceries. It is miles better than the other nearby grocery stores as far as freshness and cleanliness goes.

Getting tired of my fresh fruits being rotten. Got a canteloupe that went rotten after 1 day and an over priced watermelon that started disentigrating only 3-4 days after being bought.

By far the best shopping experience I’ve ever had in a grocery store. The app that assists with shopping is phenomenal and designed to make shopping quick and easy. I am now converted to Kroger permanently. Thanks for the experience.

Placed a pick up order and none of the items I received were the items I ordered even when I said NO SUBSTITUTE, tried retiring and they said what they gave me was right when clearly it wasn’t when I had a receipt of what i should’ve been given.

This Kroger is always clean and well stocked, however, the clicklist employees are beyond rude. We get it, youre at work but you dont have to pretty much run us over.Also, there is absolutely no reason that when I walk in I have to avoid newspaper salesmen trying to force gift cards if I buy a newspaper.I just want to get in, get my stuff, and get out.

Would avoid this Kroger’s if possible. Managers seem very unhelpful and rude. Almost unwilling to help. They are unable to override manager special markdown items now. Manager also refused to give me her name.

Gas station is pretty clean. Only drawback is the pumps didnt take my bank card. I needed a pin number and I dont use a pin number with my card.

I thoroughly enjoy shopping at Krogers! No matter what day or time I visit this store it is always well stocked, very clean and well organized. The employees are so friendly & helpful, they are visible and offer assistance in every department! I had broken my leg & hip and needed their help for the last few months and they were with me throughout my visits! Smiling, courteous and conscientious. Thank you so much! I’ve been going here for about 3 years & this is by far the best place i love to shop. The Workers are always working and smiling and i always enjoy my visit. The associates know my children by facial recognition which really makes their day. My son is extremely social for a 2 year old and i love how interactive the associates are with him. Giving him some entertainment while i try to mangle groceries on the self check out. Their rewards program/ card is really neat. We save so much money and since we forget the card a lot we can use the phone number associated with the account to still earn savings. It looks like the management there are really intuitive and respectful. The store is kept neat and clean but they are always restocking which isn’t a bad thing. Boxes and such just sometimes get in the way of the walkway. Otherwise it’s a perfect store. I love going late at night when it’s much more peaceful to shop. 5 stars are definitely deserved.

This Kroger is always super busy. There are usually wait times for checking out. But the employees are kind and helpful. Still a great place to shop.

The fact that you cannot pay with a debit card as a normal credit card is ludicrous!

I give this store a 3 out of 5 - or 60% - because this number best illustrates my overall level of satisfaction shopping there. The reason is simple; I find everything Im looking to buy about 60 percent of the time I go to this Krogers. Items are not routinely available because theyre not re-stocked on a regular basis. I was told, for example, that a particular brand of beer I like had not been available for an ENTIRE WEEK because the regular stocker had been on vacation. Ive been waiting three weeks to get a flavor of cat food now. Management here is really poor, its obvious.

Much better than other Kroger stores. Open 24 hours and they frequently have all lanes open. They have eliminated the express lane though. Kroger in general is just not about service or pleasing customers anymore. I buy their specials but shop at other stores.

Overly crowded at times, but nice wide aisles and open space. Easy to navigate except when neighbors cluster and loiter blocking the walking lanes. Great produce section, lots of fresh varieties and well stocked. Meat counter doesnt restock after 7pm it seems. Overall experience is good, just not five stars worthy.

A very large and clean store. They offer a star bucks coffee shop, pharmacy, bank, bakery, deli, sushi, little clinic and much more. I love shopping here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer everything from food to furniture. Their reward card program helps with a lot of savings. You cab download the kroger app to get even more savings with digital coupons. This location is beautiful, large parking lot with gas station, and easy to access.

Kroger is a large, well stocked grocery, health care products, pharmacy, & home care products marketplace. It also has clothing, bed & bath, and toys in store. There is a Starbucks inside, and large produce, deli, bakery, and meat departments. Also Fifth Third Bank, a small basics medical care clinic and a Customer Service counter. For cash register checkout, Krogers has more live cashier lines open than most large department stores.

They have just about anything you want. Food, clothes, adult beverages, good size pharmacy department. I love shopping here over Walmart any day!!!

Horrible experience, first time using click list. Waited 2 1/2 hours to find out half my stuff wasn’t in there and the replacement items were totally different than what I ordered. What a waste of time as I now have to go to the store anyhow. Lesson learned. I will never do this again.

This Kroger store has the busiest parking lot of any store Ive visited. Seniors cannot get a close up parking spot anytime Ive gone there. We need another store in this area.

This Kroger is getting just as bad as the other ones. They always are out of stock on items and I just spent $200 and had to bag my own groceries.

Pharmacy at this store is always slow. Drive thru lane typical to have 4-5 cars lined up. Inside line moves but slowly. Always have to wait for medicine, never have enough quantity to fill prescriptions, always get a partial which makes revisits to a slow pharmacy frequent. Parking is also crowded, hard store to run in and grab a few quick items. Checkout lanes are quick, just wished the pharmacy was the same.

Overall good! Signage to find it once off I-75 was very poor. Thanks to Google Maps and GPS, I was finally able to find it.

This is one of the better Krogers I have been to. They are always friendly, well stocked, cleaned, and staffed. It stays busy most days, but the cashier lanes are pretty quick. There is a nice beer and wine selection and a Starbucks inside. IN addition, there is a deli, bakery, seasonal department, and a small clothing section.

I ordered a cake fotnmy sons birthday yesterday. I received a confirmation email yesterday when I placed the order. I went in and the bakery said they did t have a cake under my name. So I called back and they happened to find the order but didnt make the cake. So now I have to back to Kroger and wait for them to bake the cake.

Trying to checkout. Two checkouts open out of maybe 15. No bagger cashier was bagging as well as scanning our purchases. Asked an employee if they would open another register? She replied you can use our self scan. I said no thanks Im not helping you put someone out of work just so you can increase your profits. She ignored me and walked away. I finally got checked out and bagged my own groceries. Not happy with the service, starting to feel like Wal-mart in Kroger.

This location has really went down hill in the last 6 months to a year so bad that I now drive to the new Marketplace in West Chester were I know I can get items in stock. Last few times I have been there out of the 20 items on my list they only had half of them. I usually buy sushi there also and hardly ever have it in stock. If I try to get ahold of someone it doesnt help. Last time I went in there at night with a pretty full cart they said I had to go through U-Scan which I know from previously working here 7 years that bigger orders someone is supposed to open up but they refused even the Asst Customer Service Mgr wouldnt call anyone up as she was busy. I will continue making the drive to West Chester.

The mangers Dylan and Ashley actively treat their employees poorly. Was told when I called in to let them know I wouldn’t be able to come in because I was sick, that Kroger needs reliable employees who will come to work when they are scheduled. Yet this was only my second call off because I was sick with a very bad cold. And our handbook says not to come in sick as to reduce risk of spreading to others. Both times I had to call off I was treated horribly. Third shift stock employees where fool mouthed and spoke of very disrespectful things in the break room. I would not recommend this Kroger as a good place to work!

I like what theyve done with the place, the deli counter offers Chinese food and specialty pizza, it makes for a good lunch or dinner stop 😋

I complained two days ago to the manager in charge about the trash, garbage and filth around the parking lot specially against fence that separates the parking lot at the gas station and the apartment complex next door. Its awful. Gives worst impression. They need to communicate with the apartments if the filth is theirs but for Krogers good name they should do it. I will keep harping until its done or I will have to get in touch with corporate.

We went in the wee hours of the morning when they were restocking. We were searching for items that were on sale and since theyve remolded things arent where we were used to. I tried getting several workers attention by saying excuse me Sir but they acted like they were deaf. Not one person asked if we needed help, another customer actually helped us. Thats why I gave only two stars. Maybe it was just a bad night so Ill try again but I like shopping that late. During the day its too crowded and no parking and people are down right rude and forget their manners.

This is a very clean and organized Kroger. Lots of items. Always have enough registers open when it comes time to cash out.

Every time I go to this krogers late its closed.not just blocked off at one door but closed and its closest place for 5/3 atm to me.so not only can I not grab a few over priced items.but cant get to atm.and what do you know,5/3 doesnt have an out side atm what a pain in the you know what, both are useless. And poor quality meat and produce. Better chance to find nice plant and furniture. Ok lowes needs to sell meat and there in there.

Terrible service at the sea food. A african american gentlemen, just put the salmon in a baggie thats used for produce. When I got home it was smashed up, being 9.99lb its upsetting. Then the cashier was talking to the bagger the whole time didnt even talk to me. I prefer the Austin Landing Krogers.

This store frequently changes product placement, especially organic, so I was unable to purchase one of the main things I was shopping for. Also, at 10:30 PM on a Friday night, there were no regular registers open, only self checkout. We had to wait for someone to come open up a register because we had too much.

I love going here. But hours are actually 5 am to 1 am daily.

Plenty to choose from. The Super Store is amazing. Works with couponers!! Always good prices!
