Average espresso, served in a Styrofoam cup. Frappuccino was slightly above average. Decent ambiance.The store is fairly nice and clean, however, you can never tell if theyre truly open or not, as they have tinted windows and no cutout for the open sign to shine through, so you never know till you pull into the parking lot. Youd think you could trust the hours they have on Google, but you never know.The guy that served us was helpful, especially to my wife, as she didnt know what she wanted to order. His setup was definitely not efficient, as he didnt even have a card reader activated and I had to ask him if I can even use a card. What modern coffee shop doesnt have a Square or something similarly efficient and convenient these days? Not really sure what Id pay with if he didnt feel like setting it up as I dont carry cash.I went with a plain espresso, because this was my first time here and I wanted to judge it on something that should be of high quality in decent shops with little variation among various places. I asked for a ceramic cup, but they didnt have any. To me thats an automatic loss of a star - if I want an espresso, I am looking for a pure coffee flavor and dont want to taste the Styrofoam or a paper cup with that. The quality of it (of the espresso) was average at best Id say, it didnt have that thick espresso (almost like syrup) consistency, and instead it tasted like a really strong coffee from a drip machine.My wifes frap was decent. I think she asked for an espresso in it (they dont normally make them with espresso here). It gave it a little coffee flavor to off-set the sugary taste of the syrups.Overall, I am slightly disappointed after reading these positive reviews. Im probably not going to be back anytime soon.

Hands down the best coffee joint to go to. They got the best frappes (frappachillers) and wonderful fresh ground coffee you can buy for home use. They even helped me out with suggestions on making my own cold brew. The staff is some of the friendliest people you will meet. Definitely got lifetime customers out of me and my wife

I absolutely love this place! Great coffee and great people. They care about you and its locally owned. They make their own flavors and have specials each season. Whats even cooler is that they will make any of their old flavors even if its out of season. They also have a military discount of 50% off! Great people and great flavors.

Coffee is usually my first thought in the morning. Always, always looking for a great cup of coffee. This place is next to the Holiday Inn Express. I cant say enough about Straight Shot. Best coffee Ive had in a long time. Medium Carmel macchiato quad, is absolutely delicious. Better than any Starbucks in any country I have ever visited. The barista knows what she is doing, and very friendly. Quite atmosphere.

Erin is amazing. The coffee and other beverages are priced right, and very good. She will switch flavors up seasonally. Great place to work on your dissertation.

My first visit the gal working was super friendly and went over all the flavored syrups and recommended the cold brew coffee. I went with the marshmallow and have been getting it ever since. I think she remembered my order after the third visit. Drive thru is convenient also. Great price on coffee too, and it tastes delicious.

Walking in, I could tell it was a nice comfortable place. Im not a coffee person; however, my mother is a coffee person who was with me at the time. We ordered to go a speciality coffee blend for my mother and a hot chocolate for me. My mother enjoyed her coffee. My hot chocolate was just OK which is what I expecting from a coffee shop.

First off, I am a coffee snob so I the bar is set high. Straight Shot Coffee is worthly of my praise. I travel a lot and finding good coffee not easy. Here the coffee offered is of good quality presenting a medium and dark roast. I prefer medium, the country of origin was Brazil. In 2 days I was there 3 times! BTW, Zack is an awesome person.

Straight Shot is my favorote coffee shop. My go to is the Caramel Sutra Frap/blended (get the whipped cream if you can do dairy cause its worth it.) but its also good hot. I like to get a few extra shots of espresso added. Second choice is a chai, cold, with extra chai. They are also one of the few coffee places that actually have goodies for #glutenfree folks and they also have almond milk for those with dairy and soy allergies.I have had their gf red velvet cupcakes and gf banana bread muffins and the kids have had tons more wheat based options. They also have monthly drinks to choose from which are made from the workers. I love seeing the huge amount of choice as you get more than the green mermaid has to offer. Plus you actually get to support a locally owned shop.Also, my favorite is they email receipts instead of handing you paper to deal woth and waste. Yay for helping me track business meeting expenses with my Google recipts tab!
