The store hours showed open to 930 last night. Well it wasnt. Closed at 7. That really sticks after working all day and then traveling an extra half hour to get your family nice Easter treats. Cake today to let them know again hours are incorrect. Closed at 7 again.

Training needed on jumping to conclusions. I briefly pulled the mask down and up from my nose...one second... didn’t take it off at all and the lady working there rudely stated I have to put my mask back on. My mask was on and never off. I totally agree to wearing a mask, I was not doing otherwise. I came to support our local business with my two children which is hectic enough... but I guess my money does not go to this store. I get it corona has us all paranoid and I am all about safety and rules! There is a way to assess before judging and there is a way to politely say things especially as a customer service professional. All the best to this store!

Went last month, I eat their chocolate covered raisins they were out. Went today they were still out its been a month, time to get someone who knows how to run the store and order. Also both times when I asked if they have them the attendant was rude saying I have not seen them in forever! Not Im sorry Ill check and see nothing barely looked up from what they were doing. Definitely need a lesson in customer service!

Went today for the first time and lady behind the counter was so friendly, and took the time to explain the different types of fudge, and answer all our chocolate-ly questions! Tasty and well presented items, good promotions/sales.

There were two sales people working when I went in there. I was looking for dark chocolate with nuts but because it was after Christmas they didnt have much of anything. I had picked something out and went up to the counter to ask to get something out of the case for me, but instead the two clerks behind the counter decided to ignore me and have a conversation. Then while one salesperson continued to put away her merchandise, the other salesperson went straight to the customers that came in after me and rang them up instead of asking me what I needed. I like their candy, but I will never shop at this location again.
