Judy is awesome. My Aunt Had left for her birthday dinner and wasn’t home. Judy offered to drive the gift to wherever she was having dinner. She went out of her way another 10 minutes to deliver it so the product wouldn’t melt and ruin the gift. What a sweetheart! Who does this anymore? What a gem of a person. I am so happy with the service and quality of product. Big shout out to Judy! We will definitely be ordering more in the future . Thank you!!

Worst arrangement ever made....After previous order and very satisfied last week I placed an order large size arrangement with some extras that was an Xtra charge...the person that took the order told me that it was pretty big and the extras will include around 15 strawberries covered in chocolate with drizzle and they only covered 4 most of the fruits where about to go bad lasted 2 days in the fridge. Not to mention that looks like they didnt had the right container and sent it in a small birthday cupcake occasionone..will not recommend this crappie place not anyone that want to send a nice arrangement to someone !!!

I placed an order a week ago April 17th for an Anniversary, expecting the delivery would take place during NORMAL HOURS, at 2:30pm i called the store to ask the ETA of my delivery and was told that between 5pm-6pm, late in my opinion since i ordered a week in advance. The delivery arrived at 8:30pm, i am beyond disappointed with this store. I would NOT recommend them because it’s ridiculous to deliver something at 8:30PM at that point its USELESS. Ruined the surprise for my Anniversary and definitely lost a customer on the first experience. Find another edible arrangement location!!

I love Edible Arrangements in Middletown! They are very professional and super friendly. All my fruit arrangements are fresh & my favorite right now is the caramel chocolate dipped apples. Great job Girls!!

This is my favorite store. I recently lost a loved one and ordered a peace and doves platter, which was so well done and absolutely delicious. I wasn’t aware that they have large designs for parties as well, which I’ll be ordering very soon. Thank you all for your help.

Was gifted edible arrangement with pineapples, strawberries and chocolate covered strawberries. The strawberries were wilted spoiled and spoiled, I been trying to contact the store with no success, I literally took the arrangement and put it in the garbage. Told my husband never to get me edible arrangement again.

They have the best chocolate dipped strawberries ever! I can just swing by and get a box or cone whenever I want! Happy Hour is the best a chocolate dipped strawberry cone is only $3.99

Horrible service! Would never use this company again and wanted to write this review for others wanting to use them. Very rude. So hard to get in touch with anyone and never get a call back. Very poor service

I had a great experience with this edible arrangements location. I ordered the class of 2020 bundle for my niece graduating from Pine Bush High School. The person taking my order was professional and friendly. In this era of COVID19, were unable to go to a graduation and celebrate my niece like we normally would; however, the arrangement and service from this store made my nieces day. Product was ordered mid-afternoon (around 1:30-2PM) and was successfully delivered before the close of business that same day! A way to send a gift across the miles, but different and more enjoyable that traditional flower bouquet. The order tracker was awesome to ensure it was getting to the recipient.

I ordered something that was supposed to be delivered in a specific time range. Not only it wasnt delivered, I had to call several times to onfirm the delivery. I was told many different stories. By the time they attempted to deliver it, it wasnt needed anymore. I am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed with the service.Edit to give 3 stars because the driver was very nice and apologetic. The girls at the store were nice and professional as well. They apologized numerous times for the inconvenience.

I ordered $200 worth of goodies along with 3 balloons for my husbands birthday yesterday to take to his office. I ordered a pick-up in person because I have ordered delivery before and they delivered at 4:30 in the afternoon to an office. I expected the delivery to be there by Noon. Anyway, when I arrived yesterday for my pick-up, I was disappointed to see the cellophane wrap was dripping wet inside and it just didnt look fresh. It appeared to have been made the day before and left in the cooler in the lobby. Not at all appetizing. The guy got it out of the case and failed to also get the $44 box of items I ordered, and I had to ask for the balloons, which he then went into the back to blow up. I brought the arrangement to my husbands office and tasted a few pieces of the fruit and they were not at all appetizing. The watermelon was tasteless, as were the strawberries. The bottom of the cellophane wrap had two completely soaked absorbent pads. It was a mess. What a waste of money. I wont go there again. They used to be good, but this was a total day old disaster for a lot of money.

Placed an order for Fathers Day delivery received a call that evening they delivered to the wrong address could they deliver Monday? because yeah I want the Fathers day gift to be gifted the day after Fathers day. They never delivered Monday or called. I call Tuesday and got an excuse that they had to many deliveries that day and couldnt make it. Dont you think an order that was supposed to be delivered the previous day should have priority. Well see what happens today...I absolutely would NOT recommend this place.

I bought a box of 6 chocolate cover strawberries. The box presentation is beautiful but the strawberries inside were ehhh. Only 3 of them were beautiful and one of the strawberries was almost going bad and 2 of them were like tiny . So I went back to get her to change them and she was a bit difficult about it because they weee out of the store already. For the price of $22 I clouding tax for 6 they should give top quality . I should not have to go back and have her change them cause shes trying to give me 3rd quality product.

I received a bouquet for Mothers Day and as I started to eat the fruit there were at least 5 pieces that were already wilting. Is it worth it to risk loosing a customer for 5 pieces of fruit. It just doesnt make sense to me. If the owners didnt know it, they will know it now. Quality is very important.

You put in for a del, with no way of communicating with them, because there phones are consistently shut off. No, round about time or del time on order,, just complete crap. Sherri berries best bet, or go get the fruit and dip it yourself.

Terrible delivery service. Waited 9 hours from tag on door to receive delivery, NEVER got it!! After 4 phone calls throughout the day, they said they would send it next business day. Cant imagine what kind of shape it will be in after being in a truck for a day and a night. Spend your money somewhere else!!

And the customer service experience was terrible also I spoken to a young lady named Isabella and she was just the rudest person ever I will never go back there and I heard they had roaches !
