It is worth driving over the bridges to go to Audio Dezign! After they installed heavy-duty flood lights on my husbands truck, I had them put in an amazing new sound system in my Porsche Cayenne. Audio Dezign had better options, service and prices than the Porsche dealership in Warwick! Then - when the install was complete, they walked me through the set-up. The sound system is amazing and their patience with me learning how to use it was even more amazing. Highly recommend!

I had a remote starter installed in 2013 and it stopped working a few months ago. I called Audio Dezign and they said to bring in my car to take a look and within 10 minutes, the remote starter was working again! Made an appointment ahead of time. Was told they have 2 items in stock. I needed 1. Showed and the person I spoke to said I should have made an appointment when he just told me he saw my name on the calendar with the item Im having installed. He then said the 2 they have are defective but I wasnt told anything until I showed up for my appointment. I wont deal with them again.

I stopped by looking to replace my jeeps radio/CD and received very helpful assistance in selecting a new radio/CD. The installation was completed in a timely manner just as promised and without any hassles or surprises. I love the radio/CD and the excellent service I received. Did some research on getting a remote start installed and came across this business. Very knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. The staff member who helped me was very honest and helped me make a choice that was economical as well as met my needs. The appt for installation was a couple days afters I went in and they book up extremely fast!! Installation itself was a breeze, dropped off by 2 and picked up at 6. Gave me a tutorial and all. I say all that to say, this place is awesome and I highly recommend using them again and again!!

Great experience with great customer service. They were able to remove the poor tint job and place new film on my front windows. Fast and they even cleaned the overspray from the inside of the vehicle during application (something not normally done by tint shops) highly recommend and will return for my decal application.

I found Audio Dezign while searching the web to get my van tinted & remote starter/alarm installed. Roc answered the phone & was very helpful & knowledgeable about which system was best for my needs. Shortly after that visit, we ended up having him install an alarm in my husbands work van. Both experiences were great!

I am not one for writing reviews, but feel this is warranted. After researching a couple places for a remote start, Roc and his team at Audio Dezign seemed to have the best option, at a better than reasonable cost. While getting the remote start installed, I noticed that they deal with Aftermarket Leather. Buying a vehicle with leather is very expensive and they installed not only the leather, but heated seats for a fraction of the cost. Roc is very professional and you can tell how appreciative he is of his customers.

I had a wonderful experience with Audio Dezign. Roc got me the Sony Car Play receiver that I wanted for the best price around. He was able to get the receiver the next day and get me on the schedule for professional installation that day. Unfortunately my schedule changed and I couldnt my car in for almost a week. Rok was super flexible and got me in the first day I could make it. I love my new receiver and the install looks amazing.

He just installed this morning 12:21, a remote starter in my mom’s car, it’s her Christmas gift. Not only did he charge me what quoted but he was able to offer a system that would unlock the driver side door. Mom’s car doesn’t have automatic locks. I had never even thought that was possible, but Rok made it happen thus making my mom’s gift that more special! He finished the job promptly and ahead of schedule!! Really cool shop. Customer service is on point, and at no point do you feel like youre being screwed just for not knowing how to fix the issue yourself. Theyll work with you and give you options. I had an amp installed by them a year ago and recently (accidentally through fault of my own) yanked out one of the cords. I got their and they fixed it on the spot free of charge. Sure, they could have charged me but they were honest and knew it was something very easy.

I bought a groupon to have an automatic starter installed in my vehicle. A $300 value for the sale that Groupon was charging. He told my sister he installing of her specific vehicle would be $349- so what we thought we were getting on groupon was a great deal. After booking the groupon and calling to make the appointment he told my sister that he would have to charge her an additional $199 on top of what she had in her hands which was of $300 value. When calling from a different phone number and asking a quote on the exact make an model of the car he again tell my friend is only $349, so i asked him why he was trying to charge my sister an additional 199 to total $499 for something he is quoting other people at $349, He then tells me that he will only go by what the fine print states and charge me $100. I again ask why if anything she should only be paying an additional $49. and he states that no.. after a lot of back and forth- he agrees to doing her vehicle at $49 only to then tell me that he wont do it at $49, that he wont honor the groupon or want to do business anymore. he puts me on hold, calls groupon and cancels the transaction without me being informed at all. was this because of our accent when speaking with him that he was trying to take advantage or because we are women and should not know about vehicles? Fraudulent place. Trying to charge more than what he quotes the rest of the people just because we got a good deal on a $300 item? He is horrible of a person to deal with. Rude and disrespectful person.

My experience at Audio Dezign was amazing to keep it simple. I wanted a very specific sound and a very neat look, Rok took my ideas and made them a reality. He was speedy with the install process and for having a newer car (2015 VW Jetta) I was surprised at the speed he was able to work since this car is a pain to take apart. He also built me a custom box to fit my trunk and I was worried about it fitting, it didnt want to fit through the trunk opening but Rok stayed determined and got it through the opening by the rear seats. I needed his advice on picking out some good tweeters for my car and he matched the rest of the system perfectly. Along with the tweeters I had him install 4 door speakers, two amps with a custom mount, big 3 upgrade and a dual battery setup. He wired everything up with high quality cables in the most efficient and cleanest way possible. I shopped around gathering quotes from a few places and Rok gave me the best price out of the 3 shops I looked at. He was more knowledgeable even teaching me some information about my system and how to use it properly. It was a pleasure doing business with Rok and I will surely return if I need any audio equipment.
