Had my own Katzkin kit installed by them. They charge a fixed price and did it within the time they said they would and the staff was kind and knowledgeable. My front passenger seat is quite wrinkled in 2 areas and I thought it would go away over a couple days but it hasn’t. As far as I know it’s wrinkled because of the way the material was stored or manufactured but I think they have heating methods that can be used to remove the wrinkles. Otherwise I would give this place a 5 star.

I wanted to have some work done for my big rig and was asked to bring it over for an estimate. I first talked to Dan who is a total gentlemen. He passed me off to Randy who has a big chip on his shoulder but we came to an agreement to work on my rig in three weeks. Got a call the day after and he told me that he didnt want to do the job and when I questioned him he got real nasty. He has zero respect for his eldersor a customer who has been doing business there since the eighties. I will never go near the place again

Hired Aaron to do an exterior detail on my wifes Lexus gx460. The main concern was the iron deposits down the sides of the truck. It was pretty obvious being a white truck but he was able to completely remove them and bring the rest of the truck back to a nice shine! Pricing was fair and he earned a future customer for sure 👍Cant delete this so Ill just say this was meant for @attentiontodetail413 out of MA

I had a great experience with them. Mark was particularly helpful. I loved that they were able to pick up the car and drop it off. They also installed an outlet for me for a medical device. My car is much nicer now. They had good customer service and the whole process was really easy. I would recommend them for anyone wanting to make changes to their car.

Attention to detail did the tints on my 2017 dodge challenger gt on august 3rd 2020 couldnt be happier. Randy was very professional when i went in to get a estimate i called around first but the quality is what you pay for. I also did a sound system from memphis here and compustar remote start a couple back in 2013. Got rid of those cars for profit. But all and all no other place to go when you want quality.

Every part of the install was done to perfection and I’m very picky. Fair pricing for the amount of work they put into making it perfect. My sales guy Dan was great. I came here to have an automatic starter put in my daughter brought me for Xmas. The tech was friendly and polite. He throughly explained things to me and gave me his card to call if I had any problems. The install was about two hours but there was an small area to watch TV while you waited. I would recommend this place.

I got a remote start installed for my Honda Accord 2018. I did have to go back a few times since the software that operates the remote start was not syncing properly. They were very friendly and worked around my schedule. Jose and Mark went above and beyond to resolve all the issues that had occurred after the installation. They also graciously upgraded my remote from a one-way to two-way remote for free. I would definitely recommend this place for anything they offer.

Not losing faith in government but definitely losing faith in Westbrook Honda who told me my radio was dead and needed to be replaced for a mere $2,500. That is nuts 🥜! Had heard about attention to detail and decided to go there and see what a replacement radio will cost. Representative was very helpful and took my supposedly dead radio and sent it to California to be evaluated and find out if it can be repaired. After 5 weeks radio was returned and was NOT broken at all..., just a blown fuse in the car! So attention to detail replaced fuse, reinstalled radio and charged me nothing. Awesome service and stand up business - recommend!

First off, Randy is extremely helpful, can’t say enough great things about him.I had a license plate light bar mount installed here, what a hack job, see the pic. The guys fabricated up a bracket to sit behind the bumper to stabilize my plate and light BUT instead of utilizing the factory holes, they took a heat gun to my bumper, melted plastic, and then drilled into my bumper. Wouldn’t it have been nice if they drilled into the license plate mount instead of my brand new Crosstrek? Yeah. I’m seeing this after a year as I just removed the plate and bar to do some spring cleaning. This place doesn’t deserve the name Attention-To-Detail, it’s shoddy work at best.

Got a remote starter installed a couple days ago and the installation is excellent. There are no signs of any interior panels being removed and installed. Everything works great, and the unit they installed has excellent range. I will be getting my windows tinted soon and I wont go anywhere but ATD. Top notch quality workmanship.

Exasperated by the difficulties of replacing the speakers in my car, I sought advice and hope; what a relief to get both from a kind face named Jeff. Unfortunately he couldnt work on my car because it had my own parts installed, however he recommended buying a new head unit. My instinct said to buy online because it would be cheaper, but I valued his help and wanted to support a local business, so I paid the extra $50.About a week later I called and described an installation issue but was put on hold. About 20 minutes later a voice asked me who I was holding for, but upon saying who, their advertisement based hold music turned back on. I drove there, radio dangling, and my phone on speaker phone on the passenger seat. 43 minutes after making the call I arrived. The nice womans voice projected from my phone as I entered, Someone will be with you shortly. I hung up on her only after the clerk heard it, then got about 5 minutes worth of advice. They let me borrow a screwdriver, so I gave them 2 stars instead of one.On my final visit, I tried to pick up some Dynamat, however nothing on sale had a price tag so Brian had to go to his manager to find out the price was over 150% of that online.The most recent, and the last time I contacted them was for assistance dimming the excessively bright radio I had purchased. They couldnt figure it out over the phone, but said theyd call back. They never did.I urge Attention To Detail to put up price tags, follow through with their advice, and be up front with the knowledge they have.

When you have a fleet of vehicles, you need an upfitter that you can trust. Attention to Detail (ATD) has become our go to spot for van shelving and vehicle upgrades/updates. We have tried others and were tired of poor service, uncommunicated delays and worst of all shelf failures (including one that ripped right out while LEAVING a certain ladder store). We turned to Dan at ATD and have never had an issue with the racks. We brought a sketch of how our vans need to be laid out and every rack is done perfectly to our specs. The installs are done on time or even ahead of schedule. We have a vehicle with a leather interior and heated seats from ATD which my employees love. Were now upgrading some of our older vehicles with products from ATD including better interior lighting in the vans, new backup lights on work trucks and an overhaul of our shop/plow truck to add Apple Carplay & Android Auto for those long nights of clearing our shop.

Had leather installed. Fast and quick, drop off in the am and pick up in the afternoon. The only thing Im bummed about is that the leather is not smooth (my fault) . Definitely trust these guys though, looking for additional work and know where Ill go! Thanks!

Is there 10 stars? This is my second commercial van I had them prep for me. Drone alarm with tracking, remote start, cell phone alerts and all the other fun things. They did heated seats and even installed a window in the side sliding door that the factory does not offer. Dan and Darren are awesome to deal with. They installed my trailer brake controller that even the dealer could not do after 3 hours of trying and blowing fuses. Attention to detail had it installed and working properly in under an hour. Dont waste your time and money getting stuff installed through the dealer. Deal directly with Attention to detail and save the dealer mark up and all the mis communication that happens when you involve a middle man. These guys are real pros and the stuff they have done for me thats above and beyond normal like having a live rear cam for watching my trailers while towing and the awesome dash gps / stereo system.They tweek the stuff just the way you want it and they never say never. They just get it done for a very fair price. Friendly environment, you can tell they are on the same team as you, going above and beyond what most shops would consider accommodating. Many issues with an INTOX-A-LOCK breathalyzer device, from day one. They have gone in and tightened connections, replaced entire brain unit, and the handheld device many times. If you are in an extenuating circumstance, ask for Brian, he knows his stuff, and is agreeable and professional, despite the relaxed demeanor and no-pressure atmosphere cultivated, which is huge in my opinion. And uncommon.. Brian has been on the phone with this company time and again, explaining details as to the companys faulty equipment. Many times, although he has always been a steward of the ideal the customer is always right. At least not wrong, as in my situation. Sensitivity and tact are most definitely required if you want any kind of cooperation regarding the INTOX-A-LOCK company. Brian has done exactly what was needed to put it bluntly, save my a** from over $1500 in fees and 3 years added on to the time period I am required to have this device in my car for. Things are on there way to getting sorted out, and Brian has been instrumental in getting us there, I say us because again, these guys are on your side from the start, no funny business no cheap pressure-to-buy tactics/schemes, or whatever else you might find at the run of the mill automotive detail store in general. Easily 5/5 Stars.

I have been to Attention to Detail many times for several different cars. Just the other day I went in there to purchase a new Subwoofer because one of my old ones blew out. The salesmen Dan not only helped my buy a new one but he even went out to my car and looked at my system to insure I get a sub that would be able to handle the power my system pushes out. I purchase the sub and they even installed it for me without an appointment. During the install my other sub stopped working, They took the time to look at the old speaker that they hadnt even sold me. Attention to detail repaired the subwoofer which they had not sold to me. They are very professional and actually care about customers satisfaction. Any car Mods that I want I know where I will be going. Thinking about tints in the near future. Ill be giving them a call

I took 3 of my vehicles to Attention to Detail in Middletown, CT after I had learned that they service over 100+ dealerships in the state (Chevy, Ford, Honda, etc.) utilize them for aftermarket upgrades, such as leather seats, sunroofs, heated seats, etc. They install custom upgrades on new or used vehicles throughout the state. The team here is BEYOND top notch, and better than any OEM upgrades you can expect directly from the manufacture. The thing that really put me over the top was that on the 3rd vehicle I took to them for leather seats, which I must say is AMAZING and included all head rests, door trim, third row, and consoles, they found my wedding band that I had lost two months ago, on the floor under the seat. Unlike many other dealers/installers who may have kept the ring out of dishonesty, they returned it to me when I went to pick up the car. This ring was invaluable as my wife had placed it on my finger at our wedding. The ring had more sentimental value to me than any amount of money that I spent on all three vehicles combined. I am so grateful for such an honest and thorough team at Attention to Detail!!!! I promise you, whether it’s a moon roof, leather seats, mud flaps, car audio, camera systems, entertainment systems, truck bed tonneau covers, led lights installation, heated seats, nerf bars, brush guards, etc. I have had all of it installed by Attention to Detail, between my 3 vehicles, and all of their installations are so AMAZING, at a fair price, and the quality and perfection is indescribable! Best place to go for any custom work.

I have a 2001 Formula. I recently brought my boat into ATD for a new stereo system and I couldnt be more than impressed with the out come of the work they did on my boat. I had 2 JL amps, 2 USB charging ports, 8 speakers, 2 outside controls (volume, source, channel) JL audio head unit. The day I picked my boat up (I am not electronically savy) so he showed me how to use everything which I was so thankful for. Once I got down the river I was unable to get the head unit to switch source so I called Dan to ask him if there was a special trick. I was unable to still get the source to change so Dan insisted to meet us at the next launch. He hopped right on the boat and some how the source button got stuck so he popped it out and everything was working awesome again. I was really impressed that he insisted to come out there to see what the issue was. (It was clearly an operator error lol). Dan stands behind his work 110%. He was thankful as well that I called him right away to let him know we had an issue so he can share the info with the company if the problem continued or if another customer has the same issue he can provide outstanding customer service to them as well.Thank you again for the amazing customer service I will for sure refer friends and family to ATD. ATD have installed a seat heater in my Chevy. It stopped working after 2 weeks. When I returned to fix it they said it was a minor connectivity problem and fixed it. The seat heater stopped working after another 2 weeks. Unfortunately, ATD are located more 1.5 hours from my town and I didnt plan for so many trips back there.Recently I opened my car seat to see what is wrong and saw that the heating pad was installed in a very improvised way, the wires are loosely connected, not using the original connectors, but, very lousy welded.Very lousy job.

Horrible!!! Dishonest and low quality DONT BE FOOLED BY FAKE POSITVE REVIEWS!!. These guys did a horrible job on my leather that I paid 1000$ for!!!! Folds and wrinkles on drivers seat, sloppy cutting everywhere. Poorly measured pieces looks like a hack job, I want my cloth seats back!! My sound system poorly wired and Bad quality they also strong armed me into more mystery fees like speaker covers for 60 last minute. Go any place but here!!! bunch of hustlers.

Overpriced, dishonest and poor workmanship. If you ever have to do business with them, dont allow them to brush you off, get a clear and written price before allowing them to work on your vehicle.

These guys are the best. Very friendly and accomodating. I had purchased a remote starter for my 2004 Murano about 5 years ago. That car was totaled in a wreck recently. ATD said they would reinstall the unit in my new vehicle for $150. The wrecked vehicle was at a body shop just a couple miles from ATD. When I told Dan that I didnt think Id be able to get there before the insurance company came to take the vehicle he offered to go there and remove the remote starter for me. Above and beyond what most companies would do for you.....Dropped the new vehicle off on wednesday and it was all set and ready to go Thursday afternoon as promised.....Thanks to Dan and ATD

First let me start by saying this is the worst customer service experience I ever had. Brought my Infiniti to install Aux or Bluetooth, the salesman told me it could be done with a part that would go through the SAT mode and would have no interference, basically CD quality. TWO HOURS later the tech comes out and tells me it cant be done. I said okay, is there anything else we can do? Yes we can try it Bluetooth but you have to come back tomorrow. Okay, came back the next day to a different tech, this time he didnt even ask about the situation, when I told him I was with the black Infiniti he said he was familiared with the matter and took my keys. Another two hours later the tech came out with an FM adaptor attached to the stereo. WHICH I TOLD SPECIFICALLY FROM THE BEGGINING, I DID NOT WANT. The tech hands me the keys, says sorry we have to close and I have to go, there is nothing else we can do for you. Worst customer service experience from the salesman to the techs, to the end product. Do not go here.
