I love having a stylist that knows my hair and does a great job. Ive been going to Tonya for at least 4 years now and she does an amazing job. Her coworkers are always nice as well.

I wanted to share my family’s remarkable experience. My family was shopping in Jcp and we started at the kids zone. My kids were so happy and excited to have so much fun while my wife shopped. We met several salon stylists and Salon Manager who made us feel so special. I found out The salon staff assists in this event every month and all events in the store. Welcoming us to visit the salon. I decided to take a tour of the salon and ended up spending the day. The business was jumping!! I wasn’t sure there was appointments open but I was told they take walk ins as well as appointments Marge, the front desk specialist, recommend several stylist to suit my family’s needs. The price is so reasonable and have a promotion going at 15%off services and eyebrow shaping at $8. My wife was so pleased with her stylist, Jenny, new look for the summer. My kids had their haircut by Stormi and Jen and loved it. The staff was very personable, friendly and talented. My family found the Salon that we plan to tell everyone about our awesome experience.We have finally found our Salon .

This salon is excellent. My stylist, Jill is extremely professional and friendly, gets my color right and always gives me a fantastic cut! The PRICE IS RIGHT too! Very reasonable compared to other salons! I only get my hair done here.

The stylist was eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich as she was touching and working with my hair. I wanted to throw up. None of these stylists have any good experience an I always walk out looking like a train wreck. The salon never has many clients in it. On Fridays and Saturdays it is always slow and dead. I wonder how this place stays in business. Everyone I know who had their hair done here walked out displeased. Run for the hills and don’t come here. Spend a little more and go somewhere reputable, professional, and respectful. If they ruin or damage your hair, they won’t even offer you a refund!

Second time having my hair trimmed and foiled and Jenny did a terrific job....Wow, so much cheaper than other salons...Stop paying double for your hair...Go see Jenny at JCP Salon....she does a beautiful job...I was hesitant because of bad reviews, but couldnt get into my regular salon for a wedding, so went to JCP and had Jenny as my stylist and she did a great job for half the price....Now, I have a new stylist who is half the price and great....and believe me when I say, I am very picky and she is terrific...

I went in for a quick trim of my dead ends and bangs to be trimmed. I asked for nice thick swoopy bangs, ended up with bangs in chunks in the middle of my forehead. I had 3 women standing around trying to figure out how to undo the damage. I was trying to fight back tears as my bangs just kept getting shorter as they tried to fix it. I felt bad for the girl who butchered my hair cause I have a heart and I could see she was upset... but shes not the one walking around with this hairstyle... I wouldnt go back and definitely wouldnt recommend anyone else to either. I called my husband so upset... what a mess...

The salon is quiet & modern. The hair stylists very sweet, attentive and professional. Gretis is wonderful to work with.
