The girl that works in the front is very ratchet and has a really bad attitude. As soon as I walk in and I start looking at the hair, she starts yelling at me saying I can’t go over to that section. First of all, a proper greeting would have be nice and two it was my first there so I wouldn’t know that. After that I pretty much was done with that store and walked out. It’s overpriced anyway. This is why business’ fail because of ratchet people working in them with horrible customer service.

It’s 10:15am on a Saturday morning, and your store is still closed when you clearly open at 10am. You have tou employee standing out side. How are you running a business. You should never have your costumer waiting on you, you should be waiting on your costumers.

Loved this place!!!! Workers went above and behind to help my friend find the perfect wig. She loved it. They were polite and knowledgeable about the products they sold here....I well tell everyone to come in and experience it for themselves....great job cause Im not easily impressed

Store is nice but the prices are too high they seem to go up every week wigs are overpriced and the quality of hair is not good the new lady follows me around and doesn’t speak English very well shes doesn’t know what she’s doing she’s little to no help at all I love the girls Trina & Tati they went above and beyond for me sweet girls but I think the owner needs a little more Knowledge on owning a hair store it’s all for money he doesn’t have a clue about his own store and has been rude in the past don’t think I’ll be spending my money there any longer

OMG! I always try and give new businesses the benefit of the doubt. So for this location, I made several trips at different intervals over a 3-4 month period to see if the reception upon entering the store was different. To my dismay it remains terrible when the owner is not present. Attendants do not acknowledge ones presence with a greeting, or ask if they can assist you, the entire time that you are in the store. I would be shocked if they stopped the chatter long enough to be courteous. I do not plan to visit the location again, and would not recomnend friends and family stop in.

Not only are the counter girls rude and cant stop ratchet talk to speak as you enter but this is 3rd time Ive come here and just felt like it could be so simple. Its 99 cent things at least have a 99 cent attitude! It is large but it aint popping!

What ever I needed was there and at reasonable prices

I LOVE this store. My hair just started falling out, for no known reason. I got a few wigs here, real hair, artificial hair and fun hair. The saleswomen are so helpful. Now that my hair is coming back in, I go back for accessories, hair coloring, masks, make up. Dont miss this gem at our doorsteps.

Hair city its a very nice place they have some of everything love the store very clean.

Dont know how cut Lace front but charge $10 but the employee made it right another one had to bring it back
